The experience was excellent! Billy was very pleasant, professional and responded quickly to the request to insure my new vehicle. Also, Billy was fantastic on my follow up call regarding suspension of insurance for the winter months on my Dodge Charger. Billy takes his time with customers and fully explains everything. Besides the good rates, all of the staff at your agency has been a pleasure to deal with and they provide a very high level of personal customer service that you dont get at most other companies. Of course the dealer tried to get me to switch insurance companies and the rates were better on some coverage and higher on others, with the auto and home policy going to one insurer and the umbrella policy going to a second insurer. To me, saving $100.00 or less was not worth switching and giving up the Allstate policies. I am very satisfied with both your agency and with Allstate.

I have gotten over a dozen unsolicited phone calls from this agency in the past two weeks.I have told them I am on the national do not call list and to stop calling me regarding a quote that I never asked for. The calls have continued in spite of me putting a block on them since they apparently have a multitude of consecutive digit phone numbers. I have just spoken with Jerry and he assured me that the calls would stop.
While I did believe getting a better deal was a good thing, well finding out that it was not. Recently my wifes car was the brunt of a hit and run, I thought no big deal, got the guy. Well turns out body shops dont want to deal with allstate, and I quote they dont follow procedures, they dont like to pay among other comments . The would not do the work because of Allstates prior actions . Time to go find new carrier I guess .
Lack of communication and sense of urgency.
Called about my policy and gentlemen couldn’t help me and said a tech person would call back in less than 15 minutes. One week later and still no call. Tried 2 other times to call and always get an answering machine after waiting on hold for 3 minutes. What ever happened to “your in good hands with Allstate “. And why I called was not even a big deal for the person answering the phone, I believe he couldn’t be bothered helping me.
There is no service line to go too to call and left message and no one has called me back and called a couple times and on hold then goes to voice mail
The worst insurance experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Very hard to work with. When I was reviewing my policy before accepting it, I found it said my house has all those safety features that it doesn’t, including a sprinkler system. I reach out to them to fix it, and they said it doesn’t matter what it says on the policy. When I decided to look for insurance somewhere else, they said I need proof of insurance before they can cancel my policy, mind you I NEVER accepted their policy OR SIGNED anything. Would never ever go back.
Unwanted solicited calls one after another. This company is a complete scam! Repeatedly told them to put me on a do not call list and they still call me every day with different phone numbers. Pathetic company!!
I switched to Allstate from Liberty Mutual, Liberty was charging us too much but the customer service is top notch. Now on to this agency who represents ALLSTATE, they have done a terrible job up to this point. I have only had the policy with ALLSTATE for exactly one month today but almost would have rather paid the higher price because of the problems I have had already. De Jesus never canceled my policy with Liberty for my home or auto. I was double billed and essentially had two policies for a full month. This was after 3 email attempts and 3 phone attempts to contact the De Jesus agency to ask them why I was still being billed by my old insurance company. They did reach out to call me on the 29th of September and unfortunately I missed the call, I returned the phone call that day but never received another call back. Bear in mind, my first call to them was September 5th. When dialing into Allstate I received nothing but re-routed automated phone calls back to the agency whom wasnt answering my calls or emails even after leaving angry voicemails.Eventually I called my old Insurance company and canceled the Homeowners policy and then had to call the new people that Allstate contracted my auto insurance out to to ask them to send an 2A form to cancel my auto, because you cant just call and cancel auto yourself. I finally got a phone call back after leaving another angry message today and received COVID related excuses for this nonsense. I could not in good conscious recommend this agency to anybody. Final thought on this company is You get what you pay for. Are the savings really worth it if in the end, a company is taking your money but providing you with zero piece of mind that they would be competent enough to take care of you with no problems if an emergency should arise?

He is Not enough estimate check not all just basic simple and I’m deaf I cant read his lip read cover his mask he didn’t write down much most of speaking I can not understand him at all and talk to my sister explain him unpleasantly his service sorry poor service
Edwin was great when I worked with him a few times, but other than that every time I tried to call I would get some lady who was impossible to communicate with and understand. We worked with another rep who was also extremely nice but I think this company is way too busy and overwhelmed as we never got the policies and adjustments we requested. Prices were fair but if youre looking for a company who is easy to work with and get in touch with I would stay away from this company. Hoping they can get it back together because I did really enjoy chatting with Edwin the couple times I got him.
I was looking for a new insurance agency. Allstate made everything very easy, walking me through every step and have been great about keeping in touch. Though I thankfully have not had to file any claims, I have no doubt they will do everything they can to give me the best service possible. And rates are very reasonable.
Great they got me fair price for my car and rentals insurance
They seem fine until you want to cancel. They you call three times in a row and they just hang up on you. Oh and you can only cancel your renters insurance by calling them. Shady tactics.
The agent made a quote for me at $1200 for home insurance after I provide all details. But finally it becomes $1473.00 by removing the Free Claim discount. But I double check all the details, the cost for dwelling coverage changed from 1144 to 1377. And the total discount amount increased from 785 to 821 after removing Free Claim discount. It looks good, but how about the total cost by removing. It jumps to more than $2100.

Not happy with discount. Called spoke with Rep and asked her to pay both condo and auto insurance in full to take advantage of discounts. Then I had an email from Allstate dtelling me my auto insurance hadnt been paid. I talked to different Representative at Allstate who wouldnt give me second discount for paying on line so I could only get one discount. After going to Resolution Dept they still would not give me second discount because I couldnt prove I had called even though they have a recording of my call. Would appreciate this being looked at again.
I had a very good experience with roadside assistance from Allstate. I called them with a flat tire. They got right back to me with information about who would come to help me. That person contacted me shortly and came within the time he reported. The tire was fixed and I was able to get to my appointment that same evening.Becky

Prices are fair. They seem to go up a few months and back down for some reason? But the auto pay is easy, and consistent. But hard to communicate with. No answers to questions. But I would recommend them though.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Allstate insurance and my local agency De Jesus Agency. Their Customer service is amazing. They always answer your calls and and address any issues or concerns. I have my home and auto insurance and the rate was the most affordable compare to what other insurance companies where charging.

The DeJesus Allstate agency is great to work with. They are never too busy to answer our questions. They were quick to respond to an incident claim and had our interests first and foremost.

AVOID- Dishonest and DeceitfulShort Story:Refused to cancel my policy then when he realize that was not going to fly tried to convince me not to.Long Story:I switched my insurance to a different agency in order to save money. I mailed a cancellation request to the De Jesus agency.I waited about a week and my policy had not been cancelled. I called, they asked that I email them a cancellation request. I did. No response for a couple of days so I emailed them again. No response again for a couple of days. I then called the corporate customer service center they put in a cancellation request.The very next day I got a call from Edwin De Jesus trying to explain to me that the new policy that I was purchasing would not be offering the same coverage.Blatantly ignoring my requests to cancel my policy then having the audacity to try to prove your worth to me? Not going to work. Deceitful, dishonest, and does not have the customers interests in mind.
My brother in laws car was registered to my old address. They added him to my auto policy because he was associated with me. They refused to take him off my policy. Took my business elsewhere.
The DeJesus agency had the most affordable rates of any company in Rhode Island, believe me I checked a million of them. They are super friendly very knowledgeable and always Helpful, I have called late in the day to add a vehicle and it was done in a few minutes, great company I could not recommend them more

Edwin A De Jesus also known by the name Erwin A De Jesus is a fraud, he will use your personal information he collects to conduct numerous types of fraud such as hell start using your mailing address to your home and conduct mail fraud. This guy is a scam artist and doesnt belong near anyones information. I have already notified the FBI as he has tried to do so, be sure to report any suspicious activity of your personal information if it was after your information was shared with this guy. DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIS GUY HE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!

Yes, if you want your insurance premiums increased every 6 months this is the agent to contact. My home insurance premiums went up by $500 in 1 year for no valid reason. There is no response even I contact this agent.
