The agent Katherine was so good. She really took the time to work with my situation and needs. Very helpful and really pleasant to talk to. She had good vibes and a positive great attitude. And Im not just saying that cause shes pretty. Really went the extra mile to get me savings and a payment schedule that was what I wanted. She knew alot about the Pan-mass charity they work with which was cool. She really saved me money so I said yea Ill donate a couple bucks. Next time I need insurance I will go there.
Worst experience of my life. Today was the first day I’ve ever used my triple A membership and I wait 10 hours and 35 minutes to get my truck towed to my buddy’s garage 15 minutes away. My truck broke down at town fair tire and my buddy thinks it’s the gas pump so I called triple a at 1:50 and waited till 3:00pm when they said the truck will be there then I called when I wait till 3:30pm and they said if I can find a ride which I did and got to a safe place so they gave me another eta at 7:15 and which they still didn’t come and I called numerous times and they said there driver won’t be on until 10:00pm which they toldMe my truck wasn’t a priority because I choose to leave it unattended WHICH THEY TOLD ME TOO and so finally I spoke with a women there and she told me the driver would be there for 11:00pm which he was and he finally dropped my truck off before midnight and the driver was very rude and said my truck can wait until he was ready to pick it up which is why he said he took so long .
We scheduled to have tires put on our vehicle after discovering a flat. AAA tow dropped my vehicle off at the tire shop. The driver said he would bring the keys into Town Fair Tire instead of taking my husband along for the tow but failed to gave the keys to the shop just left them on the front seat with the truck unlocked. My Mercedes sat in the parking lot all day, luckily it wasnt stolen. We called to check on the vehicle and they had no idea it was out there. You just cant take anyones word as truth anymore. Very disappointed with AAA.
Disappointing customer service and responsiveness. Inadequate staffing to field calls leads to being sent to web or app— options to pick from are limited but I wrote in comments that I just wanted a tow to my auto repair location (< 4 miles away). After an extra hour over ETA, a technician without a tow truck showed up. Then had to call again for tow and was given an estimate of another 2-3 hours to wait. The rep on phone was rude and did not even say goodbye before hanging up.
My son recently had a flat tire on a highway in Virginia and because the rim had rusted to the axle, he was unable to take off the tire and put the spare tire on. We had AAA so I told him to contact them and they could help. The only good thing that happened during this service call was that the first truck arrived within 30 minutes. Well, it went downhill from there. The first truck couldnt help him so it left him there. A second truck came an hour and a half later and also couldnt help him. The second truck towed him to the Home Depot and left him there. He received no assistance on getting his tire off. I emailed AAA to complain about the service and after two weeks finally spoke to someone on the phone. It is appalling what I was told. I was told proper maintenance hadnt been done on my sons car. I was told that they returned the settlement and the case was closed. I was also told that they had reached out to my son and apologized. An apology is supposed to justify the service that he received? I want everyone to think of why they have AAA. I got it because I was under the impression that they will resolve the issue and I had a peace of mind that help would be on the way. Just imagine if it was your daughter, parents, your grandparents, your wife or yourself stuck on the side of the road at night and they or you were towed to a parking lot. In my sons case, there was no one that could help him other than AAA and they left him!! I do know that I will no longer be a member.
DO NOT PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES. Car died in a rain storm. Was given an hour wait saying a lot of cars are struggling. Ok cool I get it. I sit in my car waiting... and waiting... and waiting. Call them apparently they dont know when someone is coming to get me and they gave me a estimate... after waiting an hour with no call... So I use the AAA app to get a wait time since Im sitting in the rain in my dead car. They call me saying I cant have two wait times and CANCEL the one I made through the app with a actual pick up time and gave me the we dont know when were getting to you phone call time. I pay for the Premium Membership. Ive never had to use their services before and the ONE TIME I needed them they dip out. I had to pay $130 which is basically my bloody membership cost for AAA. I will not be renewing and will be telling my family/friends to get roadside through their insurance as well. Lost Premium membership customers. Also every time we called customer service they were extremely extremely extremely rude. So extremely disappointed in this company.
Wow broke down big time, I didnt know that I had a limit on tow miles, maybe I need to see what basic covers, go to more coverage, my insurance Co, may cover towing will check, need more compassion for people in those situations put yourself out there but I was helped & I did got home safe, without my truck & trailer, thanks for the assistance

30 year AAA member. The ONE time in the last 15 years I needed a local tow, I was on hold for 20+ minutes on a Saturday afternoon about 5PM. A representative NEVER ANSWERED, it was all hold music and recorded messages about COVID-related delays. Luckily, a local company picked-up on another phone we had and it cost me $130 cash to be towed just a few miles from home.AAA had ONE THING TO DO and this towing coverage DID NOT DO IT.I have paid at least $100/year for 30 years and this company was not there when I needed to collect on that coverage.If you are thinking of being a member, this is the type of service youll probably get. Sitting on-hold.

Called AAA on Aug 11th, 2020 at 8:38 pm for roadside assistance as my car was broke with passenger side axle and its in between the road blocking both side traffic. So after all the detailed questions and answers with the agent for 18 min on call. However, she was rude to me & Im not satisfied with the service. She gave me an estimated time of wait till 8:49 pm. Nobody showed up till 09:25 pm and no message of tracker or pickup EST. Called again at 09:25 pm waited in the queue to get the update for another 13 min which is ridiculous just to get an update. The new agent said that there is no update as nobody has picked up my request so I have to wait more and I will get a text of pickup tracker. After some time out of sudden, a AAA truck showed up saying its for me I got surprised and scared if its for real for a scam. However, I believed in him and the truck driver had a very good knowledge of how to take care of such a situation and helped me an appropriate way in both pickup and drop off as well. Highly appreciate his help in these circumstances. But I am very disappointed with the AAA customer service. This is not the first time I have called AAA for help, but this was the worst ever. AAAs service is always perfect without any issues but this time I was not expecting such a careless service from them. I totally understand the situation with this pandemic as we follow all the rules and regulations from AAA. However, I wouldnt suggest this type of service from AAA to any of my friends and for sure I have to think before renewing my service account for next time. Please call me so that I can explain it better about this scenario to maybe improve the customer service in the future. Thank you.
Jose Borges, a roadside technician from AAA Northeast, responded to my flat tire call within 20 minutes. He quickly replaced the flat tire with my spare and gave me good advice about driving on the spare and where I could go to get a new tire. He was so friendly and pleasant. I had expected hours of delay and was surprised by how quickly I was able to get back on the road.

Im a recent employee of AAA and i will never recommend any of their services. When i called for service twice, they sent a different company and both times never came through with their delivery of service.
I just drove from RI up to Vermont to visit family. I had a rental car because mine is getting fixed from a hail storm. My other car has push to start and notifies me when I lock my keys into it. Well this one doesn’t and I ended up locking them in the back seat. I called and they were there in literally 20 minutes so fast and what great service and got them out in minutes. I always had great service from AAA they are a life saver!!!
I had insurance from mapfre. AAA got their own insurance last year. It has gone up over $100 within a year it keeps going up and up. I dont even drive a thousand miles a year. I have a great driving record. Im going to find another Auto Insurance company
My nephew and I were working on renewing a house policy for his deceased mothers house that was originally through Mapfre. At some point Mapfre sent a letter requiring certain repairs to be done or the policy would not be renewed. By the time we found this out there was only a couple of weeks left so we hired a contractor to address the issues and sent the photos for proof over to Chad Hoover-White (Insurance Agent) who said that was all that was needed. He ended up coming back with a new insurance company because the rates were lower and assured he would send me the docs. After a week of leaving VMs looking for these docs I finally got him back on the phone only for him to tell me there was a mistake on the paperwork and he needs to redo it and will have it over in 24/48 hours. 3 days went by and still nothing, left MANY voicemail with no returned calls and now he simply ignore us so I gave up and took the business to Coonan Insurance which I should have done in the beginning.
Agents are amazing! They are very experienced and do a great job explaining the policies. Im glad I found this agency. I highly recommend it.
