I was so relieved that Rachel was available on short notice to take me to Logan airport. She arrived exactly on time to get me to the airport & again exactly on time after my return redeye flight a few days later at 6am. I felt sorry for her having to get up so early to do this. However, this didnt bother her at all. She was wide awake and full of energy. Rachel has been a professional driver for many years. She is extremely capable of dealing with any nasty traffic and is fully aware of alternative routes & backroads if absolutely necessary for on-time arrival. She got me to the airport at exactly the right time. She also has a very nice personality which made the trips additionally enjoyable. I will definitely be hiring her anytime I travel in the future. I highly recommend her!!

Booked Rachel for a ride to Logan Airport for a trip to Portugal. in November 2019. Sorry it took so long to write this review! Rachel arrived at our house in Seekonk 5 minutes early and loaded our bags into the very nice, oversized luxury SUV. Vehicle was comfortable & immaculate and Rachel is a great conversationalist - she has some great stories that help pass the time. We ran into significant traffic in Boston (due to a crash) but Rachel got off the highway and took us through the back roads to Logan like shes done it a million times. I would have never been able to figure that out - it was dark and drizzly but Rachel got us there on time and stress free. I would still be sitting in that traffic! When we arrived back in Boston 10 days later, the limo was waiting for us and drove us back home. Could not have been a more pleasant experience. Thanks Rachel, and when we start traveling again after this COVID situation, you are our go to airport transport!
