I woke up to a backed up sceptic system and was able to get a truck out same day to pump out the sceptic system. When we discovered the back up had led to a clog as well Mikes team was able to go back and grab the other truck and unclog the drain as well even though it was past 8pm. My septic drain field line froze on Sunday, my basement flooded with sewage... I needed help, and fast! I called and spoke to Robyn, she phoned her husband Matt, and they were to my house in 30 minutes. Identified the problem, rolled up their sleeves, unfroze my line and we were back in business. They were professional, empathetic, accurate and fast. I couldnt have asked for a better team.PS - I called Hennes first because of reviews, and he just seemed burdened by my call, was like pulling teeth to see if he could get out there. Matt and his better half, Robyn, came on a Sunday to help with my sewer issue. They came right away and were not only knowledgeable but very personable!

I had some major issues at my grandparents with a leaking pipe and clogged drains and it was a disaster I didnt know what to do...so I called mikes septic and McKinley sewer, and Matt and Matt came right over to the rescue... These guys are amazing, they have been our septic service for 18 years since we bought our home. They answer the phone for after hours emergencies and have helped us in emergencies more than once when power went out and septic alarm went off, and again when our 25+ yr old pump finally wore out on the weekend they came out on a Sunday morning to make sure we wouldnt end up with a basement backup. They are so friendly, helpful, and reasonable and honest, and we are so lucky to have had them save us from potential disaster more then once! And of course non emergency maintenance theyve been great also!! Highly recommend.

My septic pump went out, Matt and robin took my call on a Friday night at around 5 when no other company’s would answer and came early Saturday to put a new one in no time. They were very professional and genuinely good people.

After trying myself several times, Matt came out to fix my clogged kitchen sink with his wife, Robin. I was immediately impressed at how knowledgeable he was, knowing exactly what to try first and what not to. In addition, he is very personable and also very careful and concerned about not making a mess in my home, which I appreciated. He unclogged the drain within half an hour, charged a more than reasonable rate, and left.A few days later, I noticed the sink was still backing up. I called Matt again, and he was over within fifteen minutes with his cousin, Mike. They worked cleanly, efficiently, and happily, fixing the problem again and suspecting some of the chemicals I had used after they had left had knocked some more of the grease loose and reclogged the sink. The visit was no charge, and they were again very personable and conscious of taking care of my home.Based on the quality, knowledge, and care taken by Matt and his family, Ill never use another septic service. Theyve got my business for life, and I more than appreciate what they do. They have my full recommendation.

Matt and his team did a great job of not only figuing out what was wrong, but also fixing it. They did a great job cleaning out our septic tank and replacing the pipe from our house to our septic tank. Matt explained things in terms that were easy to understand and he and his team were open to ideas. They had to take down part of our fence to do the work and they even put it back up again afterwards. We truly value their knowledge and expertise and will call them again when needed.
