We just moved into our new place through Goal Properties and absolutely love it. The communication prior to move in was fantastic by Michael Atwood which included lease information and the likes, and he made the move in process extremely easy and flexible for us which we very much enjoyed. We both look forward to continuing to work with him as things arise as we live here throughout the year, but we both have our minds at ease with Michael on the other side of the line.

Moved to Minneapolis from Duluth! Worked directly with Michael Atwood and he was very responsive and professional. All the forms were easy to fill out online via docusign which is very easy. Along with that you can pay rent through an easy to use website rather than sending in a check. Maintenance is also very responsive and helpful with what you need done.

My wife and I recently just moved to Minneapolis, MN from Huntsville, AL. We dealt directly with Michael Atwood and he was very helpful in assisting us in with our move. Even though we were states away, we ended up finding the perfect house thanks to Michael. He was very responsive and professional and set us up with an easy transition to Minneapolis by setting us up in a really great neighborhood.

Michael Atwood is our current property manager. So responsive and respectful. With previous management under Renter’s Warehouse, I had a terrible time having frequent issues solved. Michael Atwood is the property manager who took over the lease at a house I had originally rented from Renters Warehouse. After being deceived and lied to by RW on a number of important factors in the initial application process, I was not a “happy customer” at the time Michael took over. As an example, RW had advertised the home as having a garage. On the day of first touring the home we had rented, we found out it only had a garden shed. Their business practices were bait and switch. Within a couple weeks of moving in, we found everything in the home had been neglected and deteriorating for a long time. Initially, we were submitting continual maintenance requests. GOAL Properties literally began the process of repairing what RW had allowed to fall apart. With each transaction, Michael Atwood was professional, courteous, understanding and prompt with his response. The turn around was so significant, I chose to sign a 2nd year lease with GOAL Properties. I would recommend GOAL Properties, not only to renters, but also homeowners looking for a company to manage their property in Minnesota.

Based on previous reviews over the last few years, I was a little apprehensive going into my new lease with this company, but new management has absolutely turned this place around. I worked with Michael Atwood, and thanks in no small part to his professionalism and responsiveness, I went from application to keys-in-hand in less than a week (and during the holidays, no less)! There was quite a bit of paperwork, more even than I’ve dealt with for leases in NY and SF, but Michael was extremely helpful in talking me through each agreement and assuaged all my concerns. Taking these initial interactions into account, Michael and team are absolutely deserving of five stars, and I look forward to being their tenant.
