Our experience with Topline has been fantastic! They do a fabulous job taking care of the landscaping at Primrose School of Savage. All of their employees are very friendly and helpful.Snow removal service throughout the winter months at our school is extremely important to ensure the safety of our families coming into and leaving the school, we have been so happy with the service provided by Topline. Whenever there is any snow they are here promptly and making sure our sidewalks and parking lot are clear of all the snow and ice.

Called them to complete the year after developing some heart issues, on 1 confirmed date I found that the driveway wasnt cleared and thankfully my previously unknown neighbor came over w his snowblower. He then cleared my driveway so I could pull in. I figured the clear driveway on 2/20 would be self evident that the driveway was cleared. No...I received a charge for this date and made several phone calls and email to correct this error. To date...no response but they did honor my wishes in the same email to take me off their list and to disregard the commercial lots I requested a bid on. Customers check your ring doorbell systems and check your bills, they may not match up. Shame that with this winter they felt necessary to shank customers

I have had a great experience working with Topline! They do lawn mowing and snow removal at my home and have done an outstanding job. Very friendly people and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to others.

Office people seemed nice but no work was done. We had them come out to look at the yard for measuring and pricing two times which was fine. We were told we would have the plan and quote in two weeks but we got nothing. I called the office 2 times, they kept saying it would come soon. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I finally called the third time and finally we got the quote and suggested the work to be done in second week of Aug and we agreed. Second week of Aug came, nothing happened. Noone showed up nor did we receive any phone call. We called again to the office, 2 times and each time were told we would be contacted shortly to communicate about timing. Still nothing. Seriously if you were not to do the job then say it and save people some time.

I have used Topline Lawn for 5 years, NO MORE!I have 2-emails from the office manager at Topline telling me they would cut my lawn that same day. Guess what?, they did not show up the first day.... and yep - not on the 2nd day either. Dont tell me you are cutting my lawn in writing then not show up. I am done!

Always on top of things, especially when comes to snow plowing and winter weather prep! Excellent company!

Engaged them for lawn mowing. Initially they were prompt in providing the service, but they did not mow the lawn for couple of weeks at a time. But I got the invoices. When contacted the answer was the GPS shows the person was there at your house, but I was sure services were not performed since the lawn was out grown. Cancelled the services due to inconsistency in providing services and in-appropriate billing.

Had some landscaping done by Topline last fall and had some issues with what was done.I called Dustin and he came out and said it would be corrected and i would be put on the schedule.Nothing came of it so i called again and was told that i would be put on the schedule and the work would be done within two weeks.No one showed again.Again i talked to Dustin face to face and he told me it would be taken care of but still nothing.It has been almost a year and nothing has been done.I I would not recommend this company as they do not stand behind there work and do not seem to care after they have been paid Pete

A nice friendly gentlemen came to my house and we talked about doing landscaping in our front yard. He said that I would have a design that night or the following morning. It has been over two weeks since the first meeting and no landscaping design. I have called the office several times and still no design. The people I talked to are friendly and they keep telling me they will talk to the designer, but still no design.

The only company I trust with my lawn. Thank you guys so much.

Totally unreliable snow removal. The last two major snowfalls weve had it has taken them up to 24 hours to show up and plow. Back in February we had 10 plus people that couldnt get their cars out of the driveway or get to their jobs because a foot of snow was left in front of our garages and only about one third of the area had been plowed. The only reason it had been plowed at all was because I called and asked why they hadnt been there yet. I wouldnt recommend this company.
