Steven and his son (Max) has done a great job. Steve took his time to explained where he would put it and accommodated my schedule. He make sure the system not just work great but also look great. Max took time to make sure all the area were cleaned. Before the radon level in my house was between 3.7 to 8.5. Now it reads 0.79.Thank you very much for doing a great job.

These guys know what they are doing, take pride in their work and give a good product. The radon fan and pipes look good and work well. They even went above and beyond by helping us move something heavy we needed help with. Steve also helped us with an unrelated home repair that we mentioned needing help with and he refused to take extra payment. He’s just a nice and helpful guy. Before scheduling I had called around and Low Radon LLC was inexpensive compared to others. They have always been very responsive when we have questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Professional, friendly, and high quality. They stand behind their guarantee to get the levels below 2.7. I was around 13 and now they are averaging 1.5. It took an extra suction point but they kept coming back to ensure everything was done to their high standards. Steve is friendly and easy to work with. No mess left behind and tubes are out of the way. I am very happy with the work.

Steve made this experience absolutely painless, and during a pandemic no less! He was responsive, receptive, accommodating, punctual and professional. He taped off the back entrance as a special measure I requested to protect my family. He even fixed my furnace exhaust seal on his way out as a favor.
