I spent much of my time and energy believing Adam was fighting for my families best interest but after appearing in court repeatedly and seeing he could not progress my case past it’s initial stages and seemingly coasted off my downfall I had to cut him as my representation and demanded he reduce his final bill. If you aren’t a tribal member with SMSC he seemingly pretends he is on your side and will help but the results he yields in court makes it seem as if it’s the opposite; as if he’s doing what he can to remain on the good side of a wealthy community at all costs so he’s allowed to keep representing in their courts, despite not helping his client to his best ability.

I would think anyone advising people during stressful times would be well equipped to work with people under duress, not just up and quit via snail mail days before court, knowing full well your client is physically unable to attend due to side affects of chemotherapy and radiation. That is just the end of what was a string of miscommunication... right? Lol

In choosing a family law Attourney I saught one who was willing to discuss individual family values and playing by the rules. An attourney who would keep my sons best interests in mind.
