I was trying to canceled a subscription, so I couldn’t do it and I reach Pure Tech Solution over the phone and, he help me in the moment that I needed. I think, I was scanned while trying to canceled some subscription because they asked me to download two different apps in my laptop. After that, I tried to delete but I couldn’t, so I called Pure Tech Solution, LLC, for some tech support and they help me right away to delete the app, so he was ready to explain how to do it. Michael is an amazing human being! He is knowledgeable and professional. He is personable and genuine. We first contacted Micheal last fall to help unlock my sons laptop after he forgot the passcode. A few months later I called him up and asked for advice on a build for my sons first desktop PC. Micheal came out and sat with my son and went over everything he would need. Today we finally got around to buying everything and started the build. Michael answered our many phone calls and helped us through the process with a smile on his face. Michael Dupree is quite simply, the best. He is personable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I recommend that he be your first call when any sort of computer/technology issue pops up in your life. In the rare instance that he cannot help, he will know exactly where you need to go. My office uses his service to manage our storage and databases. When my sons computer had a strange screen issue, Michael helped us trouble shoot it remotely and I only wished I had called him sooner so we would not have stressed about it.

My laptop had a DC Jack Repair. Michael understood the issue once i explained to him and fixed it within a day. Also, he picked and delivered the laptop without any extra fees. He seems to be a true professional as he not only just fixed the issue but cleaned the laptop and handed over the laptop with charger cable properly tied like a new one. He has a smiling personality with giving good solutions at a reasonable rate.

Very Impressive; exceeded expectations! My Thumbtack request was answered by Michael within less than 5 minutes and his services were the best fit for my problem compared to other responders. He arrived at my home same day, diagnosed the problem causing the slow upload speed and took my computer to clean it up. While he was here I also asked him to look into getting us a new printer. Both computer and printer, which he got for a great price, arrived back within less than 48 hours (I told him no rush) and are working perfectly!
