The owner did the best carpet cleaning weve ever has done.. took lots of time pre spraying, then really worked on the carpet. The carpet was NOT very wet when he was done, also raked the carpet when he was done...I think the truck mounted gives a great clean!!. VERY Happy...see you again.Carol Pierson

We had a water leak in the kitchen and SOS had a person there within 60 minutes of calling them. The technician (Mark) assessed the situation quickly and began the process of fixing the problem, cleaning up, and drying out the flooring. He was very courteous, thorough, thoughtful, and eager to help us solve this problem. He went above and beyond in taking care of our situation to our satisfaction. I wouldnt hesitate to call SOS again, should the need arise for their services.

Mark from SOS was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a fantastic job cleaning out the basement closet that was full of mold and water due to our leaking water heater in the closet next door. Went above and beyond in removing the stuff I did not want to touch! The area looks and smells clean again. He spent extra time thoroughly drying the area. Mark did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to talk to. He explained why other methods dont work as well as their non-soap cleaning solution, hot water and high suction vacuum. We assumed we would have to replace our carpet. We tried a host of different products to get the stains out of our carpet after our dog got sick on it. The acid stained the off-white carpet, and nothing would take it out - except SOS. The worst stain is 98+% gone and all the other stains and heavy wear areas came clean. Very happy with SOSs service, communication and value. Highly recommend!

Mark got to our house at the scheduled time. He went right to work and did a great job. Our carpet came out nice and clean. We now have a very good carpet cleaning service we know we can depend on and can recommend to friends and family.

Mark is great because he is always checking the floor several times over and over to ensure that its getting a deep clean during the process. He preps the fibers, he walks the floors and ensures that he catches everything, so very thorough and detailed in his work. We had SOS out to clean our tile shower. Our harsh water had taken a toll on it. The process used resulted in a major improvement. We also had a few rugs cleaned off-site. It was nice to have clean rugs for spring. Mark was knowledgeable and we will have him out again, as well as, refer others to SOS.

S.O.S does a great job. I would most likely rehire them down the road. The reason I said most likely and gave them 4 out of 5 stars is I felt they were a little pricey. Less then an hour and a half of work cost me $200. Again, aside from cost, they are GREAT!

Mark was able to come out same day to clean out our well room that had mold in it. We had been having issues with buyers backing out from purchasing our home before realizing the issue in the well room. I emailed Stacey in the morning and Mark came out that afternoon.
