Will never use them again. I scheduled them to come out to repair my microwave. They said they could come out the same day. They missed several appointment windows with me and finally showed up 3 days later. The technician said he needed to order a part for the microwave. I authorized him to do so. I over the next 3 weeks I received no updates from Murphy on the status of the order or repair. I called numerous times to find out what was happening with no answers. no one could tell me what was happening! I eventually had to give up on them after I wasted my money paying for a repair that never happened. I had to make other arrangements to get the microwave fixed!

My dryer start button broke, and the technician sent someone out literally the next day to take a look. The technician who showed up was a great pleasure to deal with. He was very nice, thorough, worked quickly, and complied with COVID safety measures. My dryer was fixed in a timely manner, and I couldnt be happier! I applaud the great professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge to help me solve my issue. What a great team!

We called Murphy Appliance Repair to come fix our Viking range which was not working. Ben came and told us that the spark module needs to be replaced. I called around before accepting his estimate, so I was surprised, but his price was relatively low. So, I decided to go with him. Everything seemed to be working fine by the time he left my house. Keep it up!

They were able to fit me in the next day, they were incredibly professional and from diagnosis to fixed it was around 30 minutes. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Every time I had an appointment booked, they would cancel and ask to come the following day. They did this several times and wound up never coming out. Cannot recommend at all.

We have used Murphy Appliance Repair I think 4 times now. They are prompt, courteous and has fair pricing. During some of the times my husband was far away on business trips. As a temporary single mom I appreciated not only appliance medic proficiency, but the fact that I was comfortable with them being in my home without my husband here. This is my second time for appliance problems. The first time was my washing machine a few months ago. I called this past Sunday and made an appointment for today with my dryer making an awful screeching noise. Ben is very polished and responsive. He immediately identified the problem and went to pick up the part. He had my dryer fixed in a very short time. I highly recommend him. He should be recognized for an award. Thank you again.

They were very skilled and had my washing machine repaired very quickly and explained what they did. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician was very experienced and the quality of work was excellent. The folks were honest and if they noticed an issue with the appliance while they opened it, they would fix it for free if it did not involve much effort. They followed up on their service appointment. In whole, I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.

Other than the frustration that I have with it being the homeowners responsibility to separate the stack-able washer and dryer if the item is still under warranty, Ben and Drew both did a great job. Ben came on a Friday to assess the situation, was able to open the locked washer door and gave me information on the three error codes that this washer was throwing. Drew came the following week to complete the task at hand. He even found my diamond bracelet that I swore was gone forever and returned it to me! Definitely would recommend Murphy Appliance Repair.

Contacted the company and they stated they would be at the house in 45 minutes. The tech arrived within 2 minutes of the promised time and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem, noticed another issue which I did not know about. He had the parts on the truck and completed the repairs quickly. Fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Ben is the hardest working tech Ive ever seen. He spent hours on the phone trying to work out a situation I had with him. I worked with both of these guys for 9 weeks trying to get parts and acceptable customer service. They never gave up. I highly recommend their services.

He answers your calls promptly and is very knowledgeable and can usually diagnose the problem on the phone and when he comes for the repair he is prepared to fix the problem. So very reasonable in his prices. And best of all a really nice guy!!

Appointment set for Tuesday. Showed up ON time, fixed my wash machine, and out the door in under 60 minutes.

He did a great job fixing the problem and explaining what caused the issue and how to prevent any other occurrences.
