This escrow entailed hand in glove co-ordination with another escrow in another state who had to close so that we could close in a timely fashion.Kathy Thomas was the lead person controlling this escrow, working closely with all participants as a team of dedicated, and caring individuals. Her astuteness to details, and thinking ahead of what might happen to avoid any delays was so appreciated, and commendable. Always kind, calm, and professional, she informed me of every bit of the progress, and what we still needed to do. I know Id have never made it through this successful legal situation without Kathy and the team of professionals she worked with! Wonderful experience selling my home and using Driggs! Cheri was wonderful to work with, communicated well and made it a smooth process from beginning to end!
Bad experience. Signed estimated fees two days before close of escrow. When escrow closed fees went up without our prior notice even though escrow had information. We were overcharged by an HOA for fees we proved were invalid. Escrow never notified us of increased fees until after closing. Driggs said its our responsibility to go to HOA to get our money back. Kathy at Driggs was extremely rude and basically said not our problem. I will refuse to ever use Driggs again!
Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. It took 14 days to get the closing statement back and then it was completely wrong inspite of the fact all the information requested was given to them. When that was pointed out I was told it would be corrected immediately. It is now 8 days later and it still hasnt been done. Emails and phone messages get ignored and its almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the fourth house Ive sold and Ive never had such bad service.
Horrible experience. I cannot believe this title company is still in business. Unresponsive, avoids calls, no communication. Its extremely frustrating working with another company that is not a team player.
