Actually you didnt do anything, besides giving me a formal opportunity towards working at this establishment months ago. I came in for interview and after the owner was being completely honest, and giving me fare warning about the high demand with basically working 24/7 i decided not to move forwards with this choice. Nothing against hard work but, people do need there rest and time to recoup without always being on the go.

They came right out, immediately assessed the damage and took action. Josh monitored the progress every day and communicated clearly and specifically from beginning to end.

We have used Service Master of Prescott on a couple of occasions. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. They worked well with our contractor and made it seemless and easy for us. Eppie the owner answered our call right away and was there the same day. Can’t recommend them enough.

Servicemaster of Prescott cleaned the carpet at my elderly mothers home a few weeks ago. The technician John was fantastic! He explained the cleaning process, moved furniture pieces we couldnt move ourselves and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. My mother has a small dog that had made various spots on her white carpet and Servicemaster got them out. I was so happy about the experience I just had John clean my home (another great job done) and have suggested them to my neighbors!

Tyler said $75 inspection fee to give us a quote, Bonnie called right back and said a technician could come over to give a quote for a $125 inspection fee. No thanks! Cant even get your fee structure consistent?? Well go with someone else!
