I had an Exhaust system put on my truck and Pearsons did a great job. Fast service and great quality welds. They have good attention to detail and ensure the job is done right! Great shop with honest people. Have been here many times over the years.

As always I called Brian at Pearsons with an issue with my car and his office girl Mickie got me right in. She called me that afternoon and I drove off feeling so much better.

I feel like that is one of the rewards for doing good business, so of course I have to leave a great one for this business, because..they deserve it!I was in Pearsons Auto Service last week, getting an Interlock device installed on my truck.They got me in quickly (in two days), knowing how important it was to me to be able to drive again! When I arrived, I was put in the hands of their amazing customer service rep,Samantha, and she guided me through the process with ease. I was in the office,trained on my device and out driving in about 90 minutes. It was effortless, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding!Now I recommend this business to take care of, not only your Interlock-type needs like I did, but for all things automotive. While I was there, other customers came in and we all agreed that Pearsons Auto Service is the best choice in town.Go to Pearsons Auto Service.

100% agree with the people giving 1 star reviews. Complete scammers. Taking advantage of the fact that I’m young and that I don’t really know what I’m doing. I’m definitely to blame only in the sense that I should’ve called places before making a decision.After calling other places The highest quote I’m getting for everything I had done on my vehicle is around 800$ they charged me 2,389$. Charging 2-3x the normal price of the parts. Even with a 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty I will NEVER bring my business back to this shop.. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Prompt service, reasonable prices, great attention to detail. After the repairs they did, my vehicle runs *much* better than it did when I first got it (used.) They were able to address and fix problems I was having that other shops failed to even notice or mention. The crew seems very knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants repairs done without getting the runaround.

Ive been using my nieces car that has an interlock in it. (Fun I know) However having trouble with it the night before we called first thing in morning and Samantha got us in right away. She was super courteous and pleasant. She fixed it and got us in and out in a timely manner. I would use them again, for interlock needs or Auto Repair needs.

The staff and mechanics are nice and helpful. They work fast and are pretty good at what they do. They can be a bit pricey but, they make up for it by being fast.

Dishonest people and not trustworthy. Found it interesting they stated they change a cam-sensor on my car and the following next two days the car broke down several times. When I took it back, they finally worked on it and change the cam-sensor as needed. What this tells is that the first time they charge me for parts and labor that was not done. It is sad to see this…. Finding a new mechanic who is more honest and trustworthy.

Good place honest too he could have told us that my car was had to get towed to Phoenix to get a computerl ike original believe it would,but he was able to get around that and price was about $500 less than the estimate! Gives hope that there are honest people still out there.

They are great about fixing your car if you have issues with it.

I got my ignition interlock device installed here and they were fast and courtious. The lady that runs the office named Samantha is super sweet and nice. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing help with the interlock device they install for free and monthly rates are reasonable! 👍

Hey I go here for my breathalyzer unit. Place is great. Samantha is the bomb around here. Shoot shell even give you tips in where to go for good food.

The staff at Pearsons has been wonderful and trustworthy. Kris L specifically has been extremely helpful which reassures me that Im at the right place. This is the only place in town I will take my car when its having issues.

I always take my cars here. They do a great job.

These people convinced me of all of these things that were wrong with my truck. After taking it to two other shops I found that it was all BS. I had them replace my transmission mount and 3 months later I am having problems again. Another shop says its loose again. Pearsons said to bring it in so they can put locktight 1 on it. Locktight.. Needless to say they didnt find the underlying problem. Not to mention all of the other things they said were were wrong that was a lie. They are scammers. My recommendation is that you stay far away

This is definitely the worst mechanic Ive ever been to. The workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was having problems with my transmission and they suggested that I replace it completely before they even looked at it. Crazy! I would strongly suggest going to somewhere like Network Automotive in Prescott or Mountain View Automotive in Prescott Valley.

Pearson Auto experience was horrible. The owner was telling insults to employees about customers in front of other customers. Very unprofessional rude and obnoxious. They are very over priced for lack of knowledge and experience. If you want it fixed right go to anyone else.

Samantha at Pearsons Auto Service literally verbally assaulted me. Without provocation she became belligerent and threatening. I left shaking and in tears. Wouldnt recommend Pearsons if it was the last place on earth. Take your business to a place that respects your patronage....Pearsons doesnt.
