Our AC quit working late last night and we woke up this so morning and called Jungle Cat to get an appointment. I figured it would probably be a few days for someone to come out but luckily they were able to squeeze us in the same day! And literally the technician showed up within 5 minutes! He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The pricing was affordable and we will definitely be calling them again if anything else was needed!

This company was recommended by my home warranty company. One of two roof top HVAC systems needed replacement with new. I decided to replace older second unit due to age at my expense. They replaced both units with lessor quality. I was promised two year service warranty which they did not deliver. Overall very disappointed since I thought at the beginning appeared to be considerate but never followed through their obligations.

Trustworthy as always, I used to manage many duplexes in the PV area and have used them for over 16 yrs. today was a at my own place and they never disappoint. Thank you Anna, Jeff and Matthew

Heat stopped working a year ago. Paid for a weekend call out fee. Told us that the gas valve was bad. Had to order it. Meantime we had to run electric heaters. Came back and replaced the valve and left. Still wasnt working. Had to call them back. Different tech this time. First tech installed valve backwards. He reinstalled correctly. Still wasnt working properly. My wife spoke with a different tech who told her would come and fix it. Didnt happen. That brings us to current time. Blower motor went out. Paid to have them replace it. Blower works great. Still having the same issue from a year ago and a thousand dollars later. Last straw. Definitely finding a new business to work on our unit and start over. Think twice before doing business with these people.

Absolutely the best. Matt and his team are polite, courteous, professional, and were so nice to deal with. I have tried the rest. Now I know the best.

He came in through my mom’s side gate without telling her he was there took out the original air conditioner that was here for over 20 years replaced it with a unit not large enough for this home. Put a cover on it that they spray-painted over the serial numbers that didn’t match of course and put it on our square slab in a diamond formation to make it look bigger. Never knew he was here never said he was here. never told her he was doing it he was originally here to maintenance the AC then tried to talk her into buying an AC & they never formally decided on anything he is a low down dirty thief and I don’t know how he sleeps at night doing something like that.

Past two years they were outstanding. This year, two no shows and no calls. That is terrible service!!

I called multiple times over 2 days to have some one come work on our air conditioner. When I called the line was either busy or it went to an answering machine. No one ever contacted me to set up an appointment or tell me that they were too busy to fit us in.

Girl in office, you lost your boss a customer with your lack of simple customer service skills.

These people want to act like they are your friend and want to help but they lie and are untrustworthy and unresponsive. They just dont care about anything or the consequences of their actions and how that affects you.

Hired to install new thermostat. 1st guy couldnt do it after a hour or two so he called for back up. Cost a small fortune and still wasnt right. Fan never shuts off. Today Chino Heating and Air will be here to wire it correctly.

Pleasant people to deal with, but they lied to my home warranty company TWICE. Presumably to game their agreement with that warranty company in their favor. They provided me with a different written report than what they reported to the warranty company, then they claimed to have shown up for the second appointment (which they did not) and lied about their findings on that nonexistent visit(!) Initially thought warranty company was telling the lies, but when the contractor provides different reports to different parties and then lies about showing up, clear to me who is responsible for the misinformation.

I built a new home in Prescott, Jungle Cat Heating and Cooling put in my a/c system and my heating system . The service was fantastic . Jeff and Matt designed my system to absolute perfection!! I wanted extra vents in my master bedroom, Matt gave them to me for free. The price was perfect and the service was the best in town. Jungle Cat heating and cooling has always gone above and beyond for all of my heating and cooling needs . I actually Look forward to seeing all of their technicians every fall and spring for my maintenances the technicians are always so Professional and the best part is they don’t look like felons!!I wanted to make sure when I hired this company the employees were all background checked before they came into my home around my small children . Jungle Cat heating and cooling assured me that all of their employees are background checked . We have been using this company for three years now. I can trust them, they are wonderful people . I want to compliment Matt for his fast, excellent and educational service on our rooftop unit. He is simply the best service person we have ever worked with. He found the problem in five minutes and had it repaired quickly. Along with everything else he was also very patient explaining what happened to our unit and answered all my questions freely. Called and within an hour came to diagnose the problem. Two days later, the new unit was installed. Crew was very polite and tidy, explained the process, inspected all existing ducting, made several improvements at no extra charge. Their changes made the unit quiet and very efficient which resulted in balanced heat and air throughout the house. - Rating submitted on behalf of my parents the Walker’s.

I have used this co. a few times. They respond quickly and take care of my issues right away. The problems I have were caused by sears not doing an install correctly and still Jungle cat has taken care of problems. They are greatttt!

Rude, made raciest comment about my Insurance employees. Never did the work, Run, avoid at all cost. Called about an air conditioner thermostat problem via my home warranty company. Took two days to come did a fast look at all systems and agreed it was the thermostat. Promised to get information on a replacement buy out and never heard back. Second call since he never fixed the problem, again 2 days later called discussed the issue promised to provide the necessary information for a replacement and never came, but canceled the appointment. I called to ask why and he said what do you want me to do come over and dance for you and hung up on me.

They did not want to assure the warranty for my AC bought only a few years ago with the assurance from the owner that I was buying a great AC and that I will not have any problems, not even a call to let me know. Deplorable attitude.

When our heat went the forecast was calling for snow. After checking anything I could, I called Jungle Cat Heating and Cooling in Prescott Valley. They were able to get us on the schedule right away. The HVAC technician arrived within the window and was friendly and well presented. He spent only a few minutes in the attic and he had the problem diagnosed. All the replacement parts were on his truck and minutes later the heat was back on. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Jungle Cat to anyone that needs air conditioning or heater repair. Thank you Jungle Cat!

Would not recommend this guys they did a horrible job installing a new unit still having issues they should do a professional jab specially if your spending that much money... they have good prices but I’ll reather spend more and get the job done properly.

Just had Jungle Cat out to fix our air conditioning unit, I phoned late yesterday and they were able to come out today and fixed the unit! Yay! Cool air again! They are very professional and upfront with the cost so there are no hidden fees, thank you for coming out so quickly!

Had appointment but they cancelled and told me to call someone else. No good reason for cancelling the appointment.

This is the worst hvac company in yavapai county. Most of thier jobs arent up to code. They use under ton units. They dont even have a evap machine they release their freon into the air. The old units are just dumped at yavapai recycling still with freon in them and they dont dispose of the freon properly either. Dont bother trying to work for them either youd be lucky to get $300 a week doing install. They are a scam company that should be shut down.

Oh my, I should have read the reviews. I also was assigned to Jungle Cat by American Homesheild. WOW no action from these folks. 1st trip had a 4 hour window for diagnostic visit. DAYS LATER 2nd trip 4 hour window in the last 1/4 of the 4th hour I contacted them [sorry our tech is 2 hours behind, I cussed] (not at any one person) job cancelled WOW 8 HOURS OF MY TIME AND I GET CANCELLED ON A FRIDAY PLEASE LOOK FOR THIS SAME REVIEW ACROSS ALL COMPANIES JUNGLE CAT WORKS WITH OFFICE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLSWHATSOEVER .....GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I WOULD NOT EVER RECCOMEND JUNGLE CAT..they have been usless and tried to take advantage of us ..came out to my property 4 time and could not diagnose a problem...no customer service or communication at all..after almost 3 days without ac and no response or call back from jungle cat..i found a new company and they were amazing...so glad jungle cat was worthless cause i wouldnt have found such an amazing company to complete the leak test. Repaird the hose.. replaced a connector and recharged my freon all in a couple hours on the very first day they came out and for half the price...They wouldnt get any stars from me but seems i had to give one to even make a review..

Had to deal with this company because of home warranty situation. 3 visits and couldnt diagnose the problem. Finally said they didnt think they wanted to tackle the job.Another company solved it all with one visit. Be warned - Jungle Cat is terrible. Watch them while they do the work.

In one word: horrible! They were selected by American Home Shield to fix our A/C unit, and I am appalled by their customer service. On the first visit the tech Jeff Puett added freon to the system but forgot to reinstall the service panel inside the A/C unit. On the second visit he reinstalled the panel and checked the levels but it still wasnt cooling the house properly. Thats when the outside fan stopped spinning, and when I asked them to look at it again, they referred me to use another company because Jeff couldnt figure out whats wrong. On the first visit from the other company, the tech recognized that the system was loaded with too much freon, and that in turn blew our compressor. Now we have to look at a new unit or replacing the part, and all Jungle Cat did was make it worse, take our money, and run. I recommend you STAY AWAY from this company entirely.
