The Brother all in one that I use for my office started having bad print problems. I was trying to fix it myself by watching You Tube videos and reading online instructions (what a waste of time). I had spent hours trying to fix it myself but couldnt diagnose the problem. I was even considering to scrap the thing and go buy a new one. Then I thought, let me call the repair shop to see what they would suggest. Ralph asked the model and what it was doing wrong. He knew the solution right away (by phone)! Even better, he knew that Brother keeps a warranty for the broken part. He called them for me, ordered the part, and my Brother is back! Its good as new! I will recommend RDS to everyone.
