Just moved to Poughkeepsie from NYC…I had a hard time finding and new nail tech and Lisa is the best…they also have great service and prices. Would highly recommend.

One of the ladies cut my toe during a pedicure now I have a gash on my toe. My names were rushed by Andy. The only thing that was good was my lashes. Lisa is the best one there.

Came in second customer of the day. Called ahead of time to make sure there was availability. Was seated immediately and was rushed between 2 other nail techs than the 3rd one who actually did my nails. He barely filed my nails and didn’t do my cuticles….the color was nice but now I need to get a nail file to shape up my acrylics myself and get all of the polish off the sides and cuticles

Been going here for over years pedicures with Andy is Wonderful. Sandy is the Greatest nail tech. Overall everyone is kind and loves to laugh.

Finished way too fast, nails had dips/sloppy, used too much acrylic and didn’t give me what I asked for! I asked for a French manicure he looked at me as if he never seen or did a French mani before. they also did my feet which again was rushed, my feet came out better then my nails but for the quality they gave me I also could’ve done my feet myself!! I wouldn’t recommend at all go somewhere where they’ll take time to actually perfect your nails

My sister and I were completely ignored when we walked in and passed over for their friend that walked in after us. We weren’t being rude, we had on masks, we tried to get your attention nicely. You shouldn’t ignore potential customers no matter who it is walking through the door

Felt like it was rushed pedicure I’ve could’ve done on my own it looked like my 8yr old niece did it. Still had nail polish on my toes and clear polish left I had to double back Nd wipe it off after everything sloppy pedi. Nails are lumpy my little designs are coming off it hasn’t been a full 2 weeks yet the acrylic is lumpy as for the nail polish also. some of my nails are sideways and no it’s not my nail bed don’t try that you I wouldn’t recommend them. Not only was the service terrible but my nails came out all wrong ! And they weren’t all wearing masks so to be honest it was a terrible experience overall. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE ! And the attitude they give is insane 🤦🏻‍♀️

The only place I go to get the best treatment for my pedicure and manicure.

I went there for an acrylic fill. I usually go to a different nail salon but they are closed on Sundays and I was desperate. I sit down to start my fill and the lady cuts my cuticle up with the drill. I tell her she cut me she ignores me. I start to BLEED and shes still going. When I yanked my hand away she finally puts styptic liquid on the cut. I tell her Ill wait for someone else. The owner did my set and she did a great job. But now the cut is infected and oozing pus. Never again.

Got eyelashes extension and they didnt last long

Before I posted a 4 and said it was the best pedicure around. I went back and they have raised prices and did half the job they use to. Manager was very friendly, but I would rather pay the old prices and have the same attention to detail as before. So disappointed this past time because what use to cost 70 something for feet and hands, now went up to 90 something for half the job. I get getting busy, but that is only because you were given great reviews, lets not mess up now. I have faith in you.....

To their benefit, I believe that this salon specializes in acrylic nails. With natural nails, not so much. I have visited this salon five times. Each time, I have the gel maincure done. The first time, my nails were OK. They peeled within two days. I went back, and the lady kindly fixed them for me using a BINDING product that I had not see her use the first time. The third time, I used a glitter polish and the ladies predicted that it would last the entire two weeks. Lo and behold, it lasted. I went again, this time getting a full pink gel manicure with one finger a separate pink glitter, and my nails did not look so great. I had to revisit the nail salon the very next day because the gel polish started peeling off. I had finally taken a very good look at my nails and my nails were completely ruined. This last time, I used a plain color and the lady literally picked the skin off of my nails and caused bleeding. The nails began chipping and peeling on my right hand in the bottom corners of my nails the very next day. I paid too much money for this place to continuously ruin my nails. They have complete disregard for their mistakes because it KEEPS happening. I visited five times and saw ZERO improvement. The common problem with the manicure is that the bottoms of my nails are loose and very unprofessionally done. The pictures that I have added are AFTER ONLY FIVE DAYS OF BEING DONE. THIS GEL IS SUPOOSED TO LAST TWO WEEKS. NOT FIVE DAYS. IF I WANTED IT TO LAST FIVE DAYS I WOULD HAVE PAID $12. . Each time I paid over five dollars in tips hoping for a better manicure.

I never leave reviews but I was so in love with the service and prices. The nail techs are all super sweet and professional. My nails came out so nice and exactly how I wanted them. Favorite nail salon of all time!

The MANAGER there is very rude. If they do your nails the correct way the first time customers wouldn’t complain- her coworker did my nail incorrectly and she told me that I messed it up and if I mess it up again that I can do it myself 😂😂Only good person there is Amie, unfortunately!!!

A great relaxing place

The worst place to go! The nail tech that did my nails had no clue what she was doing. She continued to apply the arylic on my nails (which made them very thick). My nails were long when I went in, she literally filed my nails down to nothing. All of my nails are different lengths. I Would not recommend this nail salon. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! I recommend the nail salon in the Marshalls Mall 🤷🏼‍♀️

I went with my daughter who was getting her nails done and I decided to kill time and get a pedicure. I asked why their pedicure prices were $3 higher than any other salon and they replied they were providing extra services that other salons dont offer. After my pedicure was done I told them they provided not one single extra service for a $3 fee. My nail tech cut both sides of my toe nail and made it bleed. He got the bleeding stopped and continued with the rough pedicure. I didnt enjoy it at all and will not return. When I left the salon my toe was bleeding all over again. I most certainly hope I do not get an infection or I will notify the board of health. The salon was neat and the employees were polite.

Altho the nail technician was very good. The polish was horrible and when i showed them the were offended as if i just didnt spend 40$ for a mani pedi. Thats another thing if you pay separately its cheaper. But a mani/pedi was more expensive. Its usually less if u get both.

I went with my sister to get a pedicure. Mine turned out ok, the older man did them. My sisters ahowever DID NOT turn out that good. The older woman who did hers seemed as if she had little knowledge of what she was doing. In fact, most of the workers seemed incompetent. I had an older balding man start my pedi but the other older man had to finish because he just didnt seem to know what he was doing. The gel polish on my toes are lumpy and uneven. I usually do my own gel nails at home so Im well aware of how a proper gel pedi should come out. The kicker is that when i was paying the person who rung me up seemed extremely eager for a tip that to be honest was undeserving considering the subpar service I recieved. Needless to say Ill be sticking with the at home pedicures.

Worst acrylic nails I have ever had done in my life. I went for a full set of acrylic nails and was done in 30 minutes. The woman rushed through my nails so that she could tend to another customer that walked in after me requesting her. I will NEVER go back to this run down nail salon again.

Go to another nail salon. Nail was crooked and all were bulky. I am going back tomorrow to see if they can fix it and also designs on all my nails are not the same. I am not pleased at all. This was not a good experience for me.

Worse place ever went there yesterday and they completely messed my feet and nails up they have cheap old nail polish that bubbles up and the girl doing nails left them uneven and clumpy the one doing my feet was so Lazy and cheap didn’t completely take off my old color just rubbed it all over my toes and was going to leave it like that if I didn’t say anything so unhappy with this service won’t be seeing me again what happy to quality
