Suzy and her team are A+! Always responsive, always willing to work with us, and professional service all around. They expertly handle wash & fold, dry cleaning, and even more exotic cleaning like mattresses and rugs. An example of their excellence going above and beyond: we needed some dry cleaning done on a very short time frame, outside of their normal operations, since we were going out of town. Suzy made some calls, and was able to get it done for us a week sooner than expected. Huge! Would definitely recommend.

Suzi is one of the most accommodating, friendly and helpful people to run a laundromat. My dryer in my apartment died two weeks before I was scheduled to move, I had so much prep for moving laundry to do and she was enthusiastically helpful in telling me exactly how many loads would be required to get it all done. Even offering complimentary iced tea while it all got washed and dried. I would definitely recommend this place, clean and comfortable to be in while waiting for your laundry.

This is the most cleanly, bright, and friendly laundromat I have ever stepped foot in. The owner and staff are personable and willing to do anything to make your laundry day more enjoyable! The washers are spacious, for any array of load sizes big to small and the dryers are equipped for any size load as well. Not to mention offering laundering, tailoring and dry cleaning too! If I could leave six stars I would, this is my new laundry spot and it should be yours too!

The place is very nice and clean no issue but just recently I was there with my wife we was removing our clothes i just happen to look up what i saw some dude was removing his clothes from the washer he was carrying concealed gun i mean why be strapped while doing laundry.

I absolutely hated going to do laundry until I started going here. Staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. You can feel how much pride the owner takes in her business, she even remembers all of her customers by names and takes the time to talk to them. Additionally, I was able to pick up my laundry much quicker than other places around. Clothes were washed with care and folded nicely. After coming here once I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I recently used their Pickup and Delivery Laundry service to help me handle a “ton” of laundry that was piling up. The service was greater than expected. They are friendly, engaging, and they went above and beyond. As part of the service, I also ordered laundry bags for future use. However, I was not expected the bags to be personalized. I was utterly impressed that they took the time to do it. Everything was done just right. From the beginning to the end, it was just perfect. I could not have asked for more.Bravo! I definitely recommend them, and I will be using them again.

When my washer stopped working and I was in a pinch to clean bedding for guests I found this near by laundromat. I was so grateful to Susie, the proprietor, she greeted me the moment I walked in the door, and walked me through everything I needed to do. Even offering me a refreshment and free wi-fi! I was dreading going to a laundromat for the first time, but she changed my mind, and will look forward to going back. They have toys and boys for kids which is also a plus.

I used them for the first time this past weekend, driver came within time frame that we were given, for pickup and the delivery, he was courteous and efficient. They use the best detergents and fabric softener, our laundry smelled heavenly. Everything was folded/hung up on hangers perfectly.We had a small hiccup with some missing items and Suzie was extremely diligent at helping resolve the issue, not only did we get a credit for future orders we were given a refund, I thought this was extremely generous and thoughtful (my daughter was happy she went shopping with the money to replace missing items ). I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone I come across.

This is the best laundry service available in the area. I drive out of my way to do my laundry there. Suzy is kind, generous with her free coffee and tea, always hard working and the place is spotless. She has a young man who works there cleaning all the time and she herself is always picking up after us all. But it makes the experience well worth going out of my way. If I drop something it’s clean because the floor is usually swept, mopped and vacuumed at least once in my time there. All machines are working and that’s a plus too. Yesterday was my first time in a long time having to use a laundromat. My dryer stopped working and I have to wait a week for my new one to be delivered and installed. A good friend recommended this laundromat. Wow, what an experience. I actually enjoyed being there. The moment I walked in the owner Suzy treated me and told me she would help me select the best size washers. She was so knowledgeable about the best way to clean and dry your clothes. The cleanliness of the place was amazing. She offered hot coffee or iced tea and even a candy treat. Cutely decorated with clothing and laundry replica from days past. Restroom was clean. I will definitely being using this laundromat again for my bulk items. Try this laundromat out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Suzy is welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I’m not very familiar with laundromats but she explained all the different sizes washers she had and then asked me what kind of soap I was using (pods) and told me how many per different size washer. She walked me through the whole process and then told me that they have pick/up delivery service (20 mile radius) AND dry cleaning and Alterations. She offered my son and I complimentary coffee, tea, water, told us she had WiFi and had televisions with basic cable to watch while we waited. The place was super clean as she had a couple of people working who were sterilizing washers when someone finished up and the same with the dryers... I definitely liked that (esp given the times). I even had a crazy thing happen as I was going to cha he the washer to the dryer, my sandal broke!!!! Suzy asked me my shoe size and offered to lend me a shoe as I was just about her size. I thought that was very sweet.:: I opted for some packing tape just to get my sandal fixed enough to get home but THAT is the kind of service you get there, not like some of the other places I have read about that don’t have anyone working there, just cameras in the corners. Suzy is definitely a very gracious and proud owner of her FULL SERVICE laundromat! Until my washer is fixed, I will definitely be going back there!

I think many people will agree with me when I say one of the least enjoyable tasks in life is that of doing one’s own laundry at a Laundromat. For me it is just as painful as a visit to the Dentist. That was until I discovered we’ve Got Your Sock. The atmosphere created by owner Suzie is so wonderful and appealing that it is no longer a chore to do laundry but an event. With a smile and offer for a hot beverage one cannot but feel they are at home. Suzie is most helpful in giving advice on methods and products to achieve a better wash. There are a wide variety of services offered including home pickup and delivery as well as alterations. The warm greeting, the great service sets this operation high above all other Laundromats in the area and maybe even the world!

Im very fortunate as generally I do not have to go to the laundromat and any past experience in which I had to go was not pleasant. This place has completely changed my mind because my experience was amazing. EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean (and being cleaned the entire time I was waiting). The first time around I went in myself, but today I tried the wash and fold service. I was in no rush and dropped off my stuff in the late afternoon. Ive already received a text notification (oh yeah, she sends text notifications :)) that everything is ready to be picked up. Again, Im amazed. If ever I need to go Ill be coming here, and after the wash and fold its possible Ill be coming even when I dont need to :x. Thank you for your amazing service!

I have been SO favorably impressed with the this service! Out 25 yr. old washer went out unexpectedly and I had no idea what was available around here. I found Weve Your Sock via a Google search, read the reviews, and brought in several loads. The place is spotless and both Suzie and Frank are friendly, efficient and very helpful. My clothes were returned spotlessly clean, beautifully folded and nicely packed in a see-through tote. Until I get a new washer, this will be my go-to place and I definitely recommend it. We brought a comforter and shams to be laundered here because a front load washer was required. I called, dropped off (curbside pickup due to COVID-19) and was contacted by phone and text in a matter of hours that my order was complete. All payment was done over the phone efficiently. We picked up our order, hand delivered curbside to our trunk with a smile. The quilt/shams were done beautifully, folded and packed perfectly! Amazing job! We were so happy that we brought another set the next day... same service and satisfaction. Suzy is so accommodating and personable, we would highly recommend this laundry service!

From the second I walked into this laundromat it was wonderful. Suzy walked over to me and introduced herself. Then she said I see that you need a large washer. I was bringing in a big comforter. She walked me through the whole process. When the wash was finished the color on my comforter was so bright. Suzy told me what temperature to put the dryer on. This place is so cozy and clean. Suzy is extremely friendly and helpful. From now on I’m going to bring all my comforters here. This will keep the strain off of my new washing machine. I had the worst experience I was over charge and my clothes wasn’t wash properly my pillows that I paid so much money to wash $15 a piece was still wet and also I was charge for some small teddy bears $15 each also I was over charge on the soap I was just taking advantage of I was sick and wasn’t well and that why I use them but never again one of my worst experience ever.

I’ve been in the dry cleaning business for 8 years and recently switched careers and moved. I was nervous to try a new cleaners in my new area but based on searching and reviews, I decided to try We’ve Got Your Sock. The only reviews that weren’t wonderful were from people who it appears don’t understand dry cleaning. I don’t say that in a rude way but any means but some people just aren’t very knowledgeable about the process, difficulty of stain removal, etc.With that being said, I couldn’t be happier with my new cleaners. The owner is wonderful and stands by her customers. (Trust me, a lot of cleaners don’t). The turnaround is very quick and they even call you when your clothes come in if you want them to. The clothes are cleaned and pressed extremely well. I’ve never seen a better crease on a pair of pants. It’s overall a really pleasant experience. I will continue to use them and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know!

Great little place to do you laundry. Suzanne is great. She’s friendly, approachable and will give you recommendations on how to do your laundry, which washer to choose based on what you have, and what settings/detergent to use. The decor takes you back to the 1920s with the vintage clothes, detergents and signs. There is free WiFi, TV, magazines and coffee and she has a rewards card system for a free wash. The place is cute and clean. I don’t do my laundry at a laundromat often, but would highly recommend. Have come back twice and had a great experience both times!

The BEST laundry service I have ever experienced! I dropped our clothes off on a Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon looking as if I had bought them from the store!!! I’ve been coming here for over 6 years.In the last 6 years I’ve actually moved further away and still make the trip! Passing other laundromats on the way. Susie is a ray of sunshine and is always so helpful. I’m always so excited to tell her about the news in my life. She’s an amazing person and runs a great clean speedy service. I’d highly recommend taking advantage of her top notch washers and dryers on your laundry days. If you’re too busy to do it yourself she also offers drop off service and even FREE picks up and drops off FROM YOUR HOME!!!!!!!!!

This laundromat has exceeded all of my expectations. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted coffee or tea, then I was given a tour and shown all of the sizes of the washers, was told the overall cost and shown how to use them. Suzie introduced herself and knew everyone’s name coming in, the environment is very friendly and extremely clean. They offer a service where you can drop off and pick up your laundry and there are even toys for the kids! I was a little nervous having to come to a laundromat after my washer and dryer broke at home but We’ve Got Your Sock has overall been a very positive experience and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming to We’ve Got Your Sock laundromat for almost a year now. Whenever someone new comes in Suzy, the owner, asks them what she could do to make their experience better. When she first asked me on my first visit, I said the place was great, nothing needed to change. But, the last time I was here, I mentioned it would be nice to have a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang coat or purse on. Imagine my surprise when I came in today and there is a lovely set of hooks hanging on the bathroom door. The customer service and value placed on customer satisfaction can’t be beat here. Not to mention, my clothes are always fluffy and clean because she maintains the washing machines and dryers so well. You won’t be disappointed at We’ve Got Your Sock Laundromat.

Its a terrific laundromat. The service, the facility, the location make it easy and efficient. Im a big fan of this place with free coffee and extremely helpful staff. It makes a chore relaxing and I get to catch up on my reading.

This is a welcoming and great place to to laundry! The workers are very friendly and helpful and they make sure their customers needs are solved. Not only that but the place has personality! Ill be showing up here again! :)

Very friendly atmosphere and extremely clean. The owner Susie is always cleaning, they offer you coffee, they have a valued customer program which all are eligible for, tv, WiFi, a sitting area and the customers are nice too. Free lock up and delivery for wash and fold which you can schedule through their website.

I’ve never been disappointed coming here. The laundromat is great! Always plenty of open washing and drying machines (and soon I’ll be using the dry cleaning services!) but the best part is the atmosphere. Susie is so kind and helpful and has really made me feel at home whenever I come here. It’s really easy for me to get some work done with all of the seating arrangements and relaxing environment. Gotta love the free coffee too! Awesome spot.
