A giant snow storm in NY delayed my flight from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Kennedy Airport by 3 days and once it took off, weather forced the plane to land in Washington D.C. where I returned to NY via bus. My original ride from Kennedy to New Paltz was no longer available and almost NO one was available. Unbelievably, despite the storm, my brother found Micah, who drove from the Hudson Valley to Kennedy to pick me up. He was professional, kind, and the best medicine for a travel exhausted passenger. I cannot recommend his services enough. Although this happened a couple of years ago, I lost his contact info so couldnt write this five star recommendation. And then, I found it!!! So if you need a ride, do not hesitate to use Hudson Valley Concierge Services.

Hudson Valley Concierge Services was there for my family when we did not have a car to get my elderly father around to doctors appointments and to do simple chores.The pandemic has been a wrench in the side as I was to open back up for business in March. So we have had some challenges as we continue to move forward during these times. Micah and his staff are just the best team I have come across in years. They are real people and it is hard to find people that have a smile on their face everyday.During this time, they were a breath of fresh air. You know what you are going to get when you call and are picked up. Someone you can talk to, feel comfortable with and that is reliable.During that week and-a-half, that call away was real, needed, and filled. As the world has slowed down in resolving life issues and HVCS was their to fill-in the gap.

This fall when the weather was warm and bright, I challenged myself for an adventure kayak day on the Mighty Hudson. I reached out to the team at HV concierge for their support. I was so happy they could help. Essentially I parked my car by Main Street in Poughkeespie and then asked their driver to take me north to the Quiet Cove park so I could paddle in my kayak a few miles down the river ! Thanks to the team for supporting me in a super fun October adventure here at home in the Hudson Valley. Friendly and responsive service. I highly recommend them.

Hudson Valley Conscierge brought us to FLA and picked us up after a re-rpute at JFK in July. The were awesome, super friendly, and great folks to ride with. Communication were great and on time ( and early) service.

Her refrigerator was almost empty. I was quietly frantic to find a trustworthy source to help my sister and ease her fears. I found HVCS online. I called and received an immediate response from Micah. He filled in all the details, and generously worked around my sisters immediate need. He paid complete attention to all details of selecting the groceries my sister gave me, he delivered them to her within the hour. My sister was so relieved, planning what she would have for dinner! He put everything away quietly, quickly, exactly where she wanted it: Very efficiently, with courtesy, and a smile, and I suspect, an encouraging word.This was a Joyful experience for both my sister and I.Should we need HVCS, again, there are a myriad of services, we will be happy & confident to call.Look on linked in.
