I had an appointment this past weekend. It was without a doubt the best appointment I’ve had this far during my pregnancy. I had a gender reveal appointment and it was an experience I will never forget. The tech was so thorough and explained how the baby is developing. I am a first time Mom, so naturally I’ve been very nervous about my pregnancy… Dutchess 3D put me at ease. It was so special to see my little one on a big screen and share the moments with my mom and best friend. Worth every single penny!! And the stuffed animal with the recorded heart beat is the cutest thing! 🥰

Everything was great, the ladies were very polite and helpful. I went with my two toddlers and the visit went seamlessly. The office is bright and clean, they sell such cute baby merchandise. You have plenty of options for the heart bear. I got a cute hippo with a tutu for my baby girl. Kudos to your staff, I will be coming back for the 30 week 3D scan.

Had my first HD ultrasound here at Dutchess 3D imaging (I had gotten the deluxe package and added the 5D/HD software and the recording of the ultrasound) my experience was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience! Every staff member I spoke with was nice to both me and my boyfriend making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The ultra sound tech was very nice and didn’t give up on trying to get the perfect images. Im currently 33 weeks so many baby was already getting tucked and ready for the big day so she was being a little stubborn but with some patients and orange juice (definitely follow the email and the water recommendations and don’t forgot the orange juice it can really make or break your ability to get your baby to wiggle the right way for you) we were able to have her look over at us so we could get the perfect facial images. They were all very accommodating considering I added more add ons 10 minutes before my schedule appointment but they were very happy too! Couldn’t be more pleased and the website they use to upload the videos and photos I had no problem accessing and sending my video and photos to family members who haven’t been able to be a part of this part of my life because of covid couldn’t be more grateful for the whole experience was worth every penny and I will defiantly be wanting to do this again with them with my next one when the time comes. Thanks again!

My appointment went great! Dana was so nice & sweet!! And the ultrasound tech was amazing! She was so patient because my baby did not want to show his face and cooperate. She didn’t rush me through the appointment. She tried every trick to get the baby to move. From what we could see, she was very informative and nice to us! And even though I was sad about not getting to see the baby’s face the tech and Dana were super nice and made me feel a little better about it and scheduled me another appointment to try and see my baby. They also didn’t make me feel bad about it or try and rush me through it, she really tried everything! This is my second time here & I love this place, the atmosphere, the vibe, how cute it is, very clean, and how amazing, friendly & sweet the staff is.

With both of my pregnancies, Dutchess 3D has been a staple with care. Dayna is so knowledgeable and she is the one you wish that was your obstetrician because she is a breath of fresh air and genuinely LOVES what she does. I love watching her business grow and I am so excited to see her future. If I have a third child, I will definitely have all of my ultrasound care done here. The entire appointment is a wonderful experience you will never forget. Congrats Dayna!

Went the other day & my husband and I had a phenomenal experience! Super friendly at the front as soon as you walk in making you feel very comfortable. They were amazing with the ultrasound even when the baby was being stubborn they took their time and helped us in every way to make sure we got great ultrasound views & that the gender was very clear. They also did a great job keeping the gender a secret from us as asked until we returned home to do our gender reveal. The women that work there are so sweet. The atmosphere is clean & welcoming. And I LOVED that they give you a stuffed animal with your little ones heartbeat to bring home. We love this place! 10/10 recommend dutchess 3D imaging they are the best & you will not be disappointed!

I cannot recommend Dutchess 3D imaging enough. I will start by saying, the minute you walk in you are greeted by their incredibly kind and warm staff. They really make your experience so memorable and fun. They felt like family! Also, Their space is ADORABLE and so clean and cozy. This is our second time returning with our second baby. My family and I LOVE this place!

Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment that day where with my ob I was having to wait weeks for a routine screen. Fantastic place!

My husband and I were so thrilled with our experience at Dutchess 3D!! The office is friendly, inviting and clean and the women are so nice! We went in at 30 weeks and got the Peakaboo package. I did the water prep exactly like they recommended and we got the most amazing photos of our little girl! I was in tears getting to see her in 3D, 4D and 5D! They gave us so many photos and multiple videos of her moving as well.My OB only offers 2 scans, so having the option to book an additional one through Dutchess 3D was so wonderful and I love that my husband could be there as well. Their package are SO affordable (1/3 the price of booking an additional scan through my doctors office) and really they are worth every penny for the reassurance and joy of getting to see our little one growing!Thank you so much ladies! 💕

This was such an amazing experience. Myhusband got to see the baby for the first time here (due to current covid restrictions) the nurse was so friendly and took her time during the entire visit. She was so informative and made sure we got all of the best angles and images of our baby. Highly recommend, very professional from beginning to end.

I found out about Dutchess 3D Imaging from a friend and fellow pregnant mom. Due to Covid restrictions, my husband was not allowed at ANY of my prenatal appointments- including ultrasounds. Naturally he was devastated by the news as he was present to nearly all appointments with our first child. Being able to gift him with the ability to not only hear our child but to see him in 3D was beyond rewarding. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere they create is warm, inviting, and very soothing. We were even able to save the sound of his heartbeat in the cutest stuffed animal as a keepsake! I highly recommend Dutchess 3D Imaging to any expectant parents.

I have been there 3 times. The first 2 times my baby was very camera shy and didn’t wanna be seen .. they didn’t rush they took their time to try and see her face ! every time I went I felt 100% comfortable. They’re so sweet and make you feel like you’re part of the family. You can tell they actually want to be there ! I would highly recommend Dutchess 3D and I will be going back AGAIN !!

I went to Dutchess 3D for an early gender reveal. It was the best experience ever. Victoria the tech was so warm and welcoming. She talked to me through the entire scan and when she revealed I was having a baby girl it felt like I had one of my own very good friends experience it with me! I can’t wait to visit again sometime soon. I loved the bear of the month that came with my baby girls heartbeat. Going to ultrasound scans alone during covid are really tough but I was able to have a support person with me, which I am super grateful for. Thank you so much Dutchess 3D, you guys are amazing!

My husband and I went so that he could be a part of an ultrasound visit being that my doctor isnt allowing any plus ones due to covid. I was promptly and politely greeted, and brought into the room shortly after arriving. The woman who did my ultrasound (Victoria I believe) was incredibly kind and soft spoken. She made our experience that much better. We plan to return in a few months. Definitely recommend this place.

It really means a lot to my husband and I that he was allowed to come and see our first baby. It’s been hard not having him allowed to come to my doctor appointments. I just went for a 3D ultrasound after my regular Dr not being able to get any pictures of my sons face, he was also not cooperating when we started this appointment either. The technician went above and beyond to get us to be able to see my son.The office is also adorable!I highly recommend them!

I couldn’t recommend Dutchess 3D Imaging more! My husband and I were expecting our first child in November, 2020, and mind you with the COVID crisis my husband has not been allowed in any of the doctor visits or sonograms during our entire pregnancy. We were recommended by a friend to use Dutchess 3D for 3D/4D pictures of our baby and they were kind enough to allow my husband in with me to see our baby for the first time together. Just seeing our baby’s face so detailed was absolutely amazing!! Our tech was extremely sweet and allowed us to cry our happy tears and to share the excitement with us for such a special moment. We wanted to keep the gender a surprise for us at delivery and the tech made sure she didn’t even peek herself. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very warm welcoming! Our bundle of joy has finally arrived and to compare him to our 3D images is amazing! I highly recommend using Dutchess 3D Imaging for such an experience!!! We will be back for our next pregnancy as well!!

I would just like to take a second and really say thank you to the tech who did my ultrasound she was amazing and seriously so patient with us and the baby with how uncooperative she was. So thank you from the bottom of our heart we appreciate the patience’s and how personable she truly was! This was my second time and each time was truly amazing the entire team was professional and personable.

We found out we were expecting our little bundle in May, during the pandemic. With the country being shut down my Wife has not been allowed to any of my ultrasounds or prenatal appointments. We did some googling, and found that Dutchess 3D Imaging was allowing one guest, and based on that alone I booked my first appointment. From the minute we walked in the door we were met with nothing but positive attitudes and warmth from Daina and her staff. We have since been back three other times, and now it feels like walking in to see old friends. I absolutely love this place and dedication and time they put into their work. It is truly her passion in life, and it shows! I will definitely be going back again and I highly recommend them to all expectant mommas who want the same experience.

Had a great experience with Dutchess 3D Imaging. From the moment I was greeted, to being ask to complete a couple of quick forms then realizing the person at the front desk will be the same person to perform my ultrasound (was a unexpected surprise). However, all I can say is that the representative/technician was very friendly and easy to talk. She made me feel so comfortable with small talk and very cute baby movement giggles (when I finally saw my little guy!). Dutchess 3D is very accommodating and would recommend Dutchess 3D Imaging.

Went in for an early gender reveal. The experience was amazing. The women took her time and made the experience so enjoyable. My baby was not being very cooperate and she was very patient with us. Would recommend this place to every local pregnant mama I know. Only recommendations is to bring more then one orange juice (they only say to bring one) because I needed two of them for baby to move into both positions needed.

My wife and I came in for our 2nd child’s 3D experience. The owner Daina was nice, welcoming, excited for us . During the the ultrasound her face had smiles as big as we did looking at our little guy . She was not rude or did not rush us . Just a genuine nice person giving us a top notch experience. We scheduled a private ultrasound so my husband could see our baby for the first time. The people are very friendly and the images and videos they get are amazing! I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment.

I went with my girlfriend to get a 3D scan of her baby and it was beautiful. The office is very cute, super clean and the tech was friendly and thorough. We got the heartbeat bear as a keepsake with the babys heartbeat inside. Amazing experience! I would highly recommend.

I had the BEST experience today on November 5th 2020. The staff is super kind and makes you feel so comfortable! The office is decorated so cute and the staff makes you feel right at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will for sure be back and recommend this place to all my friends. The ultra sound imaging is also extremely good quality! I have nothing but positive things to say, if your looking to get an ultra sound I would recommend this place a thousand times! I had my first ultra sound today and I couldn’t be happier, I also got a stuff animal that you can hear the babies heart beat and I love that they offer them. I went to Dutchess 3D imaging with a friend of mine For her first pregnancy and from the second she made her appointment, they were accommodating, friendly, and so patient. They answered every question we had and the office was beyond clean and cozy. We had the best experience and I would definitely recommend 3D Imaging for sure!!!

Upset that I even have to give 1 star. I had been to the business with my first pregnancy and once early on in this pregnancy. Before this appointment I had nothing but wonderful things to say. I am not sure what happened this time but I was shocked. The appointment started with the sonographer arguing about how far along I am. According to my doctor and the specialist that both did sonograms I am 14w5d today. At this office Im measuring 13w6d. I made my appointment based on what I was told by my doctor, not much else I could do. The sonographer continued to argue with me and tell me that I went to the specialist too early (last week, by the way) and spoke to me in a very condescending way. She informed me that she knows I want to come back in 1 week, but suggested 2 because shes been doing this for 20 years and will not tell me the gender unless shes sure. I totally respect that. All of the appointments in timeslots that I needed were full so my option was coming back in 1 week and 2 days, which even by her measurements would put me at 15w1d. They advertise that they can tell gender at FOURTEEN weeks. Not 15, not 16.... There was also an appointment the following week but we were unable to attend. When I asked to book the receptionist snapped at me and said didnt she tell you you have to wait 2 weeks. Thats only like 1 week. I said I was being treated rude and quite frankly wasnt interested in coming back at all. Then the sonographer, who I gather is the business owner, came out yelling and told me that she told me at my last appointment I was measuring behind, which was never discussed. All around unprofessional sonographer and staff. They told me to take a deep breath and call back tomorrow. No thanks.

Today I woke so happy to get a 3D scan since my husband wasn’t able to attend any doctors appointments because of COVID. We Were greeted with a hello but was never introduced Or told to the lady’s name at the desk (she also did the scan). She quickly asked how’d I do with the water and OJ. I did not drink the 3 gallons recommended because I hadn’t seen the email. I think this important info should be explained upon booking. Also, it said over a course of 3 days but I booked my appointment 1 day prior so I would not have had enough time regardless. I asked if I could upgrade my Peekaboo package if we didn’t get what we needed and she said no I would have to pay for Delux package before hand. It wasn’t the fact that I was denied that upset me, it was the manor in which the situation was handled. She quickly brought me into the room after hearing me ask my husband if we should reschedule not giving me time to think about it. We went through with the scan and of course did not get her to move her hand away from her face. It was a bit upsetting but my husband was happy because this was the first time he EVER heard the heart beat and seen an ultrasound. I didn’t want to ruin it for him. I felt she was a bit rough shaking the monitor on my belly trying to get her to move and constantly looking over at the clock. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m looking for another place to go for another scan.

Considering all the places I’ve looked into this is the lowest quality especially for a hormonal pregnant woman the way they emphasize 10 min is like yout being run through a chop shop and what if you don’t get results in 10 min I have Heard terrible things about the receptionist and haven’t had a good response from them myself I’m actually worried to book an appointment here in plus 125 for 10 min and possible not get what you came for doesn’t sit well with me the way things are promoted on the page to is unsettling I wouldn’t consider this place at all there is much better quality at a much better price !

I recently accompanied my pregnant friend here and we had a wonderful experience. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor! It was so much better coming here than the doctors office. The space was so inviting and decorated really nicely. My friend got beautiful pictures because she made sure to follow the directions and drink a full gallon of water a day for 3 days+ leading up to the appointment. They couldnt stress that enough and they were right-- it made for great pictures. I would definitely recommend all of my expecting friends to come here!

Love Dutchess 3D imagining! I received great picture and videos of my baby. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. I have recommended so many people here and everyone has been pleased. To receive the best pictures, you have to make sure you follow the rules and drink tons of fluid days before your appointment. My baby loves to have his hands in his face and I appreciate any pictures I got of him. Baby’s have a mind of their own. Their heart beat bears are so adorable and they give you a goodie bag also. I would highly recommend them 100%. Thank you so great service!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Totally horrible and unpleasant experience. From the scheduling to the actual appointment the tech was rude and unprofessional. We arrived on time to have our 3D pictures taken at 1130am. As soon as we enter the first thing she says In a rude condescending tone is “where are your masks.” We asked her what she meant. “And she said in order to be in here and take your pictures you need masks.” We asked if she provided any and she said “No, you need to get your own and if you don’t I have them I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.” We told her when confirming the appointment nobody told us that we needed to wear masks or would’ve had no problem wearing them. While letting her know that we drove 40 mins to get here. At this point she began ignoring us. We asked if we would get a refund, her reply was simply “No.” we asked if we reschedule what would be the closest date. The tech gave us some date way after the baby was born. Then we asked if we purchased masks somewhere quickly could come back and do the appointment. Her answer was “No I would still have to reschedule you.” We asked her if this is how she does business. She completely ignored us meanwhile my wife is in tears. I will never mention this place to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. I understand the difficult times that we’re all facing but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication was unreal.

Came here for a early Gender for my son. The tech was great, place was clean and inviting. Our entire family was able to come in the room. We got a little stuffed animal and they put my sons heartbeat it in. This place is great.

Best place ever !! When I found out I was pregnant I just couldnt wait to get an EARLY GENDER. Both my cousins and best friend came here and I just knew I had to come to Dutchess 3D . At the Dr you never get a chance to actually take it all in and see your Bundle of joy without it just seeming routine . Here, I felt at home, The staff is extremely friendly, its so clean and my whole Family got to see too !! Cant wait to go back in a few weeks to see how much hes grown :) Thanks so much Dutchess 3D!!!!

My partner and I weren’t sure what to expect and at first it seemed a little weird, but the office is super clean, decorated and really nice. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the tech! The pictures came out adorable and would definitely recommend!

Went for 2 ultrasounds one for gender reveal and one at 34 weeks they were very friendly and did a great job with the ultrasound. Im in love with the pictures that they did a great job . definitely recommend anyone to go there just follow the regement they tell you and you will be very pleased

Cute place .My wife and I loved the experience. Clean,friendly, and fun . The staff is great and they all seem so happy! We got a heartbeat bear and a few for the new grandparents! If we have another baby, we will be back !!

I had a laugh attack being there from the sheer awe of seeing my baby on a big screen tv, flappin and flailing all over. The girls were correct in guessing I was having a baby girl. I went there at a mere 15 weeks. I hope to go again at the 30 something week mark for better pics of a more chubby babe. Thanks for the help, ladies!

This “re-scan” was the most horrible experience. The 3D tech was not friendly at all and made it a very unpleasant experience and apparently must hate her job. If you are going to do a re-scan for your customers, make sure to highlight it is going to be 10 minutes long. I drove 35 minutes to get an attitude and made to be an inconvenience. My re-scan was rescheduled 3 weeks later than my original appointment which means, my baby is 3 weeks bigger and more scrunched up which makes it harder to view her images. What a waste of my money. If i wanted to get original images of my first appointment i could have printed them out myself. I will not be referring anybody to you. Thank you for wasting my time.

Very bad experience. My girlfriend and I were very unhappy with the techs attitude and making us both feel as if we were an inconvenience. I will not recommend anybody to these people!

We were excited as a family to attend my sisters 3D ultrasound and I was shocked and appalled at the poor treatment we all received. I wouldn’t refer anyone. The tech seemed impatient and was very rough and rushed us out of there with total disregard.
