Jake hooked me up with a super clean fade and lined up my beard perfectly. Front of the building leaves a bit to be desired, but inside is a different story; the atmosphere and vibe inside great! I will be back!

Jake did an excellent job on my haircut today. First time, I came in on a recommendation, and was definitely not disappointed. I showed him a picture of what my hair used to look like, and he knew exactly what to do. Very professional, and I would certainly recommend to anyone.Thank you!

Super great experience,no wait they are still following covid guidelines and isolated stations which was nice.Good music,nice vibe, decent parking.Eddie was my barber,he gave me a great fade and followed my idea exactly as I asked no surprises here.Would come back again.They take walk-in cuts also and you do not have to wait in the car

Work in the area. Always pass by. Figured I’d give it a try. Lots of guys waiting. Walked in they had a barber available immediately. Deonna? 100% Professional (Not sure if I’m saying or spelling her name correct-sorry) but she was on the 2nd level- she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I’ll def return and will bring my boys. They also cut women so don’t sleep. Support your locals kids! And always tip especially when a job is well done.

Way too expensive! Can get a lot more for a lot less at other barbershops. I went a couple of times. Its not like theyre doing anything above and beyond to ask for such a high price either. Ive gone to another barber had a hot towel shave plus nice fade and still was 10.00 cheaper. Id rather be charged less so I can tip more! If I want to tip generous and give 10.00 Im going to spend 35+ here. Other places if I tip 10.00 I spend 25! I like to be generous and still have the extra money in my pocket. The barber makes more and I spend less. The only person who wouldnt like lower prices is the owner!

My fifteen-year-old son just got his haircut by Celo at the shop, the barber left several full strands of hair right above BOTH ears where the covid mask was which is no excuse as weve been wearing masks now for almost a year, any quality barber would have made sure that no one leaves with hair above their ears when they get a near skin fade, then the fade on the back is crooked by almost a half inch so now I get to fix his hair for free, wasted $30 and my time. My kid was too embarrassed to walk back in to tell the barber everything was crooked and he had left hair. This isnt a bad review for any other barber in the shop just the one mentioned. Just wont ever be back to find out the quality of the others.

Brought my grandson here today to get his hair cut for school. Sam looked at a picture he brought and proceeded to give him an excellent cut. She spent alot of time with him making sure he was happy. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the easy atmosphere, the great prices, and especially the great haircut. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the best barbershop in the Hudson Valley. Every person that works here has their strengths but Ive been going to Eddie for about a year - crazy attention to detail and whatever you ask for he will far exceed your expectations. 10/10

This place is packed at all times which would usually be a problem. It isnt though because they have such a great following. I take my young son there as well as myself and always have a good experience. Any barber in there can give you a good cut, and I know because each one of them cut my hair at one point or another. Definitely recommended for a great cut.

The barbers at this shop are complete gentlemen, both personally and professionally. I usually have a hard time finding a barbershop that is a balance of genuine friendliness, technical consistency, and economic value. Even though they are not necessarily local for me, because of where I live, I have no problem traveling the 45 minutes every time I need a cut. I respect these guys, and trust them to deliver exactly what I am looking for in my cut. I am thoroughly satisfied with all the work they have done, and will not go anywhere else.

I have nothing but good things to say for this barbershop. I am a student at Marist and needed a place to go for a good haircut. The first time I went, I was sold. Very good prices and an very, very good haircut.I have always gone to Eddie or his brother Neil and nothing but excellence has ever come from their haircuts. Eddie remembers the little details from every haircut and always makes sure to check up and see how his customers are doing. Eddie makes sure to take care of his customers and is always willing to fix anything you want changed. He really knows how to cut hair and I am impressed each time I go for a haircut.The prices here are very good and you really get a great haircut for your money. Great barber shop. Ive been going here for a while now and most of the people there give excellent hair cuts, except for the girl with the blue hair. My hair had been done recently and but I had an interview coming up so I just wanted my hair touched up, short fade on the sides and nothing done to the top, the blue hair girl then ruined my hair by making the top weirdly short and rounded making me look silly. So I highly recommend 2nd level, just dont get the blue haired girl

Two stars. The shop is nice! I went to Eddie. Nice guy, poor listening skills. I told him how I style my hair an what I wanted him to do. 1/2in off the top and a fade. He began with the fade, the bottom is decent he went to high and made my head shape look funny. Since I was faced away from the mirror I didnt notice. When he to the top (1/2in off) he cut, and cut, and cut. What I got was a spiked up cut you would see on a teenager. It is uneven all over the top. I have also never left a barber without a razor line up, it was not even offered. I would say his barber skills are that of an apprentice. I say that being a barber myself. Hopefully the rest of the crew there can listen and execute a proper cut. Unfortunately he represented the shop as sub-par. I would have liked to say this in person but I lost my temper when I left and know it would not have solved anything. Hair will grow. Thank god I look good in hats.

If Im going to be completely honest with you, 2nd Level Barbershop is the best Barbershop Ive ever been too. Id never cheat on this barbershop because to be frank the hair cuts I get there are more then amazing, theyre redefining. Not only that but the customer service and staff are just phenomenal, when you walk into the shop the owners Aniello and Eddie greet you with golden smiles. Aniello even remembers the baber that cuts your hair, so even if its your second time there you feel like youre already a regular. All the staff are extremely friendly and willing to have a chat with you, which is always something I look for in babershops. Samantha Reynolds cuts my hair at 2nd level barbershop and I can confidently say my hair has never looked better then when she cuts it. I think Ive found my Barbershop for life! So in short 2nd level Barbershop is an experience to be had and definitely check it out not only for the amazing haircut youre going to receive but for the amazing people that work there!

Inconsistent. Dont go. One barber screwed up and I went back for them to fix it, but they told me that I would have to pay full price.Keep in mind, I have had good haircuts from them in the past, but the fact that they are inconsistent, but wont fix their mistakes at a discount is bad business practice.So its either they think that Im trying to take advantage of them or they dont realize how inconsistent their barbers are.. either way, its not worth getting a bad haircut and then getting ripped off. Theres tons of barbers in the area. Go somewhere else.

Agnello & Eddie are really good barbers, the barbershop is modern, clean, the wait is not usually too long, plenty of barbers both on the ground floor and the upper level, these guys are experienced in traditional and modern hairstyles, I highly recommend them!

Got by far the worst haircut I have ever seen on anyone. They didnt even show me the back, so I paid and everything before I got to see just how bad this haircut was. Did nothing of what I asked and left me with this. Do NOT go here.

I go here and I have never been disappointed. I usually sit with Eddie who takes his time and pays great attention to detail. My hair is tough to cut and Eddie has always been able to get it how I want it. I first met Eddie when he used to work at C&C and I followed him to 2nd Level. Im glad that he has moved to a far better spot, with many talented coworkers. I seriously recommend checking out 2nd Level if you have not already.
