Refused to sell us a piano after we won the bid, never sent an invoice or followed up with a phone call! apparently we had a seller s remorse case here. Dont waste your time at this auction place, they are not nice.

Re: the reviewer who left a comment saying high buyers premium, Dom has one of the lowest premiums -- for those bidding in-house... you know, the people who actually come out in person, even theres rain, sleet and snow to ATTEND the auction.The Liveauctioneers premium is consistent with what other auction houses charge for this service. If you want to bid from the comfort of your own home, thats great -- but you should expect to pay a little extra for that convenience.

Visited 1st time there to pick up an art for my customer. It is a nice spacious auction place. Owner is nice and pleased to talk with.
