The service time was great

Was charged double, cab driver thought I did not know since I come from Calif. I told him I come here often but still did not budge on the fee. He came in a regular car and not a taxi which was disturbing to me. I should never have got into this car. Dont use this company, will charge you double.

30 minutes lateWhen I asked what the fare was he didn’t answerI handed him a twenty dollar billHe took it then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have changeIt should have been a 7 dollar ride 10 with a three dollar tipInstead he ended up with a 13 dollar tip for a 7 dollar fareAlso the vehicle was dirty

I paid just for this guy to drive and hangout with random people while I’m in the car took me at least a hour and a half just to go to a 10 min location

Cab driver was very rude. He picked up me and two other people before dropping me off. Didnt get home until an hour later. Its a 10 min ride to my house from where I was being picked up. Stopped at a gas station without saying anything to us and went in and got himself food. One person was rushing to get to hospital while we are waiting on the Taxi driver to finish his own business before dropping us all off at our locations

Was consistently late had to wait more than an hour and a half, when told it would only be a few minutes .

Terrible. Driver not professional,over the person over the phone has an attitude, the driver had an attitude, plus late etc. Worst taxi in the county. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Driver is not very talkative but is a very good driver. You can feel very safe with him.

Tell you one price on phone and once you get to your destination it is a lot more then the originally told you. Would not recommend this company

The person who answers the phone is rude as heck. If you make an honest mistake like stand a little too far (half a block) from where he told the taxi to wait hell tell you off repeatedly. Personally I said sorry multiple times, and he still kept going. Very unprofessional.

Do not use. Guy doesnt understand time or geography. Made us miss our train which we had AMPLE time to catch. Worst

Called for a cab to the train station with 40 minutes advance notice, the cab NEVER SHOWED and I MISSED MY TRAIN. Thanks for wasting my $50 Amtrak ticket. This company is garbage, dont bother calling. Cant wait for uber to come to Poughkeepsie and put them out if business for good.

Drove straight past us on the street waving at him and he just kept on driving. Then when we called him back to find out whats going on he lied about stopping to wait for us. We finally got in the car the driver launched into a huge argumentative rant at us, blaming us for providing a street address instead of just the name of the store we were waiting outside of.Despite our attempts to calm him - we just wanted to get to the train station! -he kept trying to start a fight with us.A very odd and unnecessarily stressful experience. We missed our train. Thanks.Work on your customer service dude.

Dont call these disgusting people. I call them 45 minutes prior to my appointment, explain directions to my location, and 10 minutes before my appointment no one has showed. I call again, and the guy screamed at me an called me an idiot and yells at me about not finding my road. Call any other cab service in PK, not this one.

Empire Taxi failed me yet again this morning, but luckily H&H pulled through for me. My driver was so friendly and lively that it was just the pick me up I needed on an early morning.

Don’t call this cab company, they made me late for work EVERYTIME I call them, this happens when I cal an hour In advance !

Worse, I called, they said ten minutes, I told them I had live fish, I had forgot sonething at petgoods which is in the same plaza as the christmas tree shop. They charge me an extra 5.50 was going from there to around taco bell and it cost 21.50 all together. And they picked up snother fair on the way!

Reserved a taxi for 11 am to make an 11:50 train, called at 11:10 to see where it was and he said he couldnt come anymore. When I questioned further to see if I could get another taxi he hung up on me

Horrible service is one. The driver didnt know where he was going, after I told him numerous time where to drop me off. It took almost 30-35 minute to pick me up and the person on the phone was highly rude with an attitude and kept hanging up on me. I would never call or use that taxi ever....

I called A Team based on good reviews. For whatever reason, the guy who answered gave me the number to H & H. I called and they promised to send a van immediately. I was at the Eleanor Roosevelt Center (not the cottage). When the driver went to the wrong place, they quickly worked it out. He took me to the Poughkeepsie Station. The charge was $15. The driver got out and helped with luggage at pick up and drop off. The only reasons for not giving 5 stars are 1) the van smelled like stale smoke and 2) he didnt have a way to process a credit card. However, the driver did ask a fellow taxi driver at the station to process my payment and that guy paid him cash.

There right on time, someone called as he picked me up, went to get them and they no showed. Not his fault, but shouldnt be going 5 mins in opposite direction to get someone else. Other than that it was a alright ride, Ill be home in about 5 mins.

I called to get a Taxi to New Paltz. The Cab honked his horn at the sop I was at, and before I could get ready he sped down the road! Awful customer service. Do not get a cab from them.

Let me tell you a story say you call your taxi guy tell you to take you somewhere then you realize things are going wrong and you want to cancel your taxi guy the guy will get mad butt hurt and curses at you that is great customer service never call this taxi person again
