They always do a great job and go the extra mile with my cars, which is no small task considering my big, slobbery dogs spend a lot of time in my car. They even get all the dog slobber off the inside of my windows and the dog hair vacuumed up and wiped off the dash. I highly recommend this place for their service and affordable prices.

Never had a bad experience here. Take all of the cars here and they always do a great job. All of the workers go the extra mile to dry off the excess water and clean the inside. And the prices are beyond fair. Thanks for the great service to all of the workers there.

I just came by for a simple car wash. I pulled up and was reading the sign for the prices so I can make the best choice for my car. When I looked up, the sales attendant (according to the receipt, his name was Joe) was waving his arms violently, very annoyed - motioning for me to pull up. When I pulled up, he was extremely rude, brash, and very unprofessional lacking any customer service skills. He had a look of rage on his face and didnt seem to want to assist me. He practically threw the receipt on the car dashboard all crinkled up. I get my car washed often, so I could have been a lifetime customer, but I refuse to go to a place that has rude, brash personnel lacking customer service skills and who are disrespectful when there are other choices available where I have received friendly treatment at other car washes. At least the guys drying the car were pleasant and smiled. I gave them a good tip. I am grateful at least for their professionalism. That at least made my trip worthwhile.

Automated car wash with microfiber brushes. Got my truck really clean and didnt add any scratches like those plastic whip washes. The hand detailer was very quick and very efficient...in and out in about 10 minutes at a good price.

Not impressed at all for $24. Still a lot of dirt on the outside, windows still dirty, floors looked untouched. Waste of money in my opinion!

I was going to get my Jeep washed today. While looking at the sign, the attendant comes running over and starts yelling at at me, saying I cant go in because I have a roof rack. I never get my car washed and wanted to do something nice for myself. How am I supposed to know that I cant go through? The attendant couldve been professional and nicely told me, which I wouldve came back another day after I took it off. Due to the unproffessionalism of this employee and this being my first experience, I will not return and gladly go somewhere else. But at least now I know Ill need to take my roof rack off before I go somewhere else.

All of the workers except for one had the worst attitude. It takes a lot for me to get angry, but after dealing with my second round of attitude (that I wasn’t supposed to hear bc my window was up) I drove off. Don’t need attitude from people when it’s my first time using a car wash, or at all for that matter.

They have a good system for cleaning cars. Its not a long wait and when they ate done the car is beautiful!

I am on the fence with them. Its been a few times I find they dont properly dress the tires when u pay extra for them and dont dry the car properly. I would still go because it is very quick.

Great place to get your car truck or motorcycle cleaned and detail. The manager works with you to make sure you get what you want. I own a funeral car business called Heritage Coach Company located in Pottstown, Pa. Our funeral directors can be as picky as they come when it dealing with appearance of limos and hearses. I send all my cars to Pottstown carwash to be fully detailed -or- just run thru for a full serve wash and vacuum. Justin and employees make every attempt to make the vehicles as nice as possible. If there is an issue it is resolved immediately no questions asked. I highly recommend these guys!

Didnt do a real good job cleaning my car

Brought my car in for the first time, paid extra $ for the ultra wash I think it was called for the thorough washing vacuum. I even asked them to make sure the back window was cleaned on the inside because of my dog, and they still didn’t do it. They didn’t do my cupholders, there was still a thin layer of dust on the dash...the exterior wash was fine, but I have no idea what i paid extra for!

Nice set up. Must wear a mask if youre getting full service. There is a self service as well where you can put your own car through the car wash. They have detail service where they vacuum out the inside & have tire service. The car does look nice I must say! About 15-25 minutes to get the Ultimate which includes the vacuum, they put your car through the car wash, & dry off. The cost of that service was $20. There was about 4 guys wiping down my car & doing the windows, doors, etc. They even vacuumed out the trunk! Not a bad deal!

These guys are top notch. During this pandemic, these guys are outside in 95 degrees, properly (nose covered) wearing their masks with gloves. I really appreciate this effort. So many people complain about wearing a mask indoors for 5 minutes, and these folks are absolutely, doing a fantastic job. Thanks for looking out for the rest of us.

Paid like 25.00 plus a 5.00 tip I guess I should have looked at the vehicle before I did all that, its horrible I understand some of the things they said they could not wipe because I had a screw laying there or a hair tie laying there but the rest of the car had nothing and I have to bring it home and let my grandkids finish it up its okay my own fault for trying somebody else instead of going to rocket like I always do. The owner was trying to make it right for me but a little too late it should have been done the right way to begin with, but I guess their business is so good they dont really need anymore. Geez they didnt even give you something to make the car smell better like most car washes do.

I have never visited this autowash, my friend did the other week and said it was the best wash she had ever had.

Go to Diamond-Brite on Farmington, for two dollars, and a little manual labor, you will have ten times better results. The automatic wash is not worth the money, if you don’t tip the guy up front, you get very little soap, the automated system does not get your car clean. Waste of money.

The team was great, I had inside and outside full detail done and the car looks brand new! They were professional and provided additional value adds that I didn’t even expect. Definitely recommend and already scheduled my next appt.

Took my truck for a wash and now they will not was this kind of truck Because they dont want to ruin their new brushes. My truck is a pavement Queen that is always 90% spotless . The employees were very nice. The car wash ran smooth. When it came time to dry and wipe down the interior it was not the best. There was a lot of spots missed that were supposed to be wiped down.

Tried Pottstown Autowash since I had a clipper magazine coupon for the full service wash which included exterior wash, vacuum, cleaned rims, interior window cleaning, and interior wipe down. My car hasnt been this clean since I got it. Normally you can hop in line for the car wash and pay once it’s your turn but I’d definitely recommend parking in front of the shop and checking out inside if you have a coupon. Staff members were friendly and did a great job. Comfortable waiting area inside with a TV but would be nice if there were more seats. Will definitely return.

Ripped the floor mats out of the front of my car and didnt say that they had damaged them. Pulled the post right out of the floor on one side and ripped the round hook out of the rug on the other side. Poor service since they then didnt even vacuum the floor underneath. Tried to push mat back in place so I wouldnt notice the damage. Pete should be ashamed of himself and his employees.

An FYI, if you shop at Giant, look on your receipts for valuable coupons to this place. Nothing like getting your car squeaky clean (hand dried to boot) for four bucks!

I visited on a warm day in early spring, the facility was very busy. Staffed by a team of young men, this car wash does a blend of automated and hand washing. The workers were very diligent and generally enthusiastic for the endless stream of back breaking work. I was impressed. The automated portion that does the initial bullwork of scrubbing grime from the car was just alright. It looked small and underpowered compared to competitors and might just be a little out of date. The machine failed to reach some exterior nooks and crannies that other automated washes will handle. But.. the pricing was fair and consistent with the product. So, great service, good price, fair product.

This is the best car wash in the area. The staff are pleasant, and very efficient. My car always looks new( inside and out) when I leave this car wash. I was with another customer waiting for our cars,and she agrees. She asked me to comment for her also, she doesnt get into the computer, she also agrees they are the best.

Havent been disappointed! Love the Ultra Wash, leaving with sparkling tires makes all the difference. I was placing items in my truck and without having to ask the man vacuumed all the leaves in the track around for me. Very nice staff.

Best car wash there is. Period. Looks to be pretty much state of the art in terms of the washing equipment they have in there. Their system does a full pre wash, TWO times through the soap and scrub, TWO times rinse. All in one pass. Then a blow dry, and hand toweled, for a polished look!! Ive never been to a car wash where your car comes out looking this good. Even the tires and wheels! And all thats just with the basic $7 wash! They have other buy up options that include an added wax, tire polish, etc. Also, great crew! Always friendly and genuinely seem to care about their work.

Samantha, go back and talk to the owners. They will take care of everything. The owners reviewed the tapes and admit that the crew working that day messed up and have been reprimanded. These guys are the greatest. We all have a bad day. Give them another chance, you wont be disappointed. They can even fit my lifted F250 with 35 tires. No place around can touch the pride of the owners and managers.

Been coming to Justins Car wash for six years plus. Great job . Great team. Cant go wrong coming here. Just had my 68 GTO detailed. Did a great hand wash, detailed the interior and engine compartment. Wasnt sure at first I would have that done, but now happy I did. I could not do as well.

Don’t trust their hours. It wasn’t beneficial for them to be open on the hours they have posted. I wonder if this post is beneficial, I drove a half an hour for nothing today. I will not be returning!

I was in there at least 4 times a month with 2 cars. I decided to stop in and get my work pickup truck washed which is a 2016 f250. Some little punk came out and said I couldnt come thru because I had to much stuff in the back. I had a shovel, a pick, and a water jug. Instead of saying lets take the items out, he made me back the truck out.I now go to Rocket car wash or Limerick car wash with no problems. I guess the owner is making enough money where he can pick and choose his customers. Limerick car wash and Rocket car wash doesnt question anything in the back of my truck. And nothing has ever blew out of the truck. Getting to big for there customers.
