Trevor is extremely professional and quick to respond to any questions and concerns (I am assuming since I didnt have any concerns when working with him. ). He spoke to me in laymans terms and explained things in a way that any end user with little experience with web building would understand. I appreciate his calm and friendly approach and was so pleases with the work he did.

My initial request for a website tweak was to require customers to choose the size of the dog coat needed or get an error message on our ordering page. The solution Trevor initially proposed was a drop down menu requiring a size selection. The work solution they presented had each product page appear with the headline UNAVAILABLE with all color options crossed out. If folks chose a size, the page would return to normal. This solution would leave our customers confused and under the impression that the item they wanted to purchase was unavailable in any color. This is an unacceptable solution for any web based business. Trevor then gave many reasons why my initial request and his initial solution wasnt possible and no refund would be given since the work was completed.
