Erica did my 3 year olds haircut a few months ago & it was awesome. She wasnt available yesterday, so an older woman did it. I just told her I wanted his hair shorter than what it was, thinking she would do a typical boys cut on him. Today, he looks like a Christmas Elf, its cut like a bowl... she did a straight line across his forehead. Im so upset .

Adriana did an amazing job coloring my hair! She took her time and didn’t rush and got my hair to look exactly how I wanted it to. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Will definitely be returning to her. Also would recommend her if anyone doesn’t have a stylist in mind!

I walked in without an appointment and I waited about 10 minutes before I was called back to get my haircut. I dont recall the womans name who cut my hair but she did a great job and the conversation was also great. I will recommend supercuts to my friends and family as always. Thank you.

Bought my 3 daughters to get washed and straightinand was very disappointed in the outcome. The stylist didnt have the proper tools to properly do their hair.

The stylist didnt even try to cut my hair properly. I called ahead, patiently waited as she was running behind. Someone came in after me asking for the same stylist. She rushed my cut so she could get to him next. He had a time limit. I wanted out as soon as possible after a request to fix an section was dealt with politely, but again was rushed and thoughtless. I left looking like an Amish teenager with a bowl cut, and am now trying to find a skilled stylist at a better salon to fix the mess.

Our first time here taking our 3 year old son to get his first haircut! Kelly was awesome with him,and was very patient. We will definitely come back!

Erica is the BEST! We use the app to make an appointment which is very convenient. Erica is always on time, never keeps us waiting, but most of all she gives a GREAT haircut. I have several family members that are hair stylist and my daughter only wants Erica to cut her hair!

Great Supercuts. Almost all Supercuts locations are great. This one is fairly new. They have really good hair stylist and give supreme haircuts. i am never usually satisfied with my haircut but this was spectacular. Thank you so much, highly recommend this place. I also bought Tea Tree Hair and Body Moisturizer. They did not market it to me in any way. i just tried it and loved it.

First of all I have got to say, I love my hair color and style that Samm did for me today! She always makes me feel comfortable and confident when it comes to decisions about my hair. This was my daughters first real haircut she had very very long hair pass the bottom of her back the woman did absolutely amazing with just taking off a few inches and putting some long layers and my daughter always said she wants to be Rapunzel and even at seven years old she still wants to so the woman did a great job

I had a pretty bad experience with your salon and I’m not planning in coming back, I had a appointment for my 3 years old son for 5:00, and I got there at 4:50 my appointment was running a little late and I was okay with that, another lady come with a appointment for 5:15 and at 5:25 they start cutting her hair, like my appointment was for 5:00 with not one in Specific so why the 5:15 appointment was able to start before my son, it’s really hard to keep a mask on a 3 year old so we decide to leave because when I asked why no one was able to tell me why I have being a customer for many years and different location and now I know I’m not coming back because Pottstown location has no proper manners to treat their customers like a made a appointment for a reason I would be okay waiting but I don’t think it’s fair for the 5:15 appointment start before the 5:00 appointment. The problem wasn’t waiting past the timeThe problem was have the appointment after my being seeing before my.

After Samm cut my hair the first time, I received several compliments. I have since returned to the have my hair done by her and will continue to go there in the future!

Said my grandson had lice,not a big deal it happens,but she said it so everyone could hear and he was so hurt and embarrassed took him to Have it check out,it was dandruff took into another hairdresser that same day had his haircut no issues, the thing is its not what she said its how she said it instead of taking him to the back and me and explaining it she was very vocal in front of everybody and it really upset him.

I always get a good haircut and good service at supercuts, Id recommend them to anybody especially being military not to many people can do a military cut. But Miranda nailed it again great hair cut. I would recommend her to all my brothers and sisters in arms.

I took my 3 year old. Stylist was rude. I wish they would post a sign for kids ages they have patience for. Its quite irritating to sit and wait especially when they are little and already are nervous for a stylist to be so uncaring. We use supercuts in royersford as well never had an issue there but definitely wont return to upland.

The ladies were very nice. I called a few places around to see if the could get my in at 4pm on a Sunday to dye my hair and the all said no. I called super cuts and they said yes come on in. I did go past the 6pm closing time but they were super cool about it. Nicole was the one who dyed my hair and it came out great.

Never ever go to this place. I went and this old lady with rainbow hair was my cutter. I had extremely long hair and needed a cut. Usually I get it at home but since it was so long I thought might as well go in. This lady with the rainbow hair sat me down and asked me what I wanted. I told her long on the top short on the sides but NOT a fade. She cut the sides way shorter than I wanted, but no biggie, the top would make up for it. Nope. The top was way too long and no matter what I did to fix it nothing worked. She had to call the manager over then my mom came and was horrified. She cut the back way too far up and the sides WERE A FADE. The front was horrendous and I was scared now. My mom said it looked like a raccoon died on my head. The manager took me aside and had to forget the long on the top thing and pretty much buzz cut. she spent 20 minutes fixing it and after that it was way better. It’s nowhere close to what I wanted but at least it looks somewhat normal. After it was fixed she gave us a free haircut coupon and didn’t make us pay. My mom and I stood out there crying for a very long time. I’ll be wearing a hat for a while. The manager was really nice but if u go to this place and you see a 50 year old lady with rainbow hair and glasses, then run because I don’t know how someone WHO IS TRAINED IN THIS PROFESSION is worse at haircuts than my mom who has had no professional training and does it in the dining room of my house with a $10 haircut kit. Anyway, the place in general was ok but that lady does not deserve her job. So if you’re thinking about going to Supercuts I wouldn’t risk it. This is the exact reason why I get my haircuts done at home and will never be going out for a haircut ever again. Sorry this review was so long

Ashlie is fantastic! She does a great job with our children and is a good conversationalist. I would highly recommend this location and Ashlie as well as Miranda specifically.

Easy to set up a time slot, but they take walk-ins as well. Weekends are busy so setting up online first is a better idea.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worked here for a few months as a receptionist in 2018, got fired by Ashley for calling the police on Erika for punching me while in the work place, ended up taking her to court where charges dropped due to her lying and saying I hit her first and there being no proof due to it happening in the back of the workplace where they have no cameras (which wasn’t the case) After a year and a half of being scared to go back to a salon due to the unprofessionalism & lying through management that Ashley and Erika got fired when they indeed didn’t, I now started at a different salon as a stylist. DO NOT recommend this location of Super Cuts, any at that rate. Employees there are so unprofessional and all they do is complain about there job. Worst salon I’ve been in, worst experience I’ve been in!! After all that, I really do wish I hit her for putting her filthy hands on me !

My kids hate getting haircuts. We normally go to a different supercuts and its always a fight. We came to this one because we had something to do in the area. The staff was SO friendly & both my kids were happy with their haircuts (aaaamazing) they even REQUESTED we start going there from now on. We will definitely be back.

Checked in thru app but still had to wait about 20 minutes. Was not 100% happy with my sons $19 hair cut however I was told they were very busy and Id have to wait until another stylist opened up to fix it for him and they couldnt tell me how long that would be. Very poor customer service, will not be returning to this salon.

Do not go here. Two different people messed up my eyebrows on different occasions. I’m beyond pissed. I asked for a clean up and the lady made them sooo thin and didn’t follow my natural eyebrow shape. What do you not understand about a simple clean up. Beyond mad and she still got payed.

If I could do zero stars, I would.My 4 year old was denied services. She is mixed. I was told her hair was too “nappy” and I could go home and “untangle” her hair and come back. Her hair is NOT nappy and it was NOT tangled. Another salon got out business. Will NEVER go here again! So disgusted my daughter was denied services. Maybe they should hire people with experience with ethnic hair.

I will never step foot in one of these stores again. I set up an apt for my daughter to get her hair colored when we arrived the stylist was there and claimed she was not working so she was not going to do my daughters hair. Her reason was she was coloring her moms hair. This apt for my daughter was very important to her it was for her prom and they just dismissed it like it was nothing. This is poor customer service. I then called the Douglassville store and they acted like it was to much trouble to do. I had to go to two other beauty salons before I found someone to do her hair that night so she could have what she wanted for prom. Supercuts is a cheep salon with very poor customer services and they dont care about return clients. Thank you Lords and Ladies for taking the time to care about what your clients want and need.

I was in last week for a pretty drastic change to my,hair. I had it highlighted and given an asymmetric pixie cut. I got Jessie as my stylist who was super nice and attentive to my needs!. She really listened to my wants and made sure every detail of the cut was perfect. The haircut is everything i wanted and the highlights are gorgeous!I also appreciate how not pushy she was with upsells and product. Her recommendations really made sense and I have seen a difference in my hair with the deep conditioning treatment she recommended to me. Overall a great experinace and a super fair price. Id recommend yhis specific supercuts to anyone

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, had a shorter woman with rainbow hair who I was told was new and she was the worst. Cut my hair way too short and seemed like she didn’t even know how to do it the entire time. Basically stabbed me with her razer the whole time, very rough and was horrible at shaping up my hair, had to come home and fix it so much. Will never go back there again as long as that lady is there
