Me and my boyfriend had a great time buying and setting up new phones with Nick Wilke and Nick Rycroft. They let us know we were in charge and never pushed any products on us. We knew what we wanted and got exactly that but with a better deal than we had expected. They were very helpful and very clear about everything. Making sure there was absolutely no confusion about the process. I would definitely recommend. #TheNicksRule

I went to Potsdam AT&T when my phone completely died, and I had excellent service from Nick Wilke. He helped in every way possible, but the battery was shot. I did purchase a new phone but he was not pushy with that sale. He was able to retrieve all of my data from my old phone. I highly recommend dealing with Nick Wilke.

I have now had the pleasure of doing business with Nick Rycroft twice at the Potsdam location. First interaction was epic. Dude knows everything, relates to the customer to maximize the experience and flat out gets the job done with superior efficiency. No BS this guys great 🙌🏼🙌🏼Second interaction (today) had me traveling from Westchester county where i lost my phone. Not only did he assist in setting me up with something in the meantime in between time, he ultimately helped assist in finding my lost phone 😅Do yourself a favor, even if by chance you have to drive 45 minutes, go see Nick at the Potsdam location. Or don’t, but we already know how that goes

We had to wait only one salesman and he was training a new person but it was fine, they helped us and we were happy.Phones are paid off and we took off the ins so bill is less.

I am not crazy about the AT&T store. Accessories are way more expensive than online. Often there have been very long waits to get service, and signing up for service takes way longer than you might think.The last time we were in we ordered new LG phones for the kids and feel like the advice we were given that lead to that decision was terrible.

Associate was very rude on Sunday September 22 and was treated like I wasn’t even there. To be fair there was another customer in the store and me. I know I was to wait my turn but associate did not even acknowledge that I was even there. I called Monday to ask why I was treated so poorly and associate hung up on me.
