I called Universal Electronics Inc. to fix the picture of my 65 inch Mitsubishi DLP TV . The technician Ali came in on the same day after I texted to him some images of my current TV pictures. Technician Ali changed the defected electronic chip for my tv for reasonable cost . He spent almost two hours with the installation of the new chip and did not leave till he made sure the TV was working in good condition. Good work and excellent professional tional service.

I had an issue with my Tv having odd red lines across the screen. I assume its due to me watching TV all the time due to quarantine! I called up UEI, and they came within 2 days and fixed the part! It was cheaper and faster than going out and purchasing a brand new TV.

With my luck, my TV stopped working before the first playoff game! I wanted to watch my eagles beat the Seahawks to make an eventual return to the superbowl! However, I couldnt watch it happen...I called Universal Electronics Inc and they quickly came to my house and discovered that the main board of my TV stopped working. The worker then told me he would have to order the part online which takes 1 week to two weeks, and then would come to install it then.So far, the service has been wonderful!

After reading some of the reviews, I had some hope for getting my tv fixed. Ali was fast and gave me a call as soon as I submitted the ticket online. He said it would cost him $50 for him to come out and to look at the tv. He came and looked at the TV and said he had to take it back to the shop. Before he left I gave him the $50. I then had ask him if I had to pay anything else when he took the TV. He said if he wasnt able to fix the TV then there would be NO CHARGE. If he was able to fix the TV then of course I would pay something. He took the TV on a Friday and said he should have an answer by Monday. He didnt call nor text me about the TV over the weekend. I started to get worried because he said by Monday hed have an update. I texted him on Monday to see if he was able to fix the TV or if it was a total loss. Thats when he called me and said it was done for. Nothing he could do to get it fixed. At this point I just wanted to get the TV back and take it else where. He said he was going to let me know when hed bring it back. I waited 2 days later and still heard nothing from him. It was Thursday (6 days later) when I texted him again to see when would I have an ETA for the arrival of the tv. I ended up getting my tv back that same Saturday. It took 8 days for the TV to come back when he told me he should have it fixed by Monday. I was very upset, and what got me more upset was when he came to drop it off, he was making comments about how he still shouldve charged me for just taking the TV from me and checking it out. I felt all types of mixed emotions. Cause I had asked him if there would be any extra charges when he came to pick up the TV. and he said WE DONT CHARGE IF WE DONT FIX THE TV. SO for him to make that comment when he dropped off the tv 8 days later, got me very mad. I shouldnt have used this company. It was a waste of $50 and time.

For a week, I would turn on my T.V, and in 5 minutes it would turn off. I called Universal Electronics, and he said he would be there in thirty minutes, he came and diagnosed my T.V and said a board was bad. He said that the new part will be here in three days and he would come back and fix it. He came three days later and took out the part and replaced it with no delay. The price was great, and so was the service, I would recommend.

While I was watching T.V the screen suddenly turned off. It was a Saturday and I was assuming that, they wouldnt pick up the phone, or wouldnt be able to come out until the following week. Surprisingly, they picked up and after explaining my issue they said that they would call me back after talking with a technician. Twenty minutes later, they called me back and the technician was able to come out that day!The technician showed up on-time and fixed my TV on site. I highly recommend them!!
