We have been members of Kicks Karate, Potomac location for several years. It’s a great community and has been a nice way for our young son to participate in sports, without a rigorous or demanding schedule. He enjoys class, gets some energy out, and meets other kids in the area. We have also seen a ton of growth in his agility and coordination!

Kicks Karate has truly been a bright spot in this last year for our family. We put our 3 year old in the program in May 2020 and it has been incredible to see how far he has come! The instructors are amazing—not only focusing on karate skills, but invaluable life lessons as well. My 3 year old has learned respect, listening skills, and how to work hard to earn something you want. We are so grateful for Kicks and these amazing teachers. Mr. Nick and Mr. Ryan are fantastic!

After recently moving to the area, we saw the Potomac studio and my daughter begged to try. We emailed the studio and my daughter had her free trial lesson. She absolutely loved it and we signed up right after. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable, patient, very professional and strict but not strict (in a no nonsense type of way). My daughter truly loves going to her classes and we are very happy to be a part of the KicksKarate family!

My 7 year old has been attending kicks karate for over 2 years now, and both him and us parents couldnt be happier with the experience. Teachers make class fun and challenging, and the children get out of class with values that the can carry over to every aspect of life. The two afternoons at Kicks Karate are the highlight of the week. Thank you coaches !!

Mr. Nick, Mr. Ryan, Mr. Harvey, and all the staff at Kicks Karate Patomac are absolutely wonderful. They are enthusiastic, kind, patient and extremely skilled in their craft. Each child is remembered by name and needs. My son originally attended another location but that location closed we tried a few. Patomac on Falls rd stands out by far! Professionalism, motivation, encouragement, patience, multitasking, teamwork, followthrough, trust and expertise are all words that easily flow when thinking of Nick and his team. I trust them with my son, isn’t that enough? I truly honestly trust them with my 5 year old son. THIS is the place!!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of this place.Master Nick is so good with my 5 year old son. While Mr, Nick is firm, children know when people are good and my son is not nervous at all. Rather, he and all the children seem to thrive in the environment. It is always positive, disciplined, great positive life lessons blended in also. Not to mention the confidence building.It has been great for my son.

All 4 of my kids love it. I could see it on their faces during classes and when they practice at home. I love that the instructors have a sense of humor and make classes really fun, and also incorporate respect, self-control, and discipline without making it boring. I also started taking kickboxing with Kicks Karate. Im having so much fun and it is a really great full body workout. I feel great during and after class and look forward to the next class.

We love Kicks Karate! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and wonderful with the children. I’m impressed how the instructors tailor each class to make it appropriate for who attends. They keep the classes fun and interesting. Our son is learning exactly what we hoped he would; discipline, respect and increased self confidence. We will be going to Kicks for a long time!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic making karate both a fun and a productive experience for the students. The teachers make parents feel welcome while emphasizing self-discipline, respect, flexibility, self-defense, skill and athleticism. My kids are always excited to go to class and enjoy participating in the other activities offered such as camps and birthday parties. We highly recommend Kicks for kids of all ages and for parents who are looking for a self-defense class and a great workout.

My kids love Kicks Karate and their instructors. They have come a long way since joining and cant wait to see them with a black belt. I recommend Kicks Karate to all parents to teach their kids to have not only skillful moves and best fitness but also great discipline.

This karate center is very friendly and knowledgeable. My son have greatly improved from this experience! Their schedule is very flexible and my son gets individual attention to help improve his skills.

My five year old recently joined Kicks Karate and we have already noticed positive results not only at home, but also at school. They are always willing to give personal attention when needed, and the kids have so much fun while theyre learning!

One of the newest of the chain, the Kicks Karate Potomac location is a clean, organized, and friendly training place. As a student, Ive been to many different schools to train and this school is the best one yet. Would highly recommend.

I went to watch my grandson testing for his yellow belt and was impressed with the studio, the discipline and confidence they teach the kids. I couldnt believe what 3 years old were able to achieve!

My daughter has been going to Kicks Karate for a year and she loves it. One nice thing is that she can go as many times as she wants during the week and on Saturday, and she is always looking forward to the next session.
