On Friday morning I called about a pre-purchase used car inspection at a dealership thats near Cabin John, and Warren quoted a reasonable price and said he could send someone around 1pm to inspect it. Around 3pm the dealership said that no had come yet, so I called Warren again to ask for an update. He seemed rushed, and said that the mechanic was delayed and that he meant to call me. Because I was planning to test drive the car on Sunday (today), I asked if he could send someone before then. He said that they could, but as of now they still havent come to the dealership. Even though he said they were open 7 days a week, I havent heard back from them after calling Saturday (yesterday) and today. Im frustrated that they told me they could inspect the car when theyre clearly too busy.

My SUV died. I contacted Elite to diagnose the problem. Turns out my serpentine belt broke which caused the tensioner to break. Elite had to go to several shops to locate the parts. Once he returned with quality parts, he quickly got to work. It took him no time to finish. The conversation was pleasant as I waited. Thank you Elite!

The only reason I am not giving a 0 star is because 1 is the lowest. Warren is a crook. He is only after your money; do not trust him. He was 1000% his diagnostic was accurate, but turns out he was wrong. He still asked me to pay his employee, and told me he would pay me back the day after when he comes back and re-do the diagnostic himself. I wonder why I believed him? The next day he never came, did not pick up my calls/returned my texts. So my car is still down and he just took my money. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES. Elite Mobile Mechanics has an above average ratings but READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FIRST. THEY ARE TRUE!! I fell sorry for his victims.

Got home yesterday evening, and discovered I had a flat from a nail. Called Warren up, and he came to the house when I was at work the next day and took care of it. Even checked all 4 tires and added air to them.Excellent customer service. Very professional on the phone and in person (which is hard to come by these days). Competitive pricing as well. Needless to say, I’ve stored their number and will recommend them to everyone I can.

Warren was amazing. I had my car cut out on me on the road and I was stranded. I called warren and I could tell right away he was genuine. He told me to try to get it off the road and he would have a tech come look at it. I ended up having to get it towed and unfortunately I didn’t get it towed to warrens shop. The shop I got it towed to (NOT ELITE MOBILE MECHANICS) told me that the engine was blown and I could either put a new engine in it or pay 800$ for them to clean the engine out and the only guarantee is that it would start. I was not sure about that evaluation so I got a freind to check out and it turns out my serpentine belt broke. I got the car running again with about 100$.I knew I had more work to get done to the car and I told Warren that because of his willingness to help me in my time of need, I would get that work done through him. I am so thankful I did. Warren got my entire car taken care of. He always answered the phone, communicated prices with me before any work was done, worked hard to find parts at cheaper prices and also was negotiable about certain prices to fit in my budget. The last thing with my car to get done was the struts and the night it was supposed to be finished, the tech came to my house and worked late in to the night on a Friday. I had a ton of seized bolts on the vehicle so it took longer and as a result he did not finish the very last strut.I had things to do the following day and as a result. Warren went out of his way and sent his tech over an hour away to meet me and get it done right where I needed to be. I can not recommend this company enough. They are thorough, the do things the right way, and ultimately they genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy. I had a great experience. Thank you so much Warren.

Warren was a life saver. I had a friend in town from SC, and she had a “car emergency”. It was late Saturday afternoon and no mechanic shops were open. I found Elite Mobile Mechanics on line, and when I called Warren he was very helpful, and sympathetic with our situation. I have never used a mobile service like this before, but it was very convenient (as he came to me). He was such a nice guy and made the whole situation a little less painful. I would use his service in the future again.

THEY CHARGE ME $395 TO REMOVE ONLY ONE WHEEL BEARING HUB ASSEMBLY and thats with a discount. Now I have too take my SUV to a mechanic shop to get a wheel alignment because the mechanic disengaged the lower arm from the swivel arm.The mechanic accidentally put grease on the rotor.More importantly they used an impact tool to tighten the axel nut. After I told the mechanic that the tightening specification is 173 foot pounds any less or more WILL damage the Axle...Well if my Axle goes bad I know who to turn to Elite mobile mechanic.Even the wheel nuts where over tighten.

I had the best experience with Elite Mobile Mechanics! I had called any mobile mechanics most of them where not professional and where not certified. So I called elite and from the first conversation I wanted them to fix my car. Within the same hour that I called a tech was on location with tools and was ready to work. He was very professional he knew exactly what he was doing. He worked on my car until the job was done he did not cut any corners he did everything just as if I had taken it to the dealer. On top the great service the price did not vary from all the local shops. Mr. Warren was able to keep his price cheaper than any other mobile mechanic in my area. I recommend Elite to everyone.

We are a large family of 9 that were heading from Wisconsin to North Carolina when our van broke down on busy Interstate 270 on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I found Elite Mobile Mechanics through a quick search on my phone and called the number. Warren, the owner, came to our rescue. He came right to us, and once it was determined the damage could not be repaired on the spot, he arranged a tow and transportation for our big family. He continued to keep me updated throughout Sunday and arranged for his techs to work on our van on Memorial Day. Our flywheel had broke, ruining our starter as well. This was a major repair. The price for parts and labor was reasonable. We had the van back the night of Memorial Day so that we could continue our family vacation the next day. Elite Mobile Mechanics saved our vacation!

“Don’t waste your time with this mechanics”. I didn’t know about their mechanic service but they didn’t even have common customer service. I called them to check my car on Friday evening they said some one will come to you on Saturday. But no one showed up even after 4 days. Every day I call them they keep saying that one of our unit is down and it will be ready in an hour and some one will see you in hour and half from now, They keep saying this from 3 days and finally no one shows up and they stopped answering my calls after that. “They don’t understand needs of a customer” Try to avoid them.

Great experience, my car recently was involved in small car accident. I needed the body repaired but also needed some brake and engine work done. I brought my car to Elite Mobile and was able to have both the servicing and body work done at once. This was very convenient for me, as I work fully time and to bring the car to two separate shops would have cost me valuable time away from work. Their rates are very reasonable and they keep an open line of communication, with the owner and manager calling to update me through every step of the process. For the mechanical work, the price they gave me was literally half the price that the Porsche dealer qouted me.

I am always skeptical about mechanics. Maybe cause I know nothing about cars. But this company is fantastic. At no point did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of. The owner Warren Epps is AMAZING. Ive never trusted an auto mechanic more. Ive had my 2008 G37 in there twice and both times he has taken care of me. I was in a horrible accident, long story short - Warren was able to explain to me how he was going to fix it and exactly what was damaged. Once he repaired the damage, he ran several tests to make sure it was working properly before I left his garage. Also, his prices were super reasonable ...I have not been this impressed with an automotive shop ever. Warren is trustworthy, honest and hardworking - if you want the job done right - look no further. My car came out in better condition than it was when I bought it. He takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why....and he does it in a way I actually understand. I would recommend him to anyone and am thankful I have a trusted mechanic to go to, if not just to ask for advice.

Good mechanics are hard to find...good and honest ones are even harder. Warren and Green went well above and beyond quality work and excellent customer service. They went thoroughly through all my electrical issues and replaced the starter on my 68 Camaro on Memorial day weekend beyond normal work hours (after 6pm) on Saturday and returned on Sunday with replacement parts when no one else would bother setting an appointment. I needed quick service because I didnt start my car for months due to cold weather and I was PCSing from DC/VA to Tampa right away on the next business day after Memorial Day. Elites prices are more than fair and gave me a veterans discount on top of a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any car service in the DMV area. Im glad Warren runs a nationwide network and will be using his services when I move down to FL. Stop getting the run around from shady auto shops when you can have Elite come to you and save you the cost of towing. I cant thank them enough for the save and appreciate their help and quality work. A+++ 20 out of 10.

Warren the owner is extremely kind and makes it very convenient to get work done on your car. I got into a fender bender a few months ago and it took but a couple of days for them to order, paint, and replace my bumper for me. A few days ago my car was also due for an oil change and service so I called Elite Mobile Mechanics and they were able to come to my place of work and do everything there so I did not have to take my car to a shop and sit and wait while the service was completed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. The prices are also lower than anyone else I have seen. I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs.

My car suddenly began to over heat. I made it home, but it was inoperable. With two small kids, getting it towed and trying to get a rental car was challenge, so I looked up mobile mechanics. Warren answered and within two hours, he and Augusto were at my house. The found the problem within minutes, walked me through the process, showed me every step they were taking and then ran pressure tests to make sure the car was in working order. The the pressure test revealed the problem wasnt 100% solved, they set out to make sure it was.Warren was kind enough to speak with my husband (my in-house mechanic) so my husband could feel comfortable with the work being done. They were friendly, expeditious and thorough. I will be using them again in the future.

I was in quite a jam and a mobile mechanic was my only option. I tried to do my first spark plug replacement on my jeep wrangler and I stripped the treads. I couldnt start the engine to drive it to a shop with a missing spark plug and I was in a parking garage that had a such a low clearance that all the local towing companies refused to give me a tow.I called Warren over at Elite Mobile Mechanics and he sent out one of his top notch mechanics, Alex, out to my place in Silver Spring. Alex did a quick and amazing job fixing my mistake. Definitely a shop filled with skilled and professional mechanics that can help out any DIYer that is in over thier head in a pinch.

This past week has been a nightmare. I hired someone from craigslist thinking I was saving money. The guy did not know what he was doing therefore, he messed a lot of things up. He just took half of the money and I never heard back from him! Blocked my number and all....DON’T HIRE MECHANICS ON CRAIGSLIST.I didn’t think I could trust anyone anymore!Then, I emailed this company trying to get my car running. Being stuck for a week was not fun so I thought ....might as well call someone legit. Warren came the next morning to inspect the car. Probably one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. He was so REASONABLE with the prices, professional, nice and on top of that fixed my car in a day with Chris.I won’t have to look further, everytime (lets be honest hopefully not soon) I have a problem with cars, I will definitely contact this company. I filled out the on-line form twice, called umpteen times and spoke with a live person (finally) who schedule to have someone come to my home to service my broken vehicle. Surprise - the idiot did not show up. Called them and they put me on hold for 26 minutes and then hung up. These cowards wont answer my calls. Absolute bottom feeders.

These guys went above and beyond, and their attention to customer service is unmatched by any other service professionals Ive ever dealt with. I called to get my brakes done, they came to my job earlier than expected, spent over half a day because I gave them the wrong size for the parts they needed (oops--and they were nice about my mistake). Then they fixed my windshield wiper when I made the off-hand remark that one was broken. Turns out it was a linkage problem that did NOT require the replacement of the entire assembly at $300, like another mechanic told me. Warren and his team fixed it for no additional charge. AWESOME!!
