Wow! I cannot say enough good things about North Idaho Pump, or about Jody!Heres the situation: Our sprinkler company came out to test the system and turn everything on for summer. They told us that our pump (that pulls water from the river to the system) was on, but just wasnt pulling any water and that we needed to call a pump company.My wife called North Idaho Pump. Jody came out to service the unit. He found that the sprinkler guy failed to flip the breaker (something they do twice a year - off in fall; on in spring). Jody flipped the breaker, the pump worked. He tested the sprinklers. They worked.My wife asked him how much the visit cost, and Jody said, No charge.Thats class... and a company you can trust.

Excellent Service. Ive had issues with my water system for years to the point there wasnt enough pressure nor volume to pop my sprinklers up or take more than one shower at a time. Jody made recommendations, I went with his experience. They came out at 9, replaced the pump, the pipe going down to the pump and installed a new tank and system in the basement. They were done by early afternoon. Couldnt have asked for better service.

5 Stars for a local company who is great to work with! Losing a well in the middle of a freezing winter can be a traumatic experience. Jody and Brad were out immediately after being called, located the problem (under 5 feet of snow) and had a repair plan organized within hours. Good customer service and easy to work with. Great local North Idaho business I am proud to support!

Worked with these guys for the first time a couple weeks ago, a pump went out, I called and they had someone out the same day. New pump in by the next morning. You dont get that kind of service from many other businesses. Very impressed.

Durring our building process there has been alot of hang ups and let downs. North Idaho Pump has been about the only dependable subcontractor ive used. Great work and Highly recommended!!
