Went to the Post Falls labcorp. While the waiting room is really small, the customer service was great. You check in with their kiosk and wait to be called. Wait was not long, the receptionist is super nice, same with the person doing the blood draw.

This office in Coeur d’Alene on Ironwood Dr has one person doing check-in and lab draws. There is a very long wait and the person working here is rude. No help for elderly people using the kiosk. Would definitely suggest a different location or lab.

Must sign into kiosk, no receptionist. Crowded small waiting room too many people to social distance and they want you to stay in small area and keep the door closed. Horrible customer service.
