I stumbled on to Steve DeGon by accident after my other Ferrier ghosted me. Working with Steve has been very pleasant and educational as well. Steve is very professional. Steve is well versed in horsemanship and has patience and understanding for my animals. Steve regales me with rodeo stories while he trims my horses which I find very entertaining. Steve is quick to respond (withing a couple of hours) when I message him which is important to me. As long as Steve is working I will never use anyone else.

Steve was excellent with my senior mare. She is 31 and arthritic and can not stand for long periods of time while being shod. Steve was patient and understanding and took a tremendous amount of extra time to work on her. I have not had a farrier do that in a very long time! I would absolutely recommend Steve. Thank you Steve and see you in 6 weeks :)

Steve was on time, extremely patient with my horses and very knowledgeable. I have already scheduled him to come back for the next trimming. Thanks for the hard work.

Very rude and unprofessional service! Didn’t show up for my appointment and denied ever having one or me contacting him even after I sent him the screenshot. First no call no show and then refusing to take responsibility for his mistake and denying that we had an appointment in the first time place despite sending the evidence. He didn’t write it down. No apology even! Very scummy and discourteous!
