The assistant was very nice. The hygienist was great. The doctor I got the first day (not sure she introduced herself) did an exam and made out a treatment plan. She did not ask me about what I wanted done then or ever. My crown prep with Dr John was fine. Even though he never asked me either. I can see that since the office doesn’t take Medicare, I might not appear able to pay for treatment. Would/should that have an effect on my treatment plan?

They were on time with our 3:30 appointment and super friendly, my estimated appointment time was 1 Hr 20 min and I was done in 30-40 min . Extraction were fast and not painful at all. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking for a great dentist office !

Basically a new patient. Emergency visit. They were able to get me in same day within 45 minutes. My appointment was at 8 am and I was out and done at 9:15am. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They kept my pain to an absolute minimum. I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and my visit was pleasant and stress free. Thank you Riverstone Dental!

I had a change of Insurance and my regular dentist would not take it. I received a flyer in my mailbox and I had set it aside. When I thought about looking for a new dentist I remembered the flyer. I gave them a call and they told me they take my new insurance. I was so happy. I had a concern with a couple of spots under my tongue. They made an appointment the next morning! Most places make you wait.Everyone was very professional when I arrived, I was taken back right away. Everybody made sure I was comfortable, and with no pain. They did a great job. I called with an impending dental emergency root abcess) after my usual dentists office couldnt schedule me for at least another week. Riverstone Dental Care was able to book me a same-day evaluation, despite my being a new patient. Staff was courteous and friendly, seemed genuinely concerned for my comfort, facilities were clean and well-kept. Ill be going back in a few weeks for the recommended root canal and crown.

Was a very nice place and when you are a new customer they give you a tour of the place. Arrived early to fill out paperwork but they were late getting us in and had to wait a long time to have the exam by the dentist done. And the receptionist was very helpful about telling us our options on what we could do about what we needed and our payment options.

Needed a tooth pulled. I am amazed at how pain free and quick the whole process was! I wasnt even aware the tooth was out! As always, Riverstone Dental staff was awesome and take great care to make sure you have a pleasant and pain free experience.

I have issues with gag relax and the Dr and tech went out of their way to accommodate so I could get the filling. Fast and professional! I really appreciate the extra effort.

Great first visit. Switching to new provider due to insurance issues. Small hiccup with insurance but corrected after a week. Luckily got in on the same day reschedule. Good service. Doctor was congenial and explained options well. Check out was easy and next procedure was scheduled. Did well with explaining insurance and out of pocket.

Awesome 1st time to dentist since I was a teenager. Had a chipped tooth that they repaired in less than 30 minutes. I was able to get an appointment fitting my schedule very quickly and easily. I have new insurance and none of the information but the ladies in the office were able to figure everything out and find my coverage details. So helpful and nice will be seeing them in the future for sure.

I really liked Riverstone Dental and went to the Post Falls location. The hygienist and dentist were very sweet and thorough. They have a sonic water pick tool. I’m not sure what it’s really called, but was very nice and made teeth cleaning fast and comfortable.

Dr. Majors injection left me permanently numb in my tongue and with sharp pains in my face. I went back, Dr. Major asked, what do you want from me? when I just wanted help to fix the damage she caused. When I complained, the owner of the clinic told me,we are praying for you. I had to see a neurologist on my own, and I am still experiencing pain. I would never recommend this office to anyone. This was a terrible experience, and the worst part was that they didnt even care about the consequences of their actions or how my life was affected. They completely dismissed my pain and emotions on the matter.Edit: The response to my review continues to demonstrate the lack of responsibility for the mistake their dentist made and the lasting outcomes which continue to impact my life.

Over all, a fine experience. Have had only one problem in the past with a misdiagnosis of an infection. Most times are good, receptionists could be a bit friendlier. Other than that, a decent place to go. Dr.s are nice, hygienist are nice, assistants are nice. Just the front staff are a bit off putting.

I really did enjoy my visit, granted I had no major work done just a cleaning. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. They were open and welcoming to my questions and I learned a ton of useful things that I wish my previous dental professionals taught me. Overall the experience was great and I will be going back. Highly recommend, and this is coming from someone who is quite afraid of the dentist.

I called several dental offices and chose this one because they were most knowledgeable, had advanced procedures and were kind. Most we’re kind, but didn’t have the same level of knowledge and capability.When we got there, the staff was just as friendly as on the phone, took great care of my sob and even figured out a way to take an X-ray without gaging our 8 yr old. Even he was happy we went there, although scared to go at first.We felt confident with them and the experience they displayed. Office was clean and modern. So glad we chose Riverstone Dental.

The Post Falls location of Riverstone Dental is phenomenal. I got a cavity filled at the CDA location and it was horrible. The cavity I had filled at Post Falls was fast, efficient, and mostly painless. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have severe health issues that complicate trips to the dentist and they were helpful, patient, and understanding and they worked with me to make sure my visit was a good one. I might try to make the Post Falls location my go to dentist even though its a bit out of the way for me. They are seriously great. They dont take Idaho SMILES, though, and I really dont like that, but other than that one thing, Riverstone Dental Post Falls is fantastic.

Jess was my hygienist and she was HILARIOUS...also professional but all around just the greatest woman. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing. No surprises. The doc was totally great too! I dont have dental insurance and they were by far the cheapest around. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had back to back visits with them (due to extreme tooth pain) and they told me that it was just discomfort from my fillings from 3 weeks ago.I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a second opinion and was referred to 7 day dental smiles by family and friends. Within minutes they were able to see that I had a cracked tooth from the work I had done at riverstone dental.Called them to let them know and they could honestly careless about the whole incident.Please go see actual professionals at 7 day dental smiles!Your teeth with thank me later.Since I cant reply to your comment I decided to edit this post. Regardless, your establishment wanted me to do a root canal on a cracked tooth, (you even did x-rays and charged me) that I would later then have to pull and replace with a dental implant.Thank goodness I opted for a 2nd opinion and they fixed me right up!!!!

My doctor communicated clearly what the problem was and all the possible options available to help resolve the problem. The techs also were very clear on what they were doing while working on my mouth. All this created a great experience for me. I’m very thankful to have chosen them for my dental care.
