Before I called these guys I thought my Samsung S8 was toast. I called at the guy that answered knew immediately what was wrong and quoted me both a price and a time frame. They had it done in less time and took the tone to make sure i was happy and and had all my questions answered. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service!! Diagnosed the cell phone repair problem within 5 minutes of arriving at the store. The cell phone was not holding a charge, and he knew exactly what parts were needed, and how to fix it. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back again!

They were able to fix my iPhone 6 screen no problem! We were so happy we brought in both my old iPhone 5c’s with broken screens to fix too! Now I have spare phones to use when I break my 6 screen again (which is inevitable). Great prices and well worth it.

My galaxy s7 needed a new vibration motor. I called and explained all the steps I had gone through to find out this was what was needed. They said bring it in. When I did I kind of expected to be asked about it again because it took me a week but they remembered me. Super quick at filling out info to drop off and pick up.

Although it was a bit of a rough ride, CPR ended up taking care of things quite nicely! Let me explain...07:45: I drop my phone (a rarity) and cracked the Zagg, curse silently to myself and weep a single tear silently9:15am - I contact CPR in Post Falls ID via direction from the Zagg web portal thinking gee, Id rather get my phone back up to speed today rather than 3-7 postal days.10:45: I arrive at CPR and the fellow fixes my phone. While I wait, I notice a Zagg product called Liquid Defense which turns out to be a liquid polymer you apply with a cloth that seals your actual screen, giving it 40% better durability. I wonder briefly how they figured that number out, and then noticed they offered a $150 screen (the actual screen) replacement in the case of a break so long as you register the product properly. The fellow says I can upgrade to this for $20 and I think, well yeah. So he applies this stuff and gives me home care instructions (its not just glide and go you see) and I head out happily.11:15: I attempt to register my product but it wont accept my receipt. Not only that, but I notice that the screen replacement guarantee is only good for (get this) one year from the purchase date. So on day 368 when I drop my phone, Im hosed. Not happy, and called back to cpr.12:45: The fellow apologizes for failing to mention the only a year thing, and puts the screen protector back on that he had put on earlier and charges me nothing because there are bubbles visible in the screen now.So bottom line? I spent $20, and got an unregistered Screen Defense screen coating plus a somewhat bubble impaired Invisible Shield + with Vision Guard and my original warranty still in tact. So other than time and energy, I am happy with this company who went the extra mile (or three) to make a customer happy when they could have just as easily said -- tough cookies buddy. Bravo!

Went into store to get my broken screen protector replaced, which was under warranty, and the guy servicing was very nice and helpful. He even put on the glass protector for me and not a bubble in sight! :)
