I appreciate that Libby tailors her dietary recommendations for the individual and doesnt take a cookie-cutter approach. In my case, she suggested small changes that addressed carbs and blood sugar. Ive already seen an improvement in my A1c level. She doesnt lecture. Its obvious she enjoys clients/patients. I have enjoyed my 2 visits. And consider Libby an important part of my overall health team.

Libby is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of nutrition. She explains things in terms that I understand. She responds quickly when I text questions to her. She is available, it seems, at all hours, even after her normal office hours. I cant say enough about her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent nutritionist.
