I appreciate this outlet which provides access to USPS, UPS and FedEx all under one roof. The staff are friendly and act more like a small town postal outlet than anywhere else around here. Going here also keeps me out of the UPS outlet across the street which makes me happy.

This is the best place in the whole world. Not only are the owners super nice and helpful, they go out of their way - above and beyond to serve. I have been with them for over a decade and these folks have made it shine! I can call and ask anytime if I have mail and not only do they offer the answer but tell me if its just garbage mail to save me a trip. I was waiting once for an important package and I got stuck in traffic. When I got to the store it was about 30 minutes after they closed. Mike was in the store and saw me pull up and instantly came to unlock the door so I could get my package. I have nothing but the very best to convey about this business. Its so nice to have such a quality business in our community! ----OH! One last thing.. If you want to know how to BBQ chicken like a boss.. ask Mike. A+++++++

I used Upscale Mail for their notary services, and they were super helpful getting my paperwork sorted out and completed. Last month I had a document I needed to get to our son in LA really fast. I prepared my Fed Ex envelope and took it to Upscale Mail in Post Falls - but learned I had just missed the Fed Ex truck! No worries... Mike (one of the owners) got on the phone, contacted another business down the street where the truck would be stopping next, then got in his own personal car and drove my package down to the Fed Ex truck, so it would go out in time to reach LA when it needed to be there. I just used Upscale Mail to ship a military package. Not only were they helpful, they helped me repackage my box so it would arrive more quickly, more safely, and a LOT cheaper. They saved me at least $20.00 on one parcel alone. Do not be afraid to use this company, for over 20 years they have been nothing but OUTSTANDING!

We went in with a complicated real estate package that needed multiple pages notarized and witnessed. When we went in, the owner was extremely busy, but he managed to multitask and get our paperwork done in a very reasonable time frame. Very professional!!!

This place is anything but upscale. We went there because it had a few good reviews but I will never go here again. I needed a notary public and this was the 1st one that came up when I googled for a notary. We walked in and the lady was helping someone at the counter. We looked around for 5 minutes before we were greeted and she said she would be with us in a few minutes. After a total wait of 20 minutes the lady was free to help us. I told her I need something notarized. She hung her head and said the guy who does the notary service isnt in the shop. There is a sign saying they have notary services. If there are only certain times a notary is in the shop it should be posted! I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the bad customer service I received at upscale mail.

I would reccomend this place. 1st class local service. The workers are beyond professional. I went there and rented an address. Over a year later I use it for all of my mail. The owners also work in the business. I like the local candy that they strategically place by the register. I am hooked.As for the negative review from Family Guy. I read your 15 reviews of other businesses. All are negative. You are never happy....lolChange your sn to negative guy ..sheeshAs far as not having a notary there? They have always had one there when I use the service. Which is often. Real estate deal and contractors licensing. Had a few bonds done there and some certs for the state notorized there. Very reasonable too. Very likely to be Family Guy doing this review as well. hehe

Very friendly. Much better than the post office. I was unaware that they work with all the major shipping companys. Definetly going to go to them from now on!After getting frustrated with a USPS employee after just was continuesly rude to me. And the person In front of me. I decide to walk out and not give them my business. I was getting ready to drive to a different USPS facility when I saw this place.Very glad I stopped. Didnt have to deal with grumpy a** government employees

DONT GO TO ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT UPSCALE MAIL IN POST FALLS, IDAHO!THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DO:We came from the mail Nazi, another mailbox service in Post Falls, which I will not mention their name. This mailbox service we used before Upscale Mail was a complete joke. Their owner would call me (while I was out of state for work) freaking out with me having an inch of mail in my mailbox (it truly was an inch when I picked it up I took a picture of it!), telling me it was too much mail for the box. I offered to pay more for an overflow shelf, I was told they do not have an overflow shelf, and if I wanted a larger mailbox that they would need to change my box number, which would result in an address change. I told the mail Nazi if I am changing my address just to get a larger box, I will need to find another place, and that I would need a few months to move all client mail, etc over to the new mailbox. They said OK. The owner did not honor this agreement we made, and instead he closed my mailbox with no notice, gave it to someone else, did not offer to hold mail for the two months we agreed. Having this happen cost me hundreds of dollars with having to take the day off of work, customers were calling me with checks they received back that they had sent to this old mailbox. The mail Nazi had been refusing all of our mail without notifying us. When I asked the mail Nazi about it, he just smirked and said he didnt know what happened. This is what I teach in my local marketing class of what NOT to do.ABOUT UPSCALE MAIL:Now onto Upscale Mail, we loved Nancy the previous owner and we absolutely love the new owners. When I first started shopping around for mailboxes, I searched for something in Post Falls with the least amount of complaints, since there were not many good reviews for any of them. UNFORTUNATELY I did not pick Upscale Mail. After being a customer of Upscale Mail, I realized the other negative comments were simply not true. Upscale Mail has an overflow shelf and does not freak out calling you in a panic if you have an inch of mail. They do not refuse mail if you move to another mailbox. Simply put, theyre nice.I teach business classes. One of the classes I offer is How to Market Your Business in Your Local Community, which we use the example of the mail Nazi of what NOT to do, then we use Upscale Mail as an excellent model as what to do right!Upscale Mail rates are affordable, they listen to customers needs and feedback, they are always finding various ways to show appreciation to their customers, which means a lot to me as a trainer and as a customer of theirs.I will make it my lifes mission to help this business SOAR!

Ive had nothing but good experiences when dealing with Mike and crew.They have been knowledgeable, fair, and friendly.They know what they are doing in regards to mail, shipping, printing and notary.They deal in UPS, DHL, Fedex and USPS.Hard not to recommend them!
