I took my son for his first haircut and it was TERRIBLE. she did it in less than 10 minutes and i understand why because it was butchered. My son also did a great job staying still and she even said so herself so not sure why the cut came out so bad.she then told me i could clean it up and trim what i dont like at home myself.. wow im not a stylist! Thank god my sister who also isnt a stylist youtubed a video and did a better job 🤣

Horrible bang trim ever. I asked for 1/4 inch she took of 1 inch an she said oh theyll grow back. Dont go to Lesley. My daughter wanted bangs she did the same thing butchered her bangs wanted below her brows they are 1/4 inch above.. Worst 33 dollars ever spent.

Asked for a specific hair cut she was in a rush she just shaved my head.

Took my 1 ½ year old son in for his first haircut and they did a great job. Made sure he was comfortable, gave us some suckers to give him for a distraction and played with the trimmers a little so the sound/feel didnt scare him. Start to finish, excellent job.

Always delicious,my favorite is #5 sweet and sour pork,almond chicken with rice and lo mein. My husband loves the beef lo mein . They have large portions so I get to have left overs.

I asked for a trim and the woman chopped off five inches and it is completely uneven and some of the layers are so short I can’t even fix it without getting a bob. My hair was down to the middle of my back. She also talked about the most terrible things and cussed.

My 9 year old needed a haircut and I had some shopping to do so I figured I’d kill two birds with one stone WORST mistake ever. They completely butchered her hair and it was $18!! ( my fault for not looking at the price first...but you figure it’s walmart, so how much could it be?) I have a hard time believing the girl who cut her hair was even licensed, I’ve never seen such a careless job done. My fault for going here in the first place- I’ll stick to salons from now on (especially if I’m paying $18 for a 9 year old!)

My husband and his friend came in for haircuts today and when i saw their cuts i was very disappointed! They $18 per cut and and it was not worst it. Stacy stephenson was the person who did the service. Not only did she miss long hairs, miss areas that needs to be cut and not faded, can see lines. She talked to them about her personal life and things that should not be said in her line of work, they were very uncomfortable! The one day their main stylist is off and go somewhere else they didnt get the experience they should have! They will never be back! We will always go to sport clips!

Love the service here, and the staff is always attentive to how I want my hair cut. I have board-straight hair, my sister has Shirley-Temple sort of curls, and we both can leave happy with great haircuts.

Common misconseption of people who go here is that theyre part of Walmart... Cost Cutters is not Walmart! If it was a great clips or a supercuts everyone would know that they are not Walmart. Must be a branding problem. Cost Cutters is a very large franchise out of Minneapolis. Theres been quite a stylist turnover lately. Mostly from rude clients treating them like they are Walmart employees.. I assure everyone that comes in. They are licensed professionals who have spent well in upwards of 20,000 on school... they charge more because they are worth it... this place has gotten such a bad wrap. You can get a bad haircut anywhere. You just have to find the right stylist...

The stylists spent their entire time complaining about having to work more than 4 hours. The one cutting my wifes hair has to cough every minute. Once done with my wifes hair both sides are uneven and my wife is super upset bad day..
