I have gone to Tire Rama for about 3 years. I recently got a quote to have my struts done. I scheduled an appointment and when I went in to get the work done the price had gone up. I was told that within the last three days the price on the parts went up. I was rather disappointed about this, but the manager, Reno, was a great guy. He obviously cares about his customer base, and did what he could to lower the price, virtually back down to what they quoted, by giving me my alignment for free.I will always remember good customer service like this, and it will always keep me coming back. I absolutely love this tire place. Wish there were more around... Every time I stop in, the guys help me out to the fullest. Today I stopped in to have the tires I bought from them rotated and I asked him to check all my fluids they did free of charge.

Came into the shop for the first time looking to get an oil change, and while waiting for awhile I thought it was taking much longer than usual.At the same time, Reno, the man handling the front, went back into the bays and then came out to let me know my truck was ready.He immediately made everything right for having to wait, saying that it should not have taken that long to do an oil change.Also, while I was waiting, I saw 5-6 customers come in with varying questions and Reno helped all of them out.I don’t live in the area but I do drive up to CDA often. If I’m ever in need of another service while there, I’ll strictly be going to this place to see Reno.Thanks again.

I was looking for a local tire company and stumbled upon Tire O Rama. My experience was awesome. I get a little impatient about waiting but the wait time was reasonable. I waited patiently for the results of a low front driver side tire. Will and Reno were down to earth and friendly. So the results were that I didnt have a punctured or damaged tire. They could have easily sold me on a tire repair or new tire but they didnt. Besides having to wait a little bit of time my experience was nice. I was also educated on what tires are recommended in the near future when I need them. Thanks.

I have been to the post falls location twice now and both times the staff has been more then helpful. Today I had a slight emergency and even though they were all booked up for the day the assistant manger I believe he was told him to give him a hour and he would have my car all fixed up. That man was a life saver since I had my one year old with me. He said I looked like I needed help, and thats what you are suppose to do help people. Picked a winner here! My tire picked up a nail and the great staff @ Tire-Rama fixed it within 30 minutes and out the door as a courtesy. No 2 hour wait as in some of the other tire shops. My next set of tires will be bought here.

My car was in right at the time of my appointment. They didnt offer what services would be done but I asked and was told that what I wanted done was on the tune up. It was taken care of within an hour. The only problem I have is that my glove compartment was unable to close after their service. I didnt know this until I was away from the shop but didnt report it because I didnt think any of the mechanics would admit to having broke it so there was no way I could prove it. It was working before the appointment but not after so I assume it happened during the service.

I am moving to N.Y and am driving with my two best friends. My check engine light came on, went to an auto parts store to get a code reader done, gentleman suggested Tire-Rama. So glad he did!Ray and everyone was such a great help! Fortunately able to help us right away -being such a busy location- and they were able to fix the problem! It was a serious fix but they were able to fix it! Although it took 4 hours I left confident!And just a side note while we were waiting, Ray was kind to everyone that came in, referred to everyone by name and was helpful and personable! He deserves a raise!

How is it I spend 400 on repairs an cant figure out the issue.take it somewhere else and all 3 cats are clogged up and cost 2000 to fix.thanks for trying but yall need to figure out yalls techs.i dont like the fact I called for updates and then dont get a call back.i love updates and trusted my family to go to yall for repairs but cant nomore.yall tried and I like that but if your not specialized into engine repair tell the customer up front I wasted money and time.

Great shop. These guys bailed me out tonight when I got a flat on I90 on my way home from work. Ran something over, could hear the tire lose pressure, got off at route 41. Got out and threw the spare on, found their shop as the closest. 15 minutes til close I roll in and they go to work right away and have the tire plugged. Really grateful I’ll be able to get to work tomorrow.

Had my Transmission replaced with these guys. Good financing options friendly service and did a great job car runs great now. This was a big job and they were great. Also from my experience with the coeur d alene store i can say they do well with tires as well, my cooper tires are doing great and they do free flat repair and rotations.

Called to ask if they could mount and balance tires and its $30 a tire... thats beyond crazy... Walmart does it for $10 a tire... will not be shopping here...

We had a nail in our tire and 2 pumps in town coincidentally were not working so we thought something far more serious was wrong with our tire. We needed our car working asap and Ray squeezed us in to their schedule and provided amazing service. Everyone was very nice and treated us very fairly. They also repaired our brake light while we were there and the price was fantastic. Cannot recommend Tire Rama in Post Falls enough.

This is the best customer service that I have ever had in a tire shop. Jay Huffman is totally hands on as a manager and was able to fit me in when I lost a tire on a car under 1,000 total miles. He made me feel appreciated as a customer and sold me what I needed rather than overselling me. I will definitely be back to Tire Rama in the future and will send all my friends there due to the great, fast, and efficient service.

Tire Rama has come through time and time again for us, and today was no exception. My teen daughter was driving in her first snow storm and slid into a curb and popped the tire off of her truck. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t get the lug nuts off to put our spare on. A quick call to Will and he was there in under half an hour, changing it out for us, in a blizzard no less. No questions and no expectations, but ended in us continuing our business with them and putting a new set of tires on. He didn’t have to come out and that makes it all the more worth acknowledging—WE ARE TIRE RAMA LIFERS. Thanks to Will and the crew there for getting us on our way in no time at all. Hands down best tire shop in Kootenai County.

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10years, spent alot of money there. Yesterday i took it in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Was told by Will, my tires were as they should be. When i got home i thought about that statement. I have an oddball tire on and it was still in the same spot. Went there this morning and the guy says he took it the rotation off my order because the best tires were in back. Wouldnt you put that on the order in notes and tell me that? No apology either. I want to trust who im bringing my vehicles to. I dont here anymore

The long-timers here really make this a shop you can trust for more than just tires or an oil change. Ray and Austin have been up front for years and will get you taken care of and then mechanic Eric (among others) is an expert wrench and great guy. Happy to explain his work and always tries to save the customer money. Hard to find trustworthy shops like this anymore.

It is very hit and miss. Sometimes one of the guys up front want to be super friendly and helpful but the other up front guy doesnt look at you, hates his job and will do the absolute minimum to get the job done. Use as an alternate if your normal place is not available. WILL NOT USE IF I CAN AVOID IT!

This place lies to people. They send all employee home hours early and cant do tire repair. I called them for an estimate they give me good price didnt save the estimate so other Tire Rama can see it they lied saying that only the Post Falls branch makes appointments five minutes later I called Coeur dAlene and made an appointment when I call them and ask them where is my estimate the sorry we only caught him for our business we know what the other ones can do this is the worst tire place in the world if I had number to the district manager I would call him again

Even though I had never been here before - never spent a dime with this store - they didnt charge me for my tire repair. I went in because one of my tires had a slow leak that I needed repaired. I fully expected to pay $25-30 for this service, but when they told me the tire was fixed - and that it was actually leaking from the bead area on the rim and not a damaged tire - they also said it was no charge.How crazy is that? They now have a customer for life!

Amazing experience! I went to another tire shop and they refused to help me with a shredded lug nut they had put on originally and told me to go somewhere else to get my tires changed. I was extremely pissed. But when I walked into TireRama, I believe it was Ray the store manager who understood my frustration and got my car in and all taken care of even around his current appointments. I’m so greatful for these guys! Customer service was 100%! Don’t go anywhere else.

We do not live in Coeur dAlene or Idaho, but have our vehicle serviced here twice a year when we drive through from Colorado to visit family. Ray and Austin are the best! Great customer service, honest and thorough safety inspections, and fair prices.

Been taking my car there for a couple years now, but no more. My car had been having some mis fire issues, so the guys put it on the computer. They told me that my #3 injector was going out. $365 later I was back on the road. Within a day, my car was misfiring worse than before. Took it back in, and they told me I needed a new air flow meter. $240 later, back on the road. Within a day, running worse still. Took it back in, and they told me my #4 injector was going out and I had an intake valve leak. To get those two done would cost me $620, and they advised me to have all my injectors replaced, since they feared all of them would eventually go. That would cost me $1000. I then decided to take it to the CDA Ford dealer to get a second opinion. They put it on the computer, and told me that I had 2 bad spark plugs. With the cost of diagnostic, it cost $135. Ford said there was nothing wrong with my injectors. Saved $865 by not going to Tire Rama. Lost $600 though. What a scam.

I absolutely agree with the need of a new general manage. Ray the current manager is untrustworthy and will not stand by his quotes. He literally gave me three different quote within five minutes and they just kept going up.

Bought three sets of Cooper tires from the store in Post Falls and there wearing bad on ALL THREE VECHICLES theyre installed on! Originally brought to the Gen Mgr Rays attention on one of vehicles. He told me upon inspection that the ball joints were shot. Couldnt understand how this could be when the vehicle was maintaining its front end alignment settings. Took the vehicle to two other shops and asked about the ball joints being shot, or any other problem that would cause the tires to wear poorly. Both shops said nothing wrong with ball joints or anything else in the front end, just poor quality tires. Then I notice the tires on the other two vehicles were wearing the same way. Brought to Gen Mgr Rays attention and he still said its the vehicle and actually got angry with me as I questioned him further and told him about the other two shops that disagreed with him. Told me they would do nothing about it. Long and short of it, they have lost all of my business, which is a fleet of 6 cars/trucks/SUVs, 6 trailers and three tractors. Do not know what customer service is. Tire Rama should replace this general manager before its too late

Cheap tire repair.

I was referred to this repair shop from a friend that goes there. My husband works durning the day and its hard for him to drop off the vehicles. The past repair shops that we have used have left me with a bad experience. Some shops treat women differently if you know what I mean. My husband and I talked and we agreed to try Tire Rama in Postfalls. I meet with Ray (Service Manager) he treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. I never shared my past expierance with other repair shops with him. Im the silent type, if I dont like your business I wont complain, I just wont go back. If I get exceptional service and treated fairly I will tell others of my experience and be a loyal customer. We bought a set of tires and alignment for our Toyota. I was so happy with my experience the following week I brought our GMC truck and put tires on it as well. I read some of the past reviews, the last two sounds to me poor planing. I went in early this morning to drop my truck off because my 4 wheel drive was acting up. I explained that I needed it looked at as I was going on a hunting trip tomorrow. I was told they were booked solid for a week. Its really too bad because they have always gone the exra mile for me. I have been a customer for a long time and they have always helped me out. We were going to put tires on my wifes car next weekend but looks like Les Schwab gets my business now.

Absolutely horrible place. My son took his car there for a brake check and they told him he needed a master cylinder when all he needed was a brake hose. They are a rip off!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you do please get a second opinion some where trust worthy!
