Do NOT get a UBOX from them. I have now spoke with 3 “general managers” to get my stuff delivered and it has been the most unorganized company I have ever worked with. I have spoke with them 7 times just this week. I have waited on hold for HOURS just to get through to someone. HOURS.If you are moving out of state and using ubox be prepared to wait potentially months before you see your stuff again because they will lose your stuff. You will have to speak with multiple people who will tell you different things and that’s after you have spent hours on hold. Then you’ll think you are getting some where and you find out they still have gotten no where to fix the mistake THEY MADE.I haven’t seen my stuff in a month. My brother wasted hours driving out to the location they said it was at just so he could complete THEIR JOB OF DELIVERING IT. To find out he still couldn’t get my stuff! So now I’m hold again waiting to speak with someone to help me.

Abysmal Service, and the Trailer I booked a week in advance was not Available. They had no alternative options for me. Seemed like they were hoping I would just leave.The guy who renter a truck before came back in because it would not start.A third Guy came in asking about propane, and they told him there was nobody to help him.Go to a different U-Haul. Theyre not all bad.

Process was easy. Only thing was a heavy odor in the truck. Like someone used it for hauling waste. I wanted to assist with some bleach. Was going to take it back, but didnt want to really inconvenience my time because I was in a hurry and they seemed to make fun of me. At first, I thought I was exaggerating until I saw the other reviews.

I ordered a U-Box on June 1 for my move across the country. It was set to be delivered June 26. I did not receive a call the day before to schedule a drop off time like my confirmation said I would. I called first thing this morning to try and get a possible delivery time. Thats when they told me that they didnt actually have any boxes available and that they wouldnt have any available until July - well after my flight across the country. I received zero communication about this. No email, no phone call. I dont know what would have happened today if I hadnt called. Would I have just sat around waiting for a box delivery that never came? All my stuff is in boxes. I fly across the country in a week. Now Im scrambling to find another company that can help me, and Im coming up with nothing. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Too many rules and regulations to stop you from renting when you just need a quick rental. There are better options. The manager is entirely unhelpful and frankly uncaring.

Pulled in 10 minutes before closing. Some woman with tribal piercings literally locked the door in my face, then when I didnt leave, she finally agreed to check the truck in. She said I would receive the receipt via email. I did not receive an email until 7am when they opened the next morning. I was also greeted with a $20 after hour service charge, just because I wanted a uhaul employee to do her job. She was short and dismissive and clearly did not even do the check in herself, leaving it for someone else.

Good experience here. Had a reservation at another nearby location and the store was not open when it was supposed to be. Rented at this location a second time in same week. The second reservation could not be located in the Uhaul system though. Was able to rent the vehicle anyway. This location has a good selection of vehicles. Customer service is good.

Bad bad very bad costumes service

Woman at front desk seemed to be more interested in what was going on on her phone than helping me out. She acted like asking basic questions about rates was some sort of outrageous inconvenience.

I get my propane tank refilled here. I would give it 5 stars but sometimes there is only 1 person working. If they are checking in a truck you will be waiting for a while.

Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment online two weeks in advance for a trailer hitch install. They called me 4 days before the appointment to tell me they dont do installs on Saturdays, even though the website says they do. Then they told me they couldnt install the wiring because it would void my warranty since they didnt order the correct wiring harness that I also ordered on their website. They told me I would have to order it from somewhere else. The people were rude and not knowledgeable. Whole lot of problems and no solutions.

Poor customer service !!!!!! Brigitte Turner the reservation manager is very unprofessional. She is rude and disrespectful and when we were on the phone she hung up on me. Brigittie should be fired because she gives your store a bad name and because of her i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Brigitte kept cutting me off and getting smart, she has a horrible attitude and doesnt belong in the customer service field. If you call and Brigitte answers the phone dont even waste your time just ask to speak with someone. I called back after Brigitte hung up on me and I spoke with Tracie Bias the Traffic Control Manager. Tracie was very polite, helpful and helped me resloved my issue in a timely manner.

Terrible. Do not recommend. They will not have your truck or loading docks ready. Pads and blankets were not even in the truck. Awful customer service. Try Penske

Do not go here!!!!! Go anywhere else. Made two appointments for trailer wiring. Neither were honored. They were unapologetic and blamed their call center. Worst experience ever. Please go anywhere else.

The person i rented the Uhaul from was great. I returned the uhaul after hours.....look at invoice sent and was charged for something i declined.....called up there and the manager was VERY RUDE and tells me that i chose that option while in the store when i clearly stated to her i didnt and my paper work proves i didnt......will not rent from them again

Terrible service, professionalism and management!!!! If I could give a zero to this location and the terrible manager (woman who refuses to give her name and hang up on people.) I would! She is not responsible for the appts made online...doesnt communicate with the you when they are not able to do the work nor order the parts needed to do the work. She also when confronted about her negligence in following through with the PAID in full job, she hung up on me! When I had my son go in and get her name she refused. My son is an Army man, traveling down on his vacation to bring his motorcycle...for fathers day bought a hitch from them to be installed on the 17th and is stated on the contract. He only had 7 days for leave and made 2 trips on the 17 and the 18th. He was told that THEY DO NOT INSTALL HITCHES ON FRIDAY, SAT OR SUN! PARTS FOR THIS JOB WOULD NOT EVEN BE THERE UNTIL THE 18TH.We scheduled this on the 11th for the 17th, and I have the contract and proof! He then travels there again on the 18th to get this done and is told THE PARTS ARE NOT HERE AND WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR THE PEOPLE TO INSTALL THIS TODAY! How is this professional. So he calls me to tell me and I ask to speak with the manager...this woman gets on the phone...tells me just one minute...it is not me you scheduled this it was UHaul online. This is not my job to deal with this. Then hung up on me! She needs to be an example of how management and customer service is not to be done....I want a phone call from UHaul corporate office asap!

Worst experience ever! Will never rent from u haul again!! The uhaul was old and the prices are over rated.

So there was a miscommunication issue on my storage rental and due to that Uhaul has charged me late fees. Ive paid $214 in the last 3 days all because they didnt email me that my payment didnt go through on that account. When asked why i wasnt emailed so i could come pay them, they said they tried but it wasnt effective. Turns out they used the email i used on a rental in Pensacola Florida almost 6 years ago and not the one i gave them when i went to the location to purchase the unit. Then when asked why i was hung up on. Rude, disrepectful, and unprofessional i wont be renting from Uhaul ever again.

Good place to fill up your RV with Propane. Easy access from the road, friendly staff.

They overcharge people and then dont want to give you the price you was quoted and their vehicles are intefested with bugs and then they want to have you sign a promissory note to pay them what you owe really if Uhaul corporate gives you a online quote then the property management should abide by it not raise it to make a profit I contacted the BBB on them I got bedbugs now because of this place they are supposed to clean the vehicle after each rental is returned and they dont

I give this location a negative ten on customer service. The female that I had to interact with was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very arrogant and entitled. Was very condescending to me. I will never go there again.

Had a bad experience, they will cheat you out of the mileage and overcharge. Dont know what they use to determine how much mileage you use but they ripped me off. They will rip you off! And they didnt care and didnt refund those charges.
