I have some irreparable burn-in on $3500 LG OLED Television panel. I called to inquire if a panel replacement was possible as the TV is only a couple of years old. While a panel replacement is possible, and Tonys does provide this service, I was instructed to contact LG regarding the known issue with my specific TV panel, prior to them accepting to do the service. I called LG and they offered to do the out of warranty service for free under an extended warranty. While Im hoping that the authorized service center chosen by LG is Tonys TV, Im grateful that the staff here saved me a few thousand dollars on TV repairs. Ill be pushing to have them do the service. Thanks A LOT!!!!!!!! I know where to go with any future TV services. Seriously, thank you.

Tonys Television & Video repaired my 49 Sony. They received the item, and listened to the issues, and spent time researching a fix. They called when they had a solution, let me know what the issue was, the solution, a timetable, and an accurate cost estimate. They fixed the TV, and they subtracted the diagnosis fee (only $40, very worth it) from the cost of the repairs. Very knowledgeable, great communication skills, and fair prices. Highly recommended.

I have a Samsung Smart TV and was having some problems with the TV as it would continually lose the picture/sound- go completely blackI initially contacted Xfinity and on two separate occasions they sent out Techs who blamed the problem on the TV, said the cable box was fine and realistically put in a minimum amount of effort.At this point I called Best Buy and they forwarded me to Tonys TV.Mark came over and troubleshooted the situation and after one more call to Tonys TV they told me to get a new box and try that out before doing anything drastic . I got a new box, hooked it up and the tv works perfectlyThey took the time and effort to assist me with a problem. I am very grateful for their pro active input for they saved me a lot of headachesI would strongly recommend their service to anyone

Absolutely the BEST!! This company gave me the best customer service and repair I have ever experienced. The people I dealt with could not have been any nicer....from the time they were contacted, to my set being fixed (this includes the ordering of the parts), it was only a 2 1/2 day turn over...FANTASTIC!!! I wish I could give them 10,000 stars.....Thank you Tonys!

There arent many place to get your electronics fixed, this is the place. So fair in price, fast and done properly. I trust them implicitly and highly recommend them. Fixed up my record player in record time right before Christmas. Thank you!

Guy was nice but not to sharp.He stepped on tv back panel dentingIt in a couple places.....Also said could be my internet speed was to fast for A brand new 4 k tv... lol.... In theEnd needed to reset router so new part hePut in could communicate will router.I dont think he had good problem solvingQualities.....

I called them with a backlight problem on my TV and they gave some help over the phone at no cost. He even did some research on my specific TV and gave me a call back with additional information! With that amount of help over the phone, I would have no problem bringing my TV to their location for repairs.

My TV stopped working! The internet told me it was a bad power supply. I took it to Tony and he fixed for $10 less than anyone on the internet could. Now the TV works like new again!**Update** 7 months later my TV still works great.

I brought in a unusual piece that required a few wires re-soldered. They went right to work, fixed it in a few minutes, and the charge was very reasonable. I would go back.

These guys are fabulous. I have now used them twice for old audio equipment (one a Sony stereo the other a wireless iPod speaker system from Griffin) and they saved what would have been two dead bookends. In todays world of throw-away electronic devices Tonys TV Repair in Portsmouth is one of the few places you can take piece of equipment and have a shot at having someone knowledgable actually fix it. I live an hour away but it is well worth the trip since I havent found anyone else who will give broken electronic equipment a good and honest look over. Easily worth the small inspection fee - and in my case they even fixed both devices inexpensively after others had told me it wasnt even worth taking them apart.

I would give it no stars if it were possible, I brought in a tv for repair, because it was so highly recommended to me by family and other reviews. I had to buy the part myself, the flat cables, which would not have been an issue, I understand their policy of not buying non manufacturer parts. When the parts arrive I brought them over they installed them over the next few days put everything back together nicely and didnt charge me for putting them in (other than 40$ base fee) because I found them myself and it was an easy repair. My issue came when I picked up my TV and there was a patch of scratches on the left side of the screen, I asked about it because when I brought it in the only issue was the cables being broken, they told me it was like that when I dropped it off. And because I did not have photos of it beforehand it became a game of I say you say if youre going to take equipment here be sure you get photographs of it first, in their store. I just paid $80 to fix my TV between parts and labor. Now the TV isnt fit to be given as a gift, the reason I got it fixed in the first place.

We paid a little under $300 to have our 10 yr old T.V. fixed... just picked it up today, so far so good!

All I did was call and they gave me a wrong answer, I did research and they basically told me to buy a new television because it would be cheaper because my television doesn’t sell spare parts... news flash, it does! Thanks for nothing.
