Called never called back for 3 hrs would not call again

I love the taxi service but I am very confused. I call the number for Market Square Taxi and a Great Bay taxi shows up. This morning the driver said Market Square taxi and Great Bay taxi have merged and my 20% discount card is still good. Tonight after work I call Market Square taxi again and who shows up? Great Bay taxi showed up and took me home but told me that they are two different taxi companies and my 20% card is not valid with Great Bay taxi. My really good question is why when I call Market Square taxi does Great Bay taxi keep showing up? Are they stealing fares???

I have used MST on two occasions; once from Logan to Portsmouth and the other was for a night out in Portsmouth. Both times it was the owner, Doug (professional and funny), and he showed up exactly when the dispatcher said he would. The van was exceptionally clean inside and out, and had plenty of room for our luggage. I would most definitely recommend this taxi service to my family and friends.JC

I wish I could give them no stars, but need one to post a review. Never even used em. Called and when the guy answered his response to my hey can I please have a taxi to so n so address was no. *Hangup* It took 7-8 call backs to finally get him to quit f-u-buttoning and answer. I started out with if this is the wrong number just say so dont be rude. Is this the wrong number? He responded no its right but we cant help you right now *hangup* mind you this is 3 in the freaking afternoon. Then this clown decided to get in a text message battle with a professional commercial fisherman who actually frequently uses the taxi system. Never use this if you can avoid it possibly. Rude rude rude crusty folk work here. I have traveled 49 states and 4 countries so far, quite frequently using tht taxi system, and have only ever met two other people as rude. Save yourself the trouble. They overcharge grossly anyway.

I had the pleasure of using Market Square Taxi while in Portsmouth with my husband. Doug, our driver, was personable, professional & prompt. Pricing is beyond reasonable and taxi was very clean. Will definitely recommend to friends & family and use Market Square Taxis services again in the future!

I teported the self declared owner of this service to the kittery pd and portsmouth naval base He indicated he also owns annies taxi and great bay. Upon getting his car he went on about his upcoming trip and visit his famous truck driver son. When i tried to not engage? He sped up and told me he was deported from mexico..he was with the dept of justice and i was to do what he said. He then screamed at me that i was crazy when he dropped me off after a 45min torture session telling everyone i was crazy. I immediatelty called police. Then he texted me for thrée days tauntimg me. He knows whrre i libe and texted me he blacklisted me from all future rides.

I spent a night in Portsmouth NH with my wife. It was our anniversary. We called Market Square Taxi for reservations at 9 to bring us to Cava. I will say they were outside waiting for us. Very prompt. The driver (Doug the owner) was funny and professional. The taxi was clean. We had asked him if we could reserve another taxi at 11 after dinner, and the answer was no problem. I would use Market Square Taxi anytime Im in the Portsmouth, NH area.

2/23/15 10pm Portsmouth to Newmarket: Horrifying experience... taxi driver was an awful human being. Almost took the bumper off a car by cutting him off on the highway. Went left on a right only in Durham... when I explicitly told him you cant go that way. Gave my boyfriend crap for drinking beers.. um yeah . . Thats why we called a taxi you jerk! NEVER AGAIN!!

They wouldnt even answer the phone so had to call another company and they took me to my hotel. Thanks Rockingham cab co
