This firm was not a good fit for me. My guess is that they are used to working for much larger companies that arent as concerned with dollars and cents as I am.There is no way to rectify the situation or repair your reputation from what I experienced. I was over billed (acknowledged by Larry Raiche himself), worked performed was nothing short of poor (lazy, inaccurate, incomplete.) Yes, everyone was nice, but that was until I asked too many question. The most bizarre charge out of them all, and there were a lot, is that the initial meeting that is typically a formality to meet and see if a working relationship can be formed, was in the itemized version of the bill. This version was not presented to me but what Larry had brought to the meeting for me to discuss my discrepancies. He was just as surprised as I was and said that a meet and greet type of meeting is not billed.Despite their errors, Larry Raiche, who had agreed to reimburse me for being over billed and their poor work, would no longer return my money until I removed my review.That should tell you how strongly I feel about my experience. I would rather have the truth be known and more people ask questions regarding their billing and worked completed, than be paid $1000 to take this down.
