Do not use Gail Perry. Even if for medication management. After being fired from my job in Jan 2020 and being between insurances, I came here to find someone specifically for medication management. Gail was the only provider available for intake and taking med management clients. ITS. NOT. WORTH. IT.During our first initial consultation, while discussing previous traumas and essentially the reasons I was taking the medication I am on, Gail stopped our conversation and said lets talk about your obvious binge eating... I have a pill that will...I am plus sized, have had eating disorders in the past, and recently have begun becoming comfortable with my body -- all of which could have been discussed during our consultation we were sitting in. Instead I became stripped away by a PROFESSIONAL within my first consultation at this practice.I have had more issues with them in recent months regarding payments that I am also seeing continuously throughout the reviews for this location, and I have not tried any of the other health professionals at compass rose (I have heard amazing things) but unfortunately I am too burnt out to even try again here. If you are looking for an appointment with a therapist or therapy professional where you feel relieved or better afterwards -- do not use Gail Perry.

Ive been seeing Sarah Buck at Compass Rose Psychiatry for 2-3 years. Everything was going great until I forgot about a telephone appointment I had because I work 3 jobs. I called back immediately to apologize and schedule another appointment and got no response from her front desk staff. I called the following day with no response, along with the next two days too. Heard absolutely nothing. In fact, I didnt hear from her front desk staff until the end of January, 6 months later, stating that they were curious if I was gonna she sarah anymore. Of course Im not gonna see Sarah anymore as Sue and the other lady with black hair and dreads refused to return my phone call for whatever ignorant reason! I told the ladies at the front desk I would leave an appropriate review and they could of cared less. Now, ladies, your name is on this bad review forever and people will know what you did to one of your clients! How do you feel about the review now. Its pretty embarrassing. How can you refuse to call a patient? You job is to help people who suffer from mental illnesses, not hinder their ability to be well. Youre so pathetic!!!

This place does not help just a place to get your medication, do not have patients best interest in mind

My family has been seen and helped through many traumas, including the death of my husband. Sarah does not encourage longterm use of psychiatric drugs that are to be used for prevention of certain episodes or for specific temporary uses, eg. for insomnia. I am not a fan of using these types of medications but will try what is recommended by Sarah as she tells you the purpose, risks, and benefits of medications. She works with you to try and get a medication that works for you and has the least amount of side effects, either for short or ling term use. I trust her with the ongoing care of my children...

Sara is great, she is always caring, comforting and compassionate to her clients needs. always there when you need her and gives you honest proffesional answers and game plans to help and not just what you want to hear like most others.

Staff treated me poorly, very impractical scheduling system, staff played loud music which they refused to turn off when asked nicely. When I finally got to meet with this psychiatrist she forgot what medication she put me on. Very irresponsible. I felt unsafe

Sarah prescribed a highly addictive medication which was not appropriate for the condition I had seen her for. After a few sessions — long enough to become habituated to her prescription — she refused to see me any further. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Very friendly and professional staff. Appointments are always on time so no waiting unless you are early.

Customer service is clearly not a priority here. The staff is rude. I was a few minutes late for an appointment and they made me reschedule, but not before making me wait 10 minutes. Oh and if youre late they reserve the right to charge you. In addition they charge for everything. Need a scrip, they will charge you $5.00 to mail it to you.
