Eric in the Reprographics department is fantastic to work with! I recently had a smallish but challenging project that I needed printed quickly and as usual Eric got it done in time after following up with a phone call and input on for successful file upload. He always turns projects around quickly for us! The entire staff at the Portsmouth shop has always been pleasant and professional. We are fortunate to have them as partners for our printing and marketing needs.

When we realized a seating chart that we had ordered online for our wedding was going to arrive 4 days after our wedding day, we frantically approached Alpha Graphics in Portsmouth per recommendation of a different, trusted vendor. Without knowing anything about us, other than that we were getting married the next day, Woody did everything in his power to take any image/pdf mock up we had of the seating chart and get it printed. It was perfect, great quality, reasonably priced and done within the half hour! We CANNOT thank Alpha Graphics enough for saving a huge headache, adding to our decor and helping our guests know where to sit! I ordered escort cards for a wedding on a Sunday and requested they be done by the Friday before. I had the craziest day and didn’t remember to check in with them that Friday before they closed. In a panic I emailed the person I was in contact with, Gina, and she responded at 11:00pm On a Friday saying she is so sorry that the order ready email was sent to me but didn’t go through. She offered to personally come in and open the shop Saturday so I could get them in time for the wedding. My husband also contacted every person using ever method available to get ahold of them (I emphasize how panicked we were.m) and EVERY SINGLE PERSON responded and made sure we were taken care of. We were able to get the cards on Saturday before the wedding Sunday and it all worked out thanks to the care all of the employees of AlphaGraphics.

Ryan designed the most amazing wedding invitations and RSVP’s for us. We gave him a few ideas of what we liked and he knocked it out of the park! I approached AlphaGraphics in June of 2020 with the idea of turning my watercolor artwork into greeting cards! Above and beyond ….I recently sent in 4 digital photos to be blown up and mounted on gatorboard. These were professionally shot hi resoluition action pics from a recent ‘powder’ ski trip. A couple of the photos had a special strobe flash effect that brightened the ‘powder’. After I approved the test strips, I was a little disappointed in how dark the background became when enlarged but the overall quality of the photo was excellent. Since I had approved the strips, I figured it was on me and I could live with the overall result.Upon a follow up survey, I mentioned I was not completely satisfied but I owned the end result as I had approved the strips. The owner of Alpahgraphics contacted me immediately. Chris was not satisfied that I was not satisfied. He immediately offered to re-do the two prints in question. He made a couple of suggestions, provided new mock ups for approval and provided replacements to the originals that were superior to darker originals provided.Alphagraphics attentive service and quality went “Above and Beyond” our expectations. We’re extremely happy with the attention we were given and quality of the enlarged photos. Friends that received them as gifts were thrilled as a beautiful reminder of a memorable trip.
