Two stars because driver doesnt read very well . I live at a dead end road 4 units here ABC and D . put the package where it goes. Im not getting my packages sometimes because of this! I tried calling but all I get is auto service this not helpful!!!!!!

If I could have the post office deliver everything I would definitely do it. My package has been delayed 6 days ao far. Its out for delivery today....so lets hope it comes. And its all because of weather delays. Which theres been nothing nothing on my road. FedEx and the post office have been to my house several times this week to deliver something. The same female driver from UPS used and excuse that I had a gate and a keyless lock so she couldnt deliver....I have no gate or lock. Ive complained to corporate, Ive complained locally and was supposed to get calls back each time....but nothing. Its ridiculous. The one star is only because it wouldnt let me post anything without giving a star.

A UPS driver left several packages delivered from Amazon in an UNLOCKED PERSONAL VEHICLE on our property (because it was raining!) with no attempt to knock on our door!We WERE AT HOME!! This is NOT OKAY!!

Horrible company when it comes to employment. I use to work for this company back in 2009 in Columbus ohio so I decided since Im back in college that I would take on a seasonal job with them. In the first week of Nov of 2017 I was asked to come in for an interview after which I was called and asked to come to orientation that I got the job. Then 2 days later I was called back and told the orientation was going to be moved to a different date and that she would let me know in the few days after the call when the new orientation was going to be. I never received a call back from her so the week after all that I tried to contact the women in HR with no luck she was always out of the office and never returned my calls. then a month after all this around Dec 1st 2017 I was contacted again from their main office and asked if I was still interested in the position. I told them I had another job lined up but if they could get me in within a week I would take the position in which the man told me that would be fine then said I would be receiving a call within a couple days from the Portsmouth UPS HR office. I never received a phone call I did however receive an email from them asking me to call about the position and when I did they couldnt find anything out then proceeded to tell me they no longer have the position that I wouldnt have to worry about getting anymore phone calls. I then proceeded to inform them how much of a joke USP has become and how unorganized they are that I would never attempt to apply for a job there or ever take an offer from them again after all this. and told him I will make sure to write my store on every review possible about how UPS cost me a job with a different company and how they just played games with the whole situation for over a month. And Im keeping my word I will go on every review sit on the internet that has a spot to write a review for UPS and let others know to beware of this company and dont rely on them being professional.

Delayed delivering my package four times. Used snow as an excuse for two of the delays when the roads were just fine. Then they refused to deliver it the following morning, because I needed it for an event. They made me go 80 minutes round trip out of my way to pick it up because they refuse to do their job.

I have been waiting for a package now since WEDNESDAY which was to be next day shipping. It is now 1:30am Sunday morning. The package showed it was out for delivery on Saturday, December 1st and that it would be delivered by 8pm. After 3 phone calls (all starting at 8pm) and being assured and GUARANTEED each time that the package would be delivered TONIGHT I finally called again at midnight, waited on hold for almost an hour to find out that the package was never loaded onto a truck and that they had updated their shipping information incorrectly. My package will not be here until Monday now. They informed me on the third call that the driver was delayed and still out delivering packages and they even checked his route to ensure me that he was still out and on his way. I feel that this UPS center needs to get things in order and that UPS Im general needs to have better communication between their drivers and their customer service representatives.I am definitely not a happy customer right now.

My package was set for delivery on sat, it didnt make it set for delivery today 11-26-18 and still didnt make it now Im being told it will arrive tomorrow but no promises.
