Our spa was delayed, due to back up with the manufacturer. It was not Great Bay Spas fault, nor was there anything they could do to prevent it. But because of the inconvenience, Jamie at Great Bay Spa went out of his way to make our delivery process both cost free and hassle free. He did not have to, yet he chose to go above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. This company truly cares about their customers, which is rare to find.
From purchase to delivery and setup, it was a very good experience. Scheduling is tough these days but GBS&S was honest and set realistic expectations. Delivery and setup crew was on time, professional and careful. We love our Tylo sauna.
The guys in parts and service are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My tub would be dead in the water, so to speak, without them!
We had a great experience with Great Bay Spa. We visited their showroom near the start of the COVID lockdowns and Jessica was able to help us to pick the right spa for us in a short amount of time. And they were able too get it delivered in about a week. With Jessicas help I was able to do my research in advance of visiting the showroom and the Sundance that I bought is a good quality spa. When it comes to Spas you definitely get what you pay for. The delivery and set-up crew was also great, and I can say now that six months later their post delivery support has been great as well.

I have been dealing with this company for over 20 years and during that time they have only gotten better! The products are first rate (dont skimp on cheaper products; it costs you in end), and the customer service is excellent. I recently bought a tub that needed a few small tweaks and Great Bay Spa could not have been more responsive and prompt about it. Will never leave them!
I have purchased three hot tubs during the past 30 years from Great Bay. The first was a redwood tub, and the last two have been Nordic Crown II tubs. The experience for each of these three tubs has been great... from the original purchase through maintenance and service. In particular, our most recent tub had to be installed in an existing deck. It was a little tricky to make it all come out smoothly. Tony was very helpful throughout the sales process. Tim and the crew did an excellent job with delivery and installation. I would highly recommend Great Bay.
We purchased a Sundance Hot Tub 12 years ago from Great Bay and have been thrilled about the product, and even more so the service and support from Great Bay! Weve had issues ranging from needing service during some of the COLDEST weeks in the Winter and they have always been there for us. Recently we just replaced an Ionizer (?) and once again - fast service - and great support!! These guys are the best. I drive buy a bunch of hot tub dealers to buy products from them, and get their service. Id buy another from them. BUT this one is still working awesome! You get what you pay for, and Ive gotten more than my moneys worth! I recommend them highly for their service, support and quality of products at a fair price.
When you first enter the store you will notice employees that are ready to help you and that are very pleasant to deal with. Tony (manager) has a incredible knowledge base on hot tubs and he helped us pick out our hot tub seven years and if I ever have a question, I can call him and he or Jess will be there to answer me. I just had my hot tub serviced by Tim and he was incredible and Very Professional. He took the time to explain what was done and gave me many ideas on how to keep my hot tub working. I recently had an excellent experience with Great Bay Spa and Sauna. I ordered a Helo Infrared Sauna and Tony was extremely helpful. He asked what my specific needs were and he made recommendations on the best product to purchase. I went and ordered the unit he suggested and my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase. When the time came for installation, it was very easy and convenient to schedule a day and time. Tim arrived right on time and did a fantastic job installing the sauna. He was very professional and friendly, asked if we wanted to hold onto the packing materials for future use and gave us a great tutorial on how to use the product. We purchased our spa at Great Bay a few years ago. Unlike several other places we visited, the staff at Great Bay seemed to actually want our business. They were very patient as my wife and I debated on size, style etc. The salesman listened to our thoughts on what we wanted out of a spa and provided us with a few recommendations and arranged a wet test. The price was great and delivery was so easy! If we ever need another, we will definitely be back!
Update,Got the tub fixed,as the lights in the house have returned to normal .motor is working fine, All from a faulty push pad, its a wonder they work at all in freezing weather, The repair men were very skilled in their trade, professional all the way. We purchased a new Bullfrog spa from Great Bay and have only positive things to say about the experience. The sales staff (we worked with Jessica mainly) was awesome, walking us through all of our options and explaining the various features of each tub. As this is our first hot tub, we were a bit nervous but Great Bay made things very easy. I would highly recommend Great Bay to others looking to purchase a spa or supplies.

I was shopping for hot tubs for several years and had been to many different locations looking at the multitude of options. I came across Great Bay Spa & Sauna and it was clear that they had the best product and reputation around I worked with both Jamie and Tony throughout the process. They were able to answer specific questions that I had, and offered a no pressure sales environment, think more of a consultant that a salesman. They certainly do NOT have the cheapest tub in town but do offer a superior product at a fair price. I would certainly recommend this company for any purchases. (I also buy all my chemicals here and they are reasonably priced) Do yourself a favor and pull the trigger on buying the hot tub, its so worth it in this COLD NH climate!

I recently needed a repair on my spa and ordered a part thinking I would fix the problem. It was very easy to verbally order the sensor over the phone with Tony but even better it shipped that day and I had it the next. Unfortunately my tub needed more than that as it started tripping my breaker and it was a bit under freezing outside. Called Great Bay in the AM and spoke with Jessica who pleasantly took my call and placed a service request quickly enough that the tech actually called later that day. When the tech arrived he had the part I needed on hand so no return trip. My wife reported him as getting along well with our two young kids and a boisterous Great Dane. Thank you Great Bay.

We had been battling an old hot tub for a while. I stopped by great bay spa and was welcomed in like family. After about an hour being there talking with Lincoln about different models we were able to narrow it down to one. He never once acted like a salesman trying to push and sell you anything and everything, just a down to earth guy there to answer any and all questions.Next day went back with my wife and we sealed the deal on a sundance 780 chelsee. The crew there filled and tested our tub and set it completely up for us. Picked it up today and brought it home and we are currently enjoying every second of it.Dont look anywhere else, this place will not let you down and will work with you through everything.

For 3 months before, and now 12 months after the purchase of our Sundance Chelsee, I have pestered Jaime at Great Bay with a barrage of questions and hes answered every single one of them. We live over an hour away, but we continue to purchase our supplies from Great Bay due to the great customer service and competitive costs.
We bought a Bullfrog spa from Great Bay a few years ago, and have been quite pleased with the experience. Jessica has always been there when we had questions, advise, and even when we needed help to move it. We buy our spa chemicals there as well, and find their prices quite reasonable.

We installed a Sundance Aspen 4 months ago and so far, I would not recommend that tub. I have owned another hot tub for 10 years prior and other than regular cleaning and maintenance, it just worked. The Sundance has already required replacement of electrical components, which didnt issue a warning in the system, the tech found this out when he was troubleshooting other things. The lights stopped working, on-site service person couldnt figure out why and when we re-powered the tub back on, they came on. He thinks it could be because the power went out at the property and it tripped something. So that is still a big unknown. Add to this, the filter already needed replacement and he said we should replace it every-time we drain and clean, so add the cost of 4 filters per year. Overall, way too many issues this soon, added touch points on our end for regular maintenance and unforeseen additional costs for the maintenance and already requiring a service person on location.
We have been customers for 16 years and are on our 2nd Sundance hot tub from Great Bay.We recently had a failure of our outdoor tub (in sub-zero February). Everyone was great.Jessica, in the office, gave us guidance in keeping the plumbing in the equipment bay from freezing.Today, the techs replaced the temp sensor (under the 5-year warranty) and gave us more practical suggestions for power failures and tub breakdowns for the future. And if you are in the showroom and need great recommendations for restaurants in Portsmouth, just ask Jessica. ;-)
I have an older Sundance Spa, which has required recent maintenance. Great Bay Spa & Sauna has provided professional and competent service technicians, who have fixed all of my tubs issues at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the services and products from this company.

We have been Great Bay Spa & Sauna customers since 1998 when we bought our first Sundance Optima Spa. They have helped us out over the years and their customer service is by far a industry leader! After 14 years of service it was time to say goodbye to our spa and since we have a very unique hot tub room that was built around our tub we were worried about replacing our tub. When I called Great Bay Service Team they offered to send a tech down to see what they could figure out to help with our situation. They came down and presented various options and ideas and we finally came up with a solution. We decide to purchase a new BullFrog spa from Great Bay that would worked perfectly in our room. It fit perfectly in the room with a little modification! We where so worried that we wouldnt find a tub that would work but we once again have a spa up and running thanks to Great Bay Spa&Sauna. After 15 years of service I would recommend Great Bay. We would highly recommend Great Bay and their great products!
I bought my hot tub in 2009 and had good luck with it. However in July 2015 I did have a big issue with the second spa cover they sold me and I was told it was a 3 year warranty. It turns out the one they gave me was a 1 year warranty and the mesh handles on the inside basically deteriorated so I could not pull the cover up. Im a senior citizen and this meant I couldnt re-cover the tub unless i got out and pushed the cover back on, basically a hard task for me. I was pretty upset but I called and worked with Tony Pescosolido their Sales Manager,and he really went out of his way to find a solution. He found a new jacket and they drove 25 miles to take off the old and put on the new with no charge. I am EXTREMELY happy with Tony and Great Bay Spas and I would recommend them to any and everybody. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Shopping for a Sundance Spa and the dealers in my area (southern Massachusetts ) did not have the model spa on display in any of their stores in MA. I discovered Great Bay Spas with a Google search . They had great reviews so I gave them a call with the hope they may have the model spa I was interested in. I called them up and to my astonishment they had my spa! I drove almost 2 hours to visit them and was pleasantly greated by Tony Pescosolido. After explaining I was from MA and out of his service area Tony still spent over an hour and a half with me. He was very thorough going through many details with the spa I was interested in from its features, operation and maintenance. I learned more from Tony then I had from going to multiple dealers and Sundance website and literature. Tony is a tremendous resource of information having over 25 years of experience with spas.
