Jenny is the ultimate professional and knows exactly what she is doing when working on your skin. My skin has improved since I’ve been going to Jenny and if I need her in a pinch, she is always accommodating. She can actually tell what is going on in my life by how my skin looks, that’s how good she is. I see her every six weeks and she has me on an excellent skincare regimen. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Amelle + chemical peels = glowing skin! I’ve had two peels with Amelle (first timer) and am so happy with the results. My skin is noticeably firmer with diminished fine lines and a more radiant complexion. Amelle takes time to explain the treatment process, asks questions prior to, & communicates throughout ensuring a comfortable, safe & effective experience. She’s also available for follow up care/questions anytime afterward. So glad I found West End Skincare; already looking forward to booking my 3rd peel in the series.

Yesterday, I got the signature facial with Amelle. For my first facial EVER i couldn’t have been luckier to have it done at West End Skincare. I’ve been struggling with acne since my teen years and had gotten to the point where everything related to skincare was just so confusing, trying to find the right products for my sensitive skin. Amelle helped take the stress away by helping me understand their amazing products and setting up a simple daily routine for me to follow.The intimacy of this place is truly unmatched in portsmouth. The lighting was so relaxing, the blankets so soft and warm. The room is small and there was lovely meditation-like music playing throughout my facial. All the products used are natural or were legitimate skin care products. I felt like a queen! The day after, my skin is glowing and looks way more vibrant and less dull and gray. I can’t thank Amelle enough for her expertise & gentle hands! My new go-to skin care place.
