Valerie got me an appointment to remove the glass from my OEM hatch and install it on my new CF hatch. I struggled to get the rear wiper off when I tried it on my own, but Jason had it off in less than 5 minutes! Both Jason and Ronnie worked hard to get the glass off and back on as quickly as possible and they did a fantastic job. They all went above and beyond to help me finally get this done, and I couldnt be happier with the results. And all for less than anywhere else I looked! I thought the service was good originally. They came all the way out to Suffolk to fix my trucks rear passenger window. Then 14 months later the window popped out while driving down the road. I called repeatedly over several days and got no answer and when I did I was told someone would call me back and never did.

Service was professional and phenomenal. I had my windshield done out of the area. Once I was back home thr molding was messed up . I took upto Portsmouth Glass and they took care of me free of charge. I tried to tip the service guy and he wouldnt take it. He said we are here to help our community. Originally, I set up my window replacement through Safelite. Two days before my service I noticed that I had a credit in my account equal to what I paid them. I had to call them to find out they cancelled my appointment without even contacting me because they could not find my windshield.I called around and found Portsmouth Glass. I didn’t realize that they did auto glass. Not only did they have my glass, it was over $100 less expensive. The technician came to my home and had it replaced super quick! Awesome service!!!

Portsmouth Glass was absolutely AMAZING!! My husband noticed a crack in the windshield Wednesday night, I sent out requests for quotes to a few places that night. Portsmouth Glass got back with me Thursday morning said they were scheduling out for next Thursday(!) I told her that I needed it by tomorrow (Friday) and Jessica got me scheduled for Friday morning before noon, and Jason came out this morning and was here and gone before 9:30 a.m. and was incredible he even let my kids (3&1) watch the whole process!! They loved it!! If I ever need glass work done again I will definitely be going back!!

Had a lot of work done by Portsmouth Glass. Always punctual and professional. Recently had some insulated glass units on older windows that failed. As the windows were no longer manufactured, other companies told me all they could offer was to replace the entire frame. Yeah, I know that, and it was good I was sitting down when they gave me a quote. No problem says Portsmouth Glass, we make those in house just bring us the measurements. I put them in for 1/10th the cost of full replacement. Super user-friendly staff, and Calvin in the shop is a glass whisperer. Ill be back.

Had a Tues appt booked. No one came. I called and was assured they were running late but would come. They didnt. No call on Wednesday. I called them Thursday and Jessica was absolutely the rudest person Ive ever spoken to. Horrible phone skills, continuously cutting me off in conversation, zero customer service. I see she has been called out several times on here for her rudeness. Perhaps its time to find a new receptionist - one wholl treat people with some respect. I shouldnt have to call YOU about rescheduling.Ill go elsewhere thanks. Suffolk Glass was happy to accommodate me.

Portsmouth Glass did a great job with creating glass tops for my office furniture. There were some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and corrections to the end product needed to be made. The staff made the modifications and came back quickly the following day for installation. Jessica provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

Their customer service is & was excellent on every occasion I have used them. They had replaced my windshield. Several months later I had a problem with leaking inside my vehicle & they said it was $125 for a diagnostic fee. I couldnt afford this & they told me to bring it in & they would take a look being as it was a rainy day & were in the shop ( lots of flooding around town on this day). I learned with a sunroof keeping the track clean is not enough. There were 4 holes/ ports 2 in the front & 2 in the back bottom of the track that need to be flushed periodically as well or else you will experience the problems I was having. They Resolved my problem & Waived the fee! I couldnt believe it. Especially in these hard times. Small businesses are suffering. I am happy to report its been over a month & Im still staying dry driving my vehicle in the rain. Thank you Portsmouth Glass for being top notch as always & helping a girl in need out. You really went above and beyond. It was appreciated more than you could ever know. Thank you for taking the time to teach me how to prevent this in the future.

These guys are great!! Got a call the day before the appointment to confirm it was still on. Got text on the day to say tech was on the way. He got to the house about 10 min early. Very fast, about 30 - 40 min, including sweeping the driveway! Ronnie is on time, efficient, and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Was scheduled for an appointment today and no one showed up. When I called establishment the receptionist said she would call the tech so she placed me on hold. When she came back she said she was unable to reach the tech so she said she would try calling again and then she would give me a call back well she never gave me a call back; then their place of business closed and now I’m SOL.The professional thing to do would’ve been to at least call me back before the place of business closed to tell me whether or not I would be able to get my car service still. Someone could’ve at least called me to tell me that the tech was not showing up!
