Love them! Great service and employees are phenomenal. Prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

I paid for 3 months ahead of time, my dumpster was supposed to be delivered and wasnt for another month, then they picked up every 2 weeks, i called because it was supposed to be picked up every week, i was told (lady in the office Mary i think is the sweetest) both times my driver was on vacation and sub could not find me, GPS brings ya right to my house mind ya. So i just asked for a refund and to take their dumpster back, they charged me for 1 full month, when my dumpster was only dumped 3 times counting the time they took it back. So i feel i should still have 25$ refunded. I called Elkins and they delivered their dumpster on a Tuesday and was back Wednesday to dump it knowing i hadnt had garage taken for a couple weeks! I absolutely love Elkins and highly suggest giving them a call!

I, a customer am totally disappointed with this company, its client trashman attitude, demeanor and lack of their ability to pickup the trash they are paid to pickup.The trashman refused to empty trash can claiming it had some water in it and telling me to put holes into the can and drain it so he can dump it. He also refused to pick up a trashbag with some wet clothes in it. He stated I am in a rush and do not have any more time.I am a handicapped woman who has paid for trash pickup from a trash company that is far far far from a reputable one....
